I’ve never seen worse service than that. Girls from reception (two of them has dark hair, one is blond) when you ask them for help they look at you like they hate you. They don’t want to help you at all. When something happens, for example your fingerprint doesn’t work and you can not enter to gym, they start to laugh at you! It’s so annoying, and I see a lot of people complaining about these girls.

This place has it all. Even a basketball court. Most of the time except mornings it's crowded but it has an efficient number of all gym equipment, so there is no waiting. It is very important that Multisport card is accepted here. It is always clean and very well organised. It's one of the best.

This place is near kaufland is one of the amazing place to do workouts. There are lot of equipments available, so probably you don't need to wait much to get the equipments. Best thing is this place accepts multisport card.

I’d give five star if I only rated equipment, space, training areas But the staff at reception let me down with laziness

Customer service is abysmally lacking and the need to solve everything online instead of in-person is very inconvenient. Being unable to pay dues or fees on-site doesn't match a club of this size. Machine selection and amount is very good for Krakow which is why my rating is so high.

I feel disgusted because Fitness Platinum is very greedy for money. Do you want to renew your pass? Administration fee. The self-renewable autumn/spring pass of PLN 69 for the first 3 months is a scam. You may have to pay PLN 69 + an administrative fee, but the notice period is 1 month, and the effect will be that you will pay on average more than PLN 100/month, because, for example, you must know already in January that you do not want to continue payments in March. Is it legal? Yes. Is it a scam? Yes, because this is taking advantage of customers' inattention and forcing further payments.

One of the best gyms in Krakow. It sits in a great spot where you can grab whatever you want ranging from groceries, OTC medications to stuff for your pets and more:)

Quite a large gym with complex equipment. You can train solo, get a personal coach as well as attend various group trainings. There's also a Finnish sauna available.

I don’t know many gyms in Kraków, but I can say for sure that this one is one of the most comfortable in many aspects. I go there in the mornings, there is no many people at this time there, however in the afternoon and evening it can be very crowded. Visitors always make mess with cable machine attachments, dumbbells and plates, but I think it’s hard to do something with that. Unfortunately, recently they changed ceiling light and now it’s almost painful :(

My favorite gym. A huge selection of equipment, space and favorite activities. Very helpful ladies at the reception. The sauna is very warm and appropriately darkened.

Here is a note to managers or owners; it is summer time and your air conditioning is not working proper! Showers are dirty, not taken care on time and properly. The material for exercises are not enough, missing items such as resistance bands. Some machines are not working anymore and since 3 months not even repaired. I will change my comment if things improve, for now please take that into consideration

Yesterday I was there for the first time. Quite big place, enough machines for everyone. I have bought just 3 days for trial but I will buy a 90 days pass probably. Thank you!

Very large space, easy to breath for long run, sauna is great and changing room is neat with large locker (useful on winter time or with business outfit) Multiple areas that allows all the complete what is required

This is one off the best gyms in Krakow! It's really has all equipment possible! But they really need to change shower mixers because shower boxes are small and you are getting cold water and no escapes(

I tried to buy a day pass for this gym but was not able to receive a confirmation code for both emails I listed nor international number. The staff do not have a paper application so I was not able to work out here. I tried signing up via their mobile site as well but I did not receive the SMS code. My email and phone number work. Update: I was able to sign up at the self service kiosk at JustGym minutes after leaving this gym

The hall is nice and big. There are exercise machines with a cinema room. There are many group sports.

Whether you are new to gym or already an expert doesn't matter this place is for everyone you can just try anything and everything that you like...this place also accepts multisport card which is 👌

Massive gym with a sea of the most popular machines. Excellent selection of equipment for specific training. There's a basketball court, big weight lifting section and all the equipment you need.

Great gym, the staff is helpful and you can probably find 2 of just about every machine you can think of. I recommend coming during off-peak hours though, as you might be left waiting for machines to open up if you come in the evenings on weekdays.

Very good area and equipment. Well kept. Although it is very busy and the reception is a bit under parr with very slow service.

Garbage gym. Wouldn’t sell me a 3 day pass cause I already bought one a week before. Gladly would take my money for a single day pass three times though. Guess making no money is better than not ripping me off. Never gonna be back. Women working the counter are worthless trolls.
