I've ate here the last two evenings for dinner and both times it was delicious. The food is pretty traditional Polish, but they have something for everyone. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is great, especially since them seem to speak English well. Whether you're a local, from out of town, or even American you can enjoy a great meal in nice setting with good service. I'll definitely be regular here when I come back to Krakow.

Doskoi is one of my favourite Japanese restaurants. The food is authentic and super tasty. The service is friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend the karaage curry and rice. A simple dish with complex flavours. They also carry a selection of Japanese teas and beers. Definitely recommended not only if you are in the area but its well worth the travel as well.

Great food, more like a speciality shop with the more limited, but still sufficient, menu. Good prices, fast service, nice decorations.

Katsu curry, green salad, and hojicha tasted authentic. I highly recommend the corn soup, a dish the owner supposedly passed down from mother. The store also features a japanese snack section where you can buy a selection of sodas, biscuits, and teas.

Oh boy, what an experience. This was my first time having Japanese food. I'm very surprised. I'm not much of a fan of seaweeds but I gotta say that in this case, it was justified. The place is very cozy and nice. The service is outstanding. I wish I could grant this place more than 5 stars. I had a Miso Soup, a Amakara Tori Don and Vegan Don. All dishes come served with rice and although the bowl it's served in might look like it's a small portion, nothing farther than truth, there was a lot a good in that little bowl. I was more than satisfied with the portion. They also have a teeny tiny kinda Japanese products "store" right as you walk in offering Japanese products to take home. They also offer delivery (via globo and such) and take-out. A full trip to Japan right in the heart of Cracow. Definitely a MUST VISIT if you're in the city. Highly recommended!!!

I've had Vegan Don and it was amazing. I've loved the inside, it felt comfy with the climate. Only 4 stars because of meat options which I don't support.

Good food- portions are honestly big enough to split between two people. The staff speaks English and are quick to cook the food fresh. I got the teriyaki Don and it was delicious. In the summertime don’t forget that they have outdoor seating. This location is wheelchair accessible

First time here and I'm sure I will be back. Great curry, delicious tea and everything priced adequately. I have to visit this place few times to find the best dish from the menu.

One of best Japanese food in whole Krakow. Must try. The staff is so humble and welcoming. Right on the money. I wish they increase more menu items to get more authentic taste of Japan in the city.

I really like the place. They have a variety of traditional Japanese cuisine to choose from. The portions are perfect and they really fill you up for a long time. I recommend anyone that's looking for japanese restaurants in Kraków to come here. Also the service is very kind and I've never had any problems with them.

I took Karaage Curry for a take out with salad and miso soup. Food tastes perfectly, portions are quite big (and I have a bit of an appetite) and service inside was very nice. I'm so happy eating it that I posted my first review. :)

The place has a amazing food and a great atmosphere. There isn't a lot of variety but each dish is cooked to perfection and there is enough variety to meet each desire and their menu is pretty cool. The food is very filling as well

Customer service: First off - bad customer service. The girl was clearly very stressed and we (2 people) had trouble with getting seated. Once we got seated it was at the bar which is very high and not suitable for shorter people. The “table” was more or less at the same level as my chin. Tea: We had ordered houjicha tea which came in a kyusu with a steel strainer that felt very inauthentic and cheap, yet the tea itself was good. One pot was ca. 3 teacups. Food: The choice for vegans is quite small, so if you’re not a curry or spice fan then you’ll probably have to omit the main dishes. The “Vegan Don” had some tofu in a soggy tasteless batter and tasted like very generic overcooked sweet rice with some veggies. Also none of the mains are based on fish which was quite disappointing for a japanese restaurant. We’ve ordered sides of edamame (it was my first time having cooked warm edamame, surprising but good) and natto which was weirdly plated but not overmixed and quite good. The miso soup was okay as a small side dish, or just to sip on. Btw it’s not vegetarian. I also ordered a spinach & garlic onigiri. It was tiny, wrapped in very soggy and gummy nori and tasted of basically nothing. I felt the garlic perhaps in one single bite. Overall - it’s a pretty overhyped place in my opinion, and sadly, our expectations might have been too high. The prices are alright, we paid 95 zl for two people, a good deal when eating out in the city center. Wouldn’t visit again :)
