Avoid at all cost..notting like the photos very dirty ...we arrived late so got email in advance the instructions which was all wrong had to call emergency line after few attempts got trough.. no heating faulty lights the list would go on ..moved to Regency hotel few mins away could not stay plz plz AVOID AT ALL COST ....

My husband and I stayed at this property and it had everything we needed and also in a great location close to the Old Town (Only 5mins walk). Only downside which we didnt know until we got out checkin information was that there are 4 floors and no lift. Had I have know this honestly I wouldn't have booked it as we had 2 massive 30kg bags which my poor husband had to carry up.

They don't clean the room, we were in a 5th floor and there is no elevator. They don't have a coffee maker, they gave us the wrong directions and we almost couldn't get to our apartment because there was no one at the reception and they don't answer you on the phone in Spanish. We had windows above the bed and no blinds. The only good thing is the situation

Omg the location of these apartments is amazing, very central to everything, a short walk of 5 mins going each way of any places to visit from thid location is 5 stars in my eyes. Also the apartments themselves very clean and big and excellent value for money. When I'm nack in Krakow ill6br staying again. Very happy 😊

Great location, friendly staff that are around untill 9pm. If you are bad with stairs please let them know as apartments are over different buildings and some with quite a climb.

Stayed in the 6-bed apartement for a few nights. If something is bad it was a lack of toilet paper and no instructions on how the fold-out-bed worked, but over all we are very happy with our stay!

Apartamenty pod Wawelem was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. It is not even a hotel, it is someones tiny, smelly apartment. Possitive: close to the Wawel Castle but so are the other 50 hotels Negative: No visible sign with their "logo", have to walk 5 flights of stairs with your luggage just to find out that you are staying in another building, so you have to walk right down with your luggage (very exhausting, even for a fit 30 year old), they advertise that they organize tours to the Salt Mine, Wieliczka and Auschwitz when in reality, they just give you a phone number to call or they call a 3rd party for you and want to charge triple the price that you can get from a taxi driver, the rooms have no phones, the "office" is open only few hours a day, no housekeeping services are provided even though we were assured the room would be cleaned daily, the hot water tank is very small, so if one person takes a short shower, the other one has to wait 45 minutes to get hot water and it only lasts abut 5 minutes, the shower is very small and uncomfortable, bathroom smelled like mold. Would never recommend this place to anyone as we stayed in another hotel in a different city in Poland for the same price and it was beautiful!

Close to castle and old city. Very nice room and service.But it is a 5th floor with no elevator makin me alnist die at the stairs. sometimes water pressure is too low and you have to wait to take a shower.

from 10/08 stay for 3 nights. Unfortunately, I did not receive any instructions, PIN, code, etc. It is impossible to call because "subscriber temporarily unavailable", no information on booking or on the website.

Apartwawel was great during our first stay in June. We booked it again for a weekend in July. Unfortunately they have cancelled the booking 1 week prior to the date. 2 weeks passed and they still havent refunded the fees. Owner is being non responsive, very unprofessional. It is sad as the initial contact and first stay was great.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Their photos are not real! The rooms are old, dirty with mold, windows leak, beds are broken. The price was changed three times, it was impossible to call the owner. The impressions are negative, I will never go back there.

I'm giving this 2 Stars purely cause it's a great location. Other then that I would avoid it at all costs. The pictures you see are definitely not wat you get!!!. The heating wouldn't work and it's December, and the shower cut out or ran out of water I don't no . There is no reception but jus a phone number to ring to get in. Not very inviting once inside very cold and eary. Not a nice place. We were Staying in a room like an attic with little tiny windows. We left and stayed in another hotel as soon as we got another room.

Never go to these apartments,the pictures r nothing like wat u walk into,my partner and I arrived in Krakow at midnight when we arrived at these apartments wat a shock we got jail wud of been better no joke,it was a basic dirty room a homeless person wudnt even want to stay in it believe me,we left straight away and had to find another hotel to stay,when I emailed the apartments they told us we cudnt get r muni bk and that they wud send a cleaner in to sort it but I'm sorry we didn't want to return to such a dirty room and a room that is nothing at all like the pictures online...avoid at all costs

I do not recommend. I didn't get my credit back. A week before departure, I received a message that the apartments were closed, but they did not refund them
