Great tour to auschwitz using Kraków shuttle! Our driver Connor was great, super friendly and was a pleasure to meet.

We had a reservation for 12 and they changed it at 8 in the morning with less than 24 hours, without giving any explanation. The customer service was very rude, they only said that an exchange was impossible. Very regrettable service.

My driver showed up perfectly on time, was really polite, took my bag and put it down for me and even assisted me to put it on my back for me when dropping me off! Couldn’t recommend them higher :)

Booked the Auschwitz and Salt Mine tour. Good amount of time spent at all of the sites. Fantastic guides, nice driver and very comfortable coach. Lunch was provided! Definitely recommend!

I had booked a tour of Auschwitz a month in advance with this company. As i left Dublin airport I got both a txt and an e mail saying we would be collected at 8.20 the following morning. At exactly 8.20 our guide Michael arrived. During the tour Michael could not have been more helpful towards us or the other passengers on the bus. He provided us with his local knowledge of the area on where to eat etc. I would highly recommend this company for any tour in Krakow.

Overall good experience with the company. We had a friend back out of the tour relatively last minute and they were accommodating and flexible allowing a refund. The tickets were all arranged in advance and the people on the tour with us were friendly. The documentary on route to Auschwitz was informative.

Well organised tour. Fantastic communication. We were picked up at our accommodation at the appointed time. New busses and great staff. Our guides for Auschwitz and the salt mines were both excellent. Good lunch provided too. Highly recommended!

Used KS for our airport transfers and a day trip to both Auschwitz sites and the salt mines. Excellent services on all occasions. I would highly recommend. We watched a film on way to Auschwitz and had a substantial lunch all included in price. Our tour guide/driver on the day trip was Michael and I cannot speak highly enough of him. His english was very good, he was punctual, informative, polite and courteous. He was also extremely calm. Not something I would be if I was dealing with tourists, time management and traffic every day!!! Thank you Michael.

Excellent service that took us from Krakow to Zakopane. The driver (Mark) was friendly, informative and spoke excellent English. I would book this service again. Edit - we ended up also booking the Krakow salt mine and Auschwitz tours through this company due to our private car experience and they were well organized. They were even able to promptly accommodate our last minute schedule changes with ease and without extra charges. This is a well run company.

We were very pleased with our whole experience. Great tour company and it was all well organized. Michael was a great driver and everything was clearly explained in regards to the schedule of seeing Auschwitz and Salt Mines. There are plenty of comfort/restroom breaks throughout the day. (toilets cost money at Auschwitz) The pace was excellent and it was well worth our time. We highly recommend and feel it was great value. I wasn't looking forward to the salt mines but they actually surprised me. We had a nice day and would definitely use this company again.

I booked the Auschwitz/Salt mine full day trip directly on their website prior to travelling to Krakow. All relevant information arrived promptly via email. The day before the trip I received a phone call, text and an email informing me of the pick up time outside our accommodation. The bus arrived promptly on the day and the entire day was hassle free and a memorable experience. Michael, the driver was very pleasant,informative and nothing was too much trouble. The lunch provided was adequate and extra drinks were available. Both tour guides used at the locations were very informative. My partner and I would highly recommend this company if you're interested in exploring further afield than Krakow centre.

Krakow Shuttle - first class service We used this company for transfers and tours while on a recent trip to Krakow. We went on the full day trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau and the Salt Mines. 11 hours in total. Well organised and everything ran like clockwork. Two days later we used them to go to Zakopane. Again, great service, excellent timings and comfortable coaches and minibuses. I really have no complaints. They are competitively priced too.
