3.5 stars max. Not bad but you can find better for the same value or less. Stayed 1 night. The location is great and it's kept very clean, and it's a gift that it has an elevator! It loses points for, first of all, not providing a towel included, and also the shower not having a wall mount for the shower head nor soap. The room would have been nice but the beds are sooo squeaky. The staff should consider putting the bedding on beforehand for guests checking in late, or else they come in and wake up the whole room (especially the person under them). It feels like lazy service. Finally, and this is not the hostels fault, please beware that the kind of guests it seems to attract are unhinged tourist men. Guy listening to stuff on max volume at midnight, another stomping around til 4am in his underwear with lights on as if it is daytime, another guy talking to himself and making weird noises till 2.. also someone wheeled a laundry cart in around midnight, why?? Really odd. Perhaps if you book female only dorms (which women have to pay extra for) the room is better..

Close to the old town but is on the 5th floor. My mixed dorm seemed clean and airy. Bed was pretty good for some of the hostels I have stayed at on this trip. Staff were friendly. No issues staying here.

Room are spacious but can be quite noisy at night if you have the windows open (in summer). There is no air conditioning but there are radiators. The showers and toilets are just okay, not dirty but they could have been cleaner. Staff were excellent. Any questions I had they answered, any requests I made were fulfilled (I checked out but they allowed me to leave my luggage until I could check in to my next destination). Location is fantastic, right between the main station and the old city.

Had a nice stay in Bubble hostel. The breakfast was nice with bread, cheese, salami, tomato, cucumbers, jam, cereals and milk. Location is really good, just in front of one of the many entries to the old town. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were quite clean. The locker can fit a daybag but not a backpack and the beds are quite squeeky. Overall a nice option for Krakow.

the hotel is in a very good area in the city, the shared room is not cramped and the bunk beds are ok. during my stay there were a couple of days in which the elevator didn’t work but that’s not in them, it’s an old building anyways - just keep in mind if you plane to bring a lot of suitcase that might happen. one thing I think could be improved is the number and sharing of bathrooms, as there are few toilets and the showers are mixed.

I was there for four days and I had to take 2 really cold showers because hot water ran out. The lockers were small and the beds were really noisy metal bunk beds. The included breakfast is just white square toast, slices of cheese, slices of charcuterie, milk and cereal, not a lot of choice and the quality wasn't there either. Otherwise it's really well located to visit the old town and kizimierz by foot, spacious, and the staff is really nice.

Embarking on my first hostel experience was an adventure in itself. The vibrant atmosphere, a melting pot of diverse cultures and personalities, immediately set the stage for an unforgettable journey. As I entered the communal space, the hum of shared stories and laughter created a sense of camaraderie among fellow travelers. The hostel's communal living concept provided a unique opportunity to connect with people from around the globe, fostering a spirit of friendship and openness. The dormitory-style accommodations, though simple, offered a cozy haven where strangers became temporary companions, sharing experiences and tips about the places they'd explored. Navigating the communal kitchen and common areas, I discovered the heart of the hostel – a space that encouraged social interaction and the exchange of travel tales. The eclectic mix of backgrounds and perspectives added a layer of richness to my journey, transforming what could have been just accommodation into a cultural mosaic. While the amenities were modest, the hostel's charm lay in its ability to create a sense of community among solo travelers. It was more than just a place to rest; it was a gateway to a world of connections, shared adventures, and the beginning of a new chapter in my travel narrative. My first hostel experience wasn't just about a bed; it was about the vibrant tapestry of human connections woven within those walls.

The hostel is fine, right in front of the city center, and great views from the rooms. The free breakfast is extremely basic, just some salami and cheese.

Brilliant location, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is included, which is a classic breakfast not a big thing, but it is nice to start a day with. Big, separated room for showering, for you and your stuff! We booked two month earlier than we wanted to go so it was a very affordable price.

Location is excellent, outstanding with a coffee shop next door that opens at 6:00 a.m. which is very helpful when you have a 7:00 in the morning tour. Shared dorm rooms have very small lockers so you have to leave your big bags on the floor. You have to rent a towel. The staff was very nice. One staff member spoke English very well but another had limited English. My biggest complaint is the breakfast because there's nothing vegan except tomato and cucumbers so if you're a vegan person, you need all your own food. It's mostly sliced meat and cheese. I never did see or smell coffee in the kitchen. Probably instant. Lots of tea. There is a well supplied kitchen but you will be cooking in an omnivorous space. The worst aspect of this hotel is lack of a community room. It's just a bunch of dorm rooms and a kitchen so no place to hang out and socialize except in the dorms, small lobby or kitchen which is not very comfortable. Three toilets and 3 showers, handheld. Clean enough for me. Location is just a few blocks from the train station and two blocks of the gates of Old Town with heavy public transit in front. Krakow is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. For the price, highly recommend Bubble Hostel. Good WiFi.

For solo traveler's it's a really good choice. For females, they have separate rooms so they can be more comfortable too

The best hostel I've been so far: - Good price - Clean - Friendly staff - Good location

The staff is rude and always acting annoyed if you ask them for anything. Including to check in. The house keeping staff took my towel that was hung up on the end of my bed. They threw it in with everyone's dirty laundry and refused to wash it before giving it back. The room smells. Lots of street noise.

Great place and close to the old town. The room was really noisy unfortunately. Besides, there is windows in the main room door which mean that the light can penetrate the room any time the corridor is enlightened.

Really a nice hostel setup. On 5th floor but has a lift. Secure magnetic key access for 2 doors. Clean &well maintained. Reception staff very friendly, attentive &accommodating. Anastasia & Maria especially were professional in their duties. They are real assets to this hostel. Will revisit if I return to Krakow.

It is a very nice and clean hostel, breakfast is served every morning, very near the old town and generally speaking, definitely value for money.

I was in hostel in the first time and I was impressed! It was clean and comfortable, there were 3 shower room, so it was a line there, but it goes fast. The breakfast deserve to high marks, it looks like a standard swedish line: cereal with milk, sandwiches, yogurt, fruits and vegetables, coffee and tea. It was a pleasure to stay there. I recommend you to try!

Hostel is okay but it’s very difficult to sleep as you can hear everything from the other rooms. Daria is amazing but there should be 2 staff when there is a lot of people staying.

I was placed in a room in the outbuilding on Święty Filipa Street. Room with a large window, spacious, private bathroom. It is a pity that the walls are so thin and you can hear the conversations and libations of the neighbors after 10 pm until the morning. The kitchen is well-equipped, but the fridge freezes once and leaks.

It was ok but the lockers are useless (too small). Only two toilets and 3 showers for all of the guests. Breakfast would be better if they add at least some eggs and chocolate. I was there 4 days and the firsts days food was not so good, mostly the bread, it looked like that was the cheapest one you could find. On my last day they added better quality food. You could see it, specially for the ham and bread. On the other hand, the hostel is located in a very good location. Closer to the bust station to go to the Salt Mine and other pick-up points for guided tours. The staff was also very nice and you can do your laundry there 👌🏻

Five stars for: location, cleanliness, tentative staff and very nice showers. The hostel is located just outside the old town area, which makes it close enough yet not on a street covered with tourists at odd hours. Clean, tidy and modern rooms. The breakfast was also decent with bread, meat, cheese, jam and a selection of cereals. Although there are only a few showers, each have a dressing place and space to put your clothes without it getting wet. Highly recommended hostel.

They are a scam. I paid in advance, the receptionist denied my check in time wich OK I can understand reception hours but then he cancelled my booking and didn't refund me the money. He send a no show mail to booking wich is lie, because I did show as advice and also they cancel me. So I end up in the street with no refund. I went to talk in person to get my money and he said that I had to options "go to booking or go to the police", that "it wasn't his problem" and he threaten me on calling security and the police if I don't leave. I callbooking they told me sorry the hostel said is no show so no refund. Nobody cared about anything and I lose my money and my time. They let me out the place at 1 am when I paid all my stayed in advance and then scam me. Not even talking about the receptionist managed the situacition.

Peaceful and quiet. No party hostel, there is a common room and basic breakfast to kick start the day. Great location next to Barbican
