Huge store where you'll never find what you came for. They are cheating with discounts like today with tea with prices nowhere to be found but on a discounted shelf - then it turns out it was in a regular price (I know I always buy the same one). I've seen staff re-packing old cheese with new dates. Really! 5 minutes before closing time. Then parts of the shop are like it was liquidated. Staff is not friendly if you ever find someone. This review is not useful anyway since it's the only grocery store there and the review is not in Polish. So enjoy! (Google asked me to update this review and only thing I can add is that I'm so happy that I haven't shopped at Auchan for few years now.)

A massive branch of the Auchan hypermarket chain offering a great variety of products. A one stop shop for most of your needs. It is possible to get here by public transport even on weekends, although driving is the easiest option

Hi, Auchan is really good. But I would like to have 2 suggestion. If possible they can implement 1 online Auchan app there should be "English" language option. 2 If can provide "indian"grocery too like jaggery, mustard oil, goat meat etc...

It basically has all products what we need. Even for expats we have garam masala and all other Indian stuff mostly needed. And one think poland lacks is good fish save Auchan..they get good quality fish usually Occasionally the costs are not updated in the billing system so please take care when buying discount product

Bonarka auchan provides good supermarket experiences. prices are within the limits, stocks are variant and good. Less ques for billing. As far as my experience goes, stock of meat products could have been more. And finally offers and discounts are always there.

Why do couriers have to wait for endless ages for order pick up? The collection point is not manned no one even tells you about the progress so you don't know even what's going on. This is so frustrating.😒

The best place in Krakow to buy everything at a cheaper price compared to other markets.

Thieves. They tax 8% extra if you pay in Euros. Nothing warns you about this until you see it on the receipt. Then, they run the extra mile in explaining you how you are the stupid one for the mishap. You should have payed in Zloty and all. I could have run the extra mile with them and give them back the bitterness of their own pill. I know my rights as an European consummer. But I realized that it was too much of a time waste for a relatively small sum. However this is pure theft. While I knew there is an extra tax if I pay in Euros, usually it is very low. Under 1%, for example, when I shop at Biedronka. I told them that I want to return the products and pay in Zloty. It wasn't possible, they don't have Euros to give, they only receive Euros. And, anyway, first they said that they don't accept products taken from the frige, because they don't know how long I kept them out of the frige. Now, how do these people take themselves seriously? Do they think clients are fools? You rob me of 14 Zloty, you get one star and one less customer. I hope it was worth it.

After checking a few of the supermarkets in Krakow, this is the first one I found that carries some of the food products I was looking for. They also have a huge supply of demineralized water in the back by the automotive section. I haven't found actual distilled water here in stores yet, and demineralized is fine, but if they carried distilled water, I would certainly buy it.

One of the largest grocery and goods stores. If you need some of a better selection of cheese, wines and some things not so usually found in Poland, that's the place to go. The price is a bit higher then your average biedronka 🐞 or a Lidl. But with the selection available it's sure worth a visit every so often.

It’s so huge! They have a lot of stuff for vegans. Just an enormous supermarket with everything you can imagine. Clothing is so cheap.
