Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this fitness club for use at all. When I decided to purchase a subscription and couldn't find the necessary information on the website, I visited the gym to obtain the details I needed from the staff. Prior to acquiring my subscription, I specifically inquired with one of your club staff members about the possibility of early membership termination and whether there would be any additional fees for the remaining year. I was assured that there would be no additional charges since payment was solely required for the months during which I used the gym. However, one day I determined that I could no longer continue my gym membership here and wished to cancel it. To my surprise, I was informed upon arrival that I cannot cancel it for the next 12 months and must continue to make monthly payments, even if I do not utilize the gym, as per the contract's terms. Now I am facing this problem due to the incompetence of the gym staff. When I asked for a manager or someone with whom I could discuss this issue, I was told that there was no manager, call the contact center or write by email. Unfortunately, I don’t know Polish and was forced to write by email. Additionally, attempting to reach out to customer service via email has proven to be unproductive. Their responses come every two days, consisting of pre-written phrases.No one is going to do anything about this problem since they got their money and don’t care about their clients. And the fact that their staff provided unreliable information does not bother them much.

I love this GYM. Always not a lot of people, good changing rooms and good facilities.

This place has more floors and different equipment. It has a pool and a jacuzzi which makes relaxing after very nice. So for me the combination of a pool and a gym is the perfect after a hard day, hope this place stays as it is.

If you were coming because of the swimming pool, be advised that now is mostly permanently hijacked by directed activities 🐳 all evening. And with the aquagym techno decibels at maximum, the jacuzzi and the relax zone are just the opposite. If you want yo swim, you need another place

One of the best Gyms in Krakow. A lot of treadmills, which is really important for me. Pretty hot sauna and suitable hammam.

It's fine as a gym, but the sauna and steam room need servicing. More than half the time, either room are barely even warm. People have to trick the steam room sensor by spraying it (not what it's for, it needs recalibrating altogether, the steam room should not become unsteamy), and the sauna has an automatic stove but people have to resort to spraying their own tap water or whatever onto it, to get a few minutes of heat. The managers would benefit greatly from fixing these.

The gym is ok, more and more equipment, successful renovation, regular equipment service and it's clean. However, today's behavior of one of the coaches forces me to change my assessment.

I was angry when I tried to find an available locker. There are a lot of people near 18-20:00. Also many lockers don't have hangers. Also there could be more benches in the locker room. Monthly membership is quite high - I paid 3 times less in "Just Gym"

The gym is ok, but the facilities are beyond words... Locker rooms and, above all, bathrooms require a professional cleaning company - dirt, dust, stench... it makes you feel sick when you have to use them. It's a shame that such a large chain has problems with the basic and mandatory aspect of hygiene and cleanliness. Resigns

I really like this place. It's good equipped. Everything is in good condition and on high level. Sauna and pool are great. The only thing I didn't like, there were number of times when lifeguard was missing in the swimming pool area. I think it's quite unacceptable. Hope it will be improved.

I don’t recommend this gym if you don’t want to lose your money after canceling your membership. The administrators are incompetent and give inappropriate information. I bought a 3-month subscription and asked the staff if it was possible to cancel the subscription early and not pay for other months. They told that I needed to give a month before notice if I wanted to cancel my subscription. I came in April and said that I wouldn’t go since May. they said okay, and I don’t need to pay a from the May. As a result, in May I received a message that I need to pay for the May. I came again, paid and wrote a statement that I was terminating my subscription. I asked them 10 times do I need to pay anything else, they told me no. As a result, I received a message after 7 months that I need to pay for the June. They don’t know which administrator was working that day and why she told me such information. They don’t have the manager’s number, they told me to look on the website. chaos and deception of customers. unfriendly and rude administrators.
