300 HUNDERD EURO STOLEN, LUGGAGE MOVED FROM A LOCKED DOUBLE ROOM W/T US KNOWING, OFFENCIVE TREATMENT I made a reservation to visit Krakow with my son 2 weeks before the trip and fully paid it. At check-in the receptionist confirmed my reservation and payment, nothing else was said. We had a separate double room, in the morning locked it, left the key at the reception and left. Coming in the evening we saw our bags at the floor at the reception. They told us that we had to move to another room and next day we will have to move to another room again for a big group was coming. Extremely inconvenient as check out is at 10 and check in at 14. The worst was that we found our property for 250-300 euro (total 5 items) was missing, including airpods of my son, powerbank etc. With such costs (+300 euro) we could rent a 4 or 5 star hotel. . I couldn’t even protest against our second movement from room to room, because it was clear that they would move you by themselves if they want. We called the police (the receptionist Nicholas refused to help us with that), they advised to first talk to the manager. In the morning we waited for the manager and he promised to try everything possible. Later it became obvious that he was just procrastinating. He understood that we would just have to leave in 2 days. In the evening nothing was done, not even cameras checked (they actually do not have cameras everywhere). Barbara at the reception was behaving in an extremly insulting way, saying that I would not prove the fact of theft. For 2 days no attempts to do anything were taken, we has to leave and missed our chance to file a claim with the police because of the manager’s promises to settle this. Of course we hoped he does that, for we came to Krakow not to spend hours in a police station. This hostel certainly has bad problems: 1. Probably cleaning personnel steals things 2. Your luggage can be taken out of the locked room without prior warning. 3. Low security, not enough cameras 4. If something happens, nobody will help you.

Excellent place to stay in central Krakow. Good prices and friendly staff. I am particularly grateful to Kuba for letting us leave our bags in the luggage room, many hours after our check out. We were also allowed to hang out in the common room. Thanks.

Pros: close to the train station, lovely garden to chill in, new and spacious kitchen, comfy living room. Cons: noisy wood floor in the dorm, many old locals stay there, i prefer staying with travelers. bunk beds are cheap and noisy. Far from the main Square. Wifi so so

It’s good for the price and to stay 1 or 2 nights but not more. I stayed in a dormitory (number 2) and the beds were really loud and I thought the person on top of me would fall on me every time they moved. I highly recommend to get ear plugs. The bathrooms were not very clean and there were some stains on the bed sheets. Overall I was not mad about it but the day I left, in the afternoon, I noticed a lot of bed bugs bites on my back. Maybe you should do something about it. It’s ok it happens in old buildings but please do something about it.

Very good, solid stay and close to the Old Town. More toilets/showers should be available on the rooms otherwise guests are forced into big waits.

It's mostly perfect. Amazing hostel with friendly and attentive personal. It placed in quite locality in old polish city Krakow. They have very well equipped kitchen and cozy shared lounge/tv area with a lot of sits. There is a counteryard with place for smoking. Staff keeps that's hostel clean on all rooms, baths and kitchen. Additionally, there are a couple minutes to walk from this hostel to main railway and bus station, also it's close to city center with a lot of ancient buildings.

The Hostel is nice and clean. Located in a central area. I've got a twin room and paid $80 for 2 nights, as I like my privacy. And they wanted to change me for a towel. I was disappointed. The bed was not done and the mattress definitely old and not super comfy. The receptionists are nice but not super flexible

First of all I'd like to write positive comments about this hostel. But for some days I stayed there there were many problems. They were not about the staff. They're kind and helpful but even only one thing can make your trip bad. They don't have internet! Don't trust them if they say there's... No! Even near the resepsiyon we couldn't reac at the internet... Bed and pillow were Very thin and it's not possible to sleep well. The air circulation is very bad in the hostel. Who cooks something your room smell very bad. I can't recommend this place.

Good communal area and kitchen, nice courtyard. Room was a little small and not exactly as described but was clean and comfortable. Hot showers.

Dorms were bad. Terrible wobbly beds. Bad mattresses. Bad sheets that smelled. Terrible voice canceling. Noises came through walls and ceiling. Door wouldn't lock. I didn't like the showers. Bad experience, wouldn't go there ever again.

Location is great, everything's within walkable distance. The staff are very helpful and cheerful there. The rooms are great for hanging about and meeting new people. The only downsides are that the showers lack water pressure, and sometimes random people can just wander into the common area.

WIFİ rarely worked. Bed frames were old fashioned and extremely noisy. Mattresses and pillows were old and very thin, albeit clean. Bathrooms were clean enough, although they could get dirty by the end of the day because there were only 2 toilets/showers for multiple dorms. There seemed to be a lot of older residents staying for extended periods - which isn't necessarily the hostel's fault, but having female only dorms would alleviate some discomfort. Kitchen was well stocked though, and not many people used it so it was easy to get a spot.

I stayed in the 6 bed mixed dorm because there was no female dorm option and ended up being the only female in the room. At 1:00 AM, 2 guys got into a physical altercation in the room, I went downstairs to report the behavior and request a private room as I no longer felt safe staying in the room. I was charged for both the dorm and the private room and no repercussions were made against the men in the room which I found to be strange because there is a sign in the lobby that states a zero tolerance for unsafe behavior. The location of the hostel is excellent and the facilities were nice, but based on this experience and how the staff on duty responded I would not stay here again.

Everything is good, the personal are really nice. Just the door are making loud noises when you open them and you end up waking people up without wanting that.

The room was big and nice. The bathroom was clean and modern. Kitchen and common room were very tidy and cozy and the staff was really nice. It was great to have a kitchen to cook and store our stuff :)

Oh it was such a nice change from the dingy hostel I had booked. This is bright and spacious and feels very fresh. The hostel is very clean and has all modern facilities. My dorm room was huge with huge lockers and a center table and giant couches. Plenty of large and clean bathrooms. Huge kitchen with all appliances available. Good wifi, no complaints. The only problem was that while the beds were very comfortable and the linen was so clean, the beds are spring and every time the girl on the bunk above me moved an inch it would bounce and creak like crazy and she decided to make the bouncing a national sport so my sleep was disturbed. But hey it's a small inconvenience amongst many wins.

Great hostel, large rooms are a good size and the location of this place is perfect. It is just a short walk from the city center. Communal bathrooms and kitchen were fine and staff at the front desk were helpful. They had spare travel plugs at the front desk.

Nice facilities with friendly staff. The reception is open 24h. It's so clean inside the hostel, and the rooms are so big. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Krakow 😍

Looks good in pictures, and it really does look that way. But falls short on other things. Creaky floors, creaky beds and absolutely terrible wifi.

Yooo people there are so unfriendly !! The room was so stinky ! When i saw the bathroom I nearly had to throw up ! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bad place! Please stop being rude to your guests ! I paid for my stay and I was treated wrong for no reason! By the way in room 3 were bad bugs !! Friendly reminder for the stuff start cleaning instead of being unfriendly to your guests. There are way better places in this beautiful city! Safe travels :)

Overall a pleasant stay. Nice building a few steps away from the historical center, with friendly and helpful staff and beautiful design. I would recommend and I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Super friendly staff. One helped me to find a room despite the fact that I booked the wrong dates. However the dormitories (cheapest rooms) have an old wooden floor where you hear every step at night...

Lovely hostel, rooms are big, people are friendly, kitchen/showers/wc are clean. Beds were awfully uncomfortable, though, and I didn't sleep well during my three nights' stay here. Pillow is comparable to that which you would get on a red eye flight, nothing more than a small cushion. Other than that, great hostel!

The receptionists are very kind. There’s a common kitchen and living room. It’s quiet so you can even work there. The bathroom was clean. The rooms were clean too. The mattress was not good at all, maybe they could change them for new ones. There are hair dryers, towels, and everything you need in the reception, which is 24 hrs. There’s also wifi but it doesn’t cover all of the corners in the place.

Location is good. Clean room. The room was huge yet look so empty i saw more decorated rooms in the Hostel photos but i guess it depends on which type of room you book. The bed was a bit small but it was fine. The bathroom was shared but they were clean as well just sometimes you had to wait a bit to use it because some people were using it long. I liked the garden. It was chill and cozy. After 22.00 it was written to be silent but some people were making too much noise and talking loudly. The staff and guests were very friendly. Guests here were giving away eggs breads snacks etc for others to use. I had no problem in check in and out. The WiFi was working but it was slow and it was gone in upper floor where my room was. Overall it was fine for a few days to stay.
