I have attended this place for three days. Illimited entrances for 72 h for 7.5 euro....... Unbelievable..... Huge gym extremely well furnished with top brand machines. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. I attended in the early morning and was like I was a kid in the amusement park. Extremely recommended

Do not recommend it at all. Their subscriptions are a fraud. You cant even delete your credit card from your account. Feedback and communications are bad. I made GDPR request, about which info they have stored on me, No answer after a month!

The overnight remote staff you call if you have a problem have NEVER cared about helping. It is always to say the first thing they can to dismiss you, even "well what do you want me to do about it?" and they will hang up on you. Even if you speak Polish. This has happened 5-6 times now and it is unacceptable. They have no interest in helping customers with genuine issues, at all.

ATTENTION! They have 1 month of notice period which is not clearly stated or anywhere visible during the registration. They think they are clever enough to rip people off 1 extra month. Also, they will never refund your money after you make any payment. So, I highly recommend you to avoid this place at all cost. In addition, their database does not have option to remove personal data and credit card information on their website.

Great gym. Very spacious, has a very large cardio zone, and some nice features like resting area to cook your food. The downsides are that there are a smaller area to work with weightlifting machines. Also there is no pool which might come in the other options at this price point. Overall good for cardio workouts.

The fully equipped gym centre is on the West side of the city. It is probably the newest and cleanest out of all the other CityFit centres. There are group classes too in Polish instruction.

A great gym, the most important thing is that there is a place to get water) of course, it is somewhat unclear how to create a profile in the system, but they will help you. Violeta helped me, everything went quickly and with smiles, in a cool friendly atmosphere.💪🏼 Thank u, Violeta 🤜🏽🤛🏽

Modern. Specious. Lot of machines.

I used to workout at this gym for one year during my stay in Kraków. I visited other gyms in the city, but CityFit is by far the best one. With its open space, lighting, and ventilation, it unleashes the spirit and provides better sensations during training. Gym members are respectful and sociable and the staff is professional and very nice. Special thanks for Kuba and Patrycja (staff members and personal trainers) their social skills enabled them to be friendly with the gym members, in addition to their useful assistance 🫶🏻

Super-secure entrance. You will not get into the gym without scanning your card by administrator and qr-code to actually let you inside. Minding these security measures, it is extremely weird that you have to bring your own PADLOCK (or buy it in a vending machine) — to close your locker. Why not having usual key-lockers if extraneous people have no chance to get into cloakrooms? The gym is great. 2-storey, spacious, air-conditioned, comfortable, huge cardio-zone. Filtered water available and FREE (which seems to be uncommon in Krakow).

Kids under 16 not allowed, even with adults((((

Never subscribe there! You need to pay 1 month notice period if you cancel your subscription. I cancelled my subscription in 30days but they took my money for additional 2 months because the resignation was after the first day of new the month!

The best fitness center in entire Kraków. The perfect and futuristic facilities. The guidance about gym equipment usage, food and process is really awesome. Excellent app and staff. Love this fitness center ❤️🙏

Nice atmosphere and good service

The door to let you in and out shut you in for 3 sec. which is utterly odd that ruins the whole experience. Overall good equipped but is too crowdy. I am missing one more floor to have all the ppl spread a bit.

My favourite gym in Krakow. Fully automatic doors. 24/7 open. During early mornings you have the whole place to yourself. Microwaves to heat the food. Good showers. (amazing in comparison with other gyms in the city)

OK but: -problem with parking. - no 24-hour entry possible on the Multisport basis. -only one "goal" for training.

One of the best gym I’ve visited. There are a lot of new equipment, interesting group-classes, clean and good looking space, showers and so on. Really recommend to visit it.

Great place to cassualy train , with a lot of options and machines even in rush hours some are avaliable , the only flaw of this place is some of the equipment is destroyed (ex. Pulling rope for the cable stations, broken metal clamps for the olimpyc rings ) and a slow water fouintain ,and there aren't any very heavy weights in the free weights section but otherwise the temperature is amazing , the staff is very helpfull and nice.

Really good gym. They have a lot of equipment in good condition. The gym is clean, there are showers. It's not the biggest gym in the city and it can get a bit crowded in the rush hours but overall I really like it.

24/7 is best option for me

I have been coming around more then month and I am already can say that I found my GYM. The stuff and people around there are friendly as well. I strongly recommend to everyone. Huge thanks to Pavel, although he is teaching me how to perform correct Military press.

Very good gym. Been going there for 9 months and no complaints

Yesterday i paid aprox 65zl(one entrance + lock(original Cityfit lock, smart right? Instead of card system make lockers with lock to force you buy it...)) to find out neither mobile internet nor their wifi not working in the gym. And to be honest, the antenna icon on mobile connection behavior was strange, as they would block signal on purpose. And the problem occurred only in the room where all training apparats are placed. The room with cardio was totally fine which is located within 1-2 meters. Strange right?

Equipment is well maintained and clean. Open 24h. :) Great place to show up outside of peak hours where there is no "insta models" which exercise for 5 minutes and make 45 minutes of uncomfortably awkward photoshoot with the same face expression. Classic once said "Suzy - Do you even lift?"
