    I would not recommend this clinic. I had an appointment at 13:00. I was waiting in the hall next to my assigned exam room at 12:50. The doctor never called my name and instead took a patient 20 minutes before my appointment, causing me to have to wait. When I went to the counter at 13:36 I asked for them to reschedule the appointment. Only after I asked this question did they try to locate the doctor. After locating the doctor the doctor said she was looking for me and called my name. I told her that couldn't be true because I was sitting directly next to her door and no one exited the exam room until 13:30. Stay away from this clinic as they are not punctual. The desk staff, coordinators, and nursing staff all saw me waiting and no one volunteered to check on me or my appointment. A complete waste of time. I'm pretty sure public institutions are better then those who are at this so called private institution. Someone could have at least said the doctor is behind schedule or approached and offered to see what was taking so long. I'm from Chicago and lived in Korea, Germany, Italy, Romania, and Ukraine. I've been to clinics and all of these countries and MediCover Podgorska is the worse.

Więc wycofuję się i sprawdzam. Medicover. No żenada. Wejście do kliniki przez aptekę. W dodatku ichni sklep Medistore przez dwa dni miał niesprawną stronę. Obsługa niepomocna. Nie polecam. Na plus - lekarz, do którego trafiłam, spełnił oczekiwania. To nazwiska zapamiętam.

    It was good but now become worst place where they just want to earn money in the name of package. When you visit or want to make an appointment, they don't have doctor and suggest to visit public hospital. Why the hell people will buy private medical care when have to visit public hospital for doctor Consultation. Hire more doctor or stop looting the customer. It's pity that being a customer of medicover from past 7 years have to think about to leave and find better option. Paying every month 400 zl is not worth when you don't get appointment for an orthopedic.

    The ladies at the reception are nice. The thing was the girl at the laboratory who took the sample of blood, she was rude. First, they were chatting (both women there), I thought there was a patient there, but no. Until a polish lady came and ask them, they let us pass. The girl seemed like angry because we interrupted their conversation. She took the sample in a bad manner and when I was going to ask something, she shouted at me "that's all!, Go!". There are many examples - from asking to show your ID card three times during the same conversation, to constant problems with the system, printer, etc., but for example from today - I confirm my appointment for an X-ray in the machine, enter my PESEL number, select the appointment, provide my date of birth, confirm that I am a caregiver and I receive information that this visit cannot be confirmed in the machine. Ok... I go up to you and say that 1: why do I have to enter the year of birth after my PESEL number and 2. why does he ask if I am the guardian and about the year of birth after selecting the visit, since the machine cannot confirm it anyway. Couldn't this be improved.     I can't say anything about medical services there because I didn't yet get there, but their customer service hotline is the worse. It's already the third day I'm trying to make an appointment with a general practitioner. I spent more than 4 hours just trying to reach them. Their line is busy, service doesn't work, or the connection gets broken in the middle of the conversation. I reached them over Instagram and described the issue in detail; they just sent me some links and email addresses, didn't even apologize. They showed that they didn't care. I hope Medicover is aware of their issues and does something about it. It seems that Medicover intentionally makes an effort to get rid of their clients. It was such a mistake to get medical insurance from them.

She asked what I wanted, I explained that I had blood tests - she sent me to the usual collection point, because she would not get me today. In addition, I waited a long time for results from the doctor because the system did not work, which did not happen once. I must admit that for a pregnant woman being in the 3rd trimester, sitting an hour and a half in a medical facility with a running lady from the staff without a mask and other patients is a stress during a pandemic. Zwłaszcza, że od tego umawia się na konkretną godzinę i jeździ do prywatnej placówki medycznej, żeby takich sytuacji unikać.

She shouted at her even though I was sitting next to her the whole time. In my opinion, such matters should be dealt with without the participation of third parties. Let's move on to the visit itself, I entered my office at the same time as I was registered for. The doctor, if you can call him that, all the time he looked as if he hadn't slept for 3 days, he spoke quietly, his eyes closed and he was indifferent. Without any good morning, without any welcome in my office, he asked what was wrong with me. I explained to the Lord what was wrong with me, he told me to lie down, he moved his knee a few times asking if it hurt, with some movements I felt a lot of pain, so I thought there would be no problem with the diagnosis. After the "examination" was over, he told me that maybe this pain is only my imagination and it is possible that I have to do an MRI by issuing a referral, telling me that I can do it for PLN 800. I thought I would get directions for this time so I might get a knee brace, whatever. The Lord thanked me and asked me to leave my office. Jestem aż zdruzgotany tym jak źle zostałem potraktowany jako klient co płaci 185zł za wizytę. Everything is quite OK when it comes to issuing prescriptions and sick leaves, but when it comes to diagnosis and treatment based on the diagnosis - it's a disaster. They don't have enough doctors, they rely on teleconsultations. The waiting time to see any specialist is at least a month, if it is possible to book such an appointment at all.     There is no problem with this center, good and less good doctors walk around. It can be very busy at times (especially in the weekend) To have your blood taken, for whatever reason, can take up to one hour (waiting). The radiology department however needs people that know how to work with computers better, especially burning XRay pictures on to CD's (which they give to clients, vthis ery handy by the way). I went ther to have pictures taken on 12/05, they gave me a CD, my neurologue could see them (on his internal system) but when I got home the CD was empty, so it was not burned onto the cd. The radiologist probably just dragged the files to the disc (which creates a temporary file). To actualy burn the files on the CD you still have to click 'BURN TO CD', the lady probably forgot to do this. Today 24/05 I went again to ask for a correct copy because I need to show the pictures for an MRI scan on Tuesday, they did without questioning (very correctly ppologized) and said everything should be ok now (I trusted them BUT again when I came home, the CD was empty!! Annoying, because this is unprofessional, time consuming, and in my case extremely painful to have to go there again (severe pabckpain) and wait for all this again. Aside from this center, which besides these 'small but annoying problems is fine' Medicover in generral hasa a problem with it's contact center / help desk. It seems they hire unexperienced / untrained 'I do this just for the money" young girl with no interest or knowledge of what they are doing. Last week I called them to ask if I could see my neorologist to request an extention of my L4, previously I had asked him online about it but no reply so I decided to call. I told the center that I did not want an appoiment (because I had seen him on the 12th and have a new appointment on the 26th, I only needed him to fil lin and give me a new L4 form for 2 more weeks. They said they would call him to ask him and call me back. They called me back saying the doctor had no time and they made me a new appointment with another doctor. 3 hours later my own neurologist replied online that he could see me before noon (this means he did have time and they probabely didn't even call him). Also today I called the center to ask about a new copy of this Xray CD to pick it up today or Monday and the girl simply said "I can't call the center today it's closed" stupid because I just told her I was there TODAY and it is open until 14:00 PM 'oh yes yes, Im sorry my mistake' so the girls from this contact center are often unexperienced / unknowledgable or simpley too uninteligent/uninterested to do this work which, which is important work, they are dealing with real people with health problems whom you have to have a client / customer relationship with, they lack in this. Too bad because most doctors I've met are very capable, professional and helpful up to their etxtent of kowledge in their field. Long story y but that's it.     10/10 experience. I came to Medicover as an uninsured backpacker from the US seeking a primary care physician. Couldn't get my phone to get through to their number, so I walked in on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment. The receptionists were very kind and helpful and all spoke great English. I was able to schedule an appointment for just a couple hours later. The doctor spoke great English, was very mindful of my symptoms, and provided great care. He wrote up a couple prescriptions for me, which the pharmacy next door had. I walked out feeling much more comfortable. Overall, the visit was very cheap out of pocket, especially by US standards -- I think 240 PLN plus 20 PLN for a streptococcus test.

Needless to say, that doctor canelled my wisit before I got to receptionist. It is dissapointibg. So it is ok, when patient waits for approx 10-20mins for a doctor and not ok when patient is late for a few mins. I see some room for improvement here)
