Horrible experience. The worst hostel experience I've had. The owners look for reasons to charge you extra money unreasonably. Because I was 45yo they said I had to leave (apparently 18-40 only) yet they'll charge me over 200 PLN regardless! -5 and snowing outside. No thought or commonsense. I'm a reasonable person, don't expect any in return. Shocking.

Just a little bit outside the city center, normal hostel. They have free breakfast and dinner. You get what you pay for, ive stayed in another of their hostels and it was way better. The setup for the rooms is not the best, it is a bit crowded. I would stay at their other hostels.

I booked a bed, from my smartphone, as i normal do on Booking, and I didn't see the fine print under 'policies', which is only for the 18-40 age range. it doesn't say when you Select a room that it is for under 40. they don't propose refundable option, i booked. 30 mins later i receive an email saying: only under 40 . try to see if i am wrong..try quickly booking a bed.. i tried to get the refund, because: 1. this is discrimination against older people 2. when you select the room, it says one adult in mixed room (but nowhere in the booking screen it is says only under 40) 3. this will be painful to read from now on, the fine prints everytime you select a hotel .(ee have other things to do than realing policies). the important is : the date, the nights, and checkin check-out times. nowhere in my life, i had to check the age before i booked. or even thought to look for age. as a courtesy to customer, they should just put the title in booking: Greg&Tom Party Hostel <40. and cancel the reservation free of charge. but no... they eant every cent.... it is just 3 letter more, and would prevent headaches for the 40+ 4. they could have refunded me but they gave me the standard 'company policy' and that it CLEARY STATES UNDER 40.... 5. they dont play fair and it is discrimination. what next? my rinkles?, vision quality ? my colesterol level, menopaused? I hope you can comment to them if you do go there, for the sake of non discrimination. 6. that means that now, everytime we use booking we need to read another and another screen, to see fine print. anyway, i hope the managers see that, and change something in the title of the hotel. they have 2 hostel, one for under 50 and one under 40. i can't wait until those inconsiderate people be above 50 and they'll get not so clear.restrictions not happy i wish I was a lawyer

Not a party hostel. Very small (only 5-10 people at a time throughout the week), poor wifi, and not a social or party vibe. They could improve wifi and add a desk to the spare room in the basement to improve the amenities. I found the staff to be not very sociable or helpful. I asked where I could take out cash, because they only take key card deposits in zloty or euro, and they said “an ATM”…kind of unhelpful and condescending. They couldn’t help me find an ATM. Anyway, go with Beer Hostel. Once I switched, I had a great time.

Please do not stay at this hostel… I made the grave error of staying here and not at Greg and Tom regular hostel which is very nice and a way better vibe - as I accidentally went in there before realizing it was the wrong location. Very weird people stay at the party hostel, leading to a terrible vibe and the layout is super strange. Also no ventilation in the rooms so they always stink. Staying at this hostel almost ruined my experience in krakow honestly. There was an old guy living in my room as his home… and working from his computer there. Very strange

I need a place that has working wifi, the Wi-Fi here is basically nonexistent. Other than the staff, this is the most boring hostel in the world! Calling this a party hostel is hilarious, this is a hostel where you go to sleep! There is no party, there is little social interaction, other than some drunk guy puking all over someone else's stuff last night. I'm debating if I will even stay here tonight. I guess it depends on how long the salt mine tour lasts. I would rather lose what I paid for the day and stay somewhere memorable. All the tours are overpriced too. Found them for 1/2 the price elsewhere. I don't mind paying money for great service. Their other hostle was quite amazing, super impressed!

This is better than the Greg & Tom beer hostel. The rooms are cleaner and newer and more spacious. The front desk was really helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Toilets are super clean! The breakfast was really good. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Krakow 🙂

A good place for partying and if you are looking for friends. The rooms are fine, although no ventilation is available. Really annoying the toilets and showers are combined, and that there are only 3!!! Not a cosy common room as it is situated in a smelly cellar. However, great you can join the free breakfast and dinner every day.

Best hostel I have stayed at! What really stood out for me was how clean the hostel was considering that it is a party hostel. The facilities are fancy clean and modern. As well the breakfast and dinner were way beyond expectations and included in the stay. I would stay here just to eat the food! The free earplugs they provide were good quality and made it fairly easy to sleep (there was noise at night). The staff were all really approachable and the environment among travellers was really social. The nightly pub crawl was a blast and only 40pln for all you can drink. Can not recommend this place enough!

Very nice, welcoming place for an extremely good price!! We got dinner, accomodation and breakfast for 26€ each and could store our luggage for free. Very good location, nice Service, nice dinner Buffet and breakfast but dont get it too late. The bathrooms get cleaned every hour and with the right people in your room you have a great and worthy stay

The staff here are excellent and are usually responsible for the delicious dinners and breakfasts provided everyday. The location is perfect and is a short walk to the Cloth Hall with plenty of stuff to do on the way. Shoutout to the staff member Camo, he was extremely funny and helpful during my 8 day stay.

Excellent value for money if you are travelling. You get much more than a bed! Staff very pleasant and food is plentiful.

The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk from the city square & 15 min walk from the central station. Very helpful staff as well as a free breakfast that absolutely slapped. A very small hostel that feels communal amongst both guests & staff. Would highly recommend for anyone young travelling to Krakow for a party !!!

It’s a very friendly place. Breakfast and dinner are amazing!! Which you cannot find these in hostels usually. Enough bathrooms. Only thing, internet is awful. I’ll come again.

Good location, when I arrived my bed was not ready, that is to say that I slept without sheets, the bathrooms in one part of the hostel are extremely small, as for dinner you must be there on the dot, since 15 minutes pass and you run out. Excellent breakfast! I want to thank Ibrahim at reception for his kindness and good predisposition at all times!

Worst hostel of my entire life, DON’T STAY THERE ! They tried to forced us to pay additional services after the paiement of our nights. In addition the window were poorly insulated, it was as cold inside than outside (-5). The beds, duvets, pillows.. were wet ! Last thing is.. they put deodorant to hide the horrible smell of the hostel

All in the name, very fun hostel, had a great couple of party nights here. Great location. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were basic and had good security and lockers. The showers and toilets were a bit unclean but bearable, kitchen is huge and built for the pre drinks. Breakfast is free and good selection, they provide dinner which was nice. But the best part was the people we met, the staff always showing everyone a good time, it's a club crawl and different ones every night. Fun and cheap. Don't stay here if you want a quiet night in.

Best Hostel I have ever stayed in. There are three - I stayed in the one Beer House one. For 8 pounds a night you get free breakfast, free dinner and free beer..what more could you want? The atmosphere and communal space makes it really easy to meet people and feel comfortable as a solo traveller. Highly highly recommend.

Just stayed at this hostel this last weekend and couldn't be happier. Great facilities, friendly and approachable staff members. A great pub crawl and let's not forget the food! Easy five stars. If you want to have fun and meet cool people whilst doing it, then this is the place to go.

Stayed here in October 2019, fun party hostel with a great pub/nightclub crawl. The drinking games were fun and like for 10$ you got so much vodka and drinks provided at each bar/club. The stay was very inexpensive and they even provided breakfast and dinner. Rooms and bathrooms were ok but that's not what you came for. Although my 2nd night I became very sick which I believe to have been Corona virus and I couldnt contine partying. Would stay here again or the beer hostel you guys have that is in downtown.
