We had the most amazing trip to Zakopane today, thank you so much to our driver Przemek Dynski🥰. He made it such a pleasant experience for us both, we had so much fun the whole duration. The tour was amazing and he’s so knowledgeable of some awesome pit stops along the way🤪. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We initially booked a group tour on the day we traveled home. Early morning pickup left us enough time to make our evening flight. After speaking to Anna on the phone, We decided to upgrade to a private transfer. She was very nice and was really helpful and explained the details perfectly. Plus for an extra £5 per head to upgrade it was fully worth the price. Our driver on the day was early and kept us well informed of tours etc. He did not ask for payment until we had finished the tour and he made sure we were 100 percent happy with the day. Auschwitz-birkenau is a must do if you are ever in Krakow. It is very humbling and a good experience. I would like to say massive thank you to all of the Krakow-Direct team.

We used this company at very short notice, 3 or 4 days before for trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines. Very comfortable bus, both drivers, Jacob and Michael vert friendly and explained everything well. Bus was on time for each trip. The guides at venues were very knowledgeable. I used Krakow Direct for my transfers to and from the airport as well as for the Auschwitz tour. The drivers are all professional, friendly and speak good English. You can either pay for a ride in advance online or pay cash to the driver at the time of pickup. The response time for reservation requests is also quick. The company also does a good job at communicating with you and even lets you know the phone number of the driver who is coming to pick you up.

We really enjoyed the tour. We went to the camp and the salt mine on the same day. Everything including pickup was planned perfectly. The driver and the guide was super friendly and explained thing perfectly. The bus was nice too. We event had time to have a nice lunch by the salt mine.

Trip to Zakopane hosted by the fantastic Bartek was great, such a beautiful place. Bartek was knowledgeable, his stories and tales were really interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. My tour to Zakopané was everything I could have hoped for and more. From the beautiful Polish countryside to the breathtaking mountain range, my guide, Paweł Huzior intentionally designed a day that catered to me and my unique interests. We tasted cheese, hand smoked and crafted from local sheep‘s milk, wandered through a century old mountain village, and witnessed the magic of a local sculptor breathing life into his creations. I particularly love to see churches as they speak so loudly of the lives of the people that they have served for so many years. The regional “folk art” carving that adorn the wooden churches are a refreshing contrast to the gold and gilded fixtures so commonly found. Their beauty is in their simplicity. Charm is the word that comes to mind. Finally, I was led to the trolley car that carried me to the top of that part of the world overlooking the beautiful valley and the Tatsa Mountains. A lively market filled with grilled sheep’s cheese and jam, souvenirs and the clip clop of the horse and carriage carried tourists too tired to finish their stroll. Pawel so willingly answered my constant stream of questions about the Polish culture, their history, their way of life, their religious beliefs and a myriad of other curiosities that I had. I am unsure if you can make a request as to the guide you are given but I would encourage you to try. I can assure you that Krakow, Zakopane and Pawel will not disappoint.

We had the pleasure of being driven by Piotr. We got a private transfer with just 4 of us. He was so friendly and helpful and had perfect English. The journey was extremely comfortable. The trip to Auschwitz 1 and 2, although very sobering and upsetting, was extremely important to do and so happy we did it.Thank you to Piotr and the Krakow Direct team.

We used this agency for a day trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The bus driver was super friendly - very good arrangement with pickup straight from the hotel. The guide at Auschwitz was knowledgeable and friendly. Can warmly recommend.

Just so tourists visiting Auschwitz know, the safest and faster route from Kraków is via A4 motorway. However, this company bus travel via country road that takes longer and is far less comfortable, Why??? Because motorway cost money.

Michael picked us up on time outside of our apartments. He was friendly and very helpful throughout the trip! Krakow direct were easy to deal with. Only thing I would say is that they told us quite late when our pick up was. In the end it wasn’t a massive issue! I would recommend Krakow Direct to everyone.

Booked a private tour to Auschwitz and the Salt mine. Christopher was our driver for the day. He was on time, clean and social. He explained what will happen during the day and set out a timeline for us which he updated throughout the day so we know what's going on. The car was nice, clean and Christopher kept it warm for us. Krakowdirect had arranged a good and knowledgeable tourist guide for our group on Auschwitz visit. For the Salt mine we were given our tickets by Chris, which he then explained what will happen and what we had to do to join the tour. Great experience, highly recommended.

Today Andrzej Niedzwiecki took us to Zakopane, we were totally impressed with his knowledge of there and surrounding areas, we couldn't fault his professional attitude and we can't thank him enough! We took the Pope John Paul II private tour. Our driver, Paweł, picked us up at our hotel We visited several locations that told the story of John Paul’s life from his birth, to becoming pope, to his last days. Pawel is an excellent tour guide, he provides us with useful information and was both courteous and a good diver. He also directed us to a pastry shop with something good to eat. We learned so much a the tour and would book with Krackow Direct again.

We made a last minute booking and company still accommodated us even though we were only people on the tour that day. Our tour guide Blueberry was punctual,picked us up in front of hotel, she was friendly, polite and had great recommendations. We had a really nice day and saw quite a lot in short time:)

What a welcome to Poland! Adrian our driver met us at arrivals with a big friendly smile. He made myself and my husband feel comfortable and at ease. On the way to the hotel he gave us so many recommendations and we done them all! The black duck restaurant is amazing, beautiful traditional Polish cuisine. We used Krakow trips and tours to visit Auschwitz - Birkenau, also the salt mines. On time, clean vehicle, fantastic driver, 5 stars from us.

We used krakow direct for the Auschwitz tour and also transport to the airport. Definitely recommend for transportation as they were on time and cheap compared to competitors. For the tour, we were picked up last and when we had to sit on the van we were split up. Considering the situation of the world I was surprised that the bus was completely full. Maybe I should have enquired before the tour but I think it should be advised to customers. There was also arguments on the bus about seating as couple and groups wanted to sit together and some individuals needed persuasion to move their bags off of their seats The tour itself was very informative and something people should visit if possible

My experience with KrakowDirect was extremely positive. I booked an airport transfer for myself and my 2 year old daughter. The booking process was smooth and I was able to easily contact the company with any questions that came up. I was provided with the driver’s contact information in case of any issues which was very reassuring since our pick up time was 5am! We had booked for the Eagle's Nest Tour of castles north of Krakow. This was cancelled last minute due to the illness of the driver. We were still keen to see more of the area, so the office managed to find another driver for the next day. Pawel's English was very good, he was very professional & provided us with written information on each site visited. As well as castles, it was nice to walk in Ojcow National Park, see Bledow Desert & walk up Kosciuszko Mound towards sunset. Due to the change in date of the tour, he also ensured we were delivered to the airport ahead of time for our flight home. Thank you, Pawel!

We booked with them the transfer from Krakow to Auschwitz and back for 16 people (we had arranged the tour of the site with the Auschwitz museum itself). They were helpful and responsive in phone calls and mail exchange. The driver came exactly on time, and everything went according to plan. I experienced seriousness and professionalism.

We visited Krakow for the weekend, it was going to be a challenge to fit everything in as we arrived at 9 pm on a Friday so had Sat, Sun, and up to 5 pm on Monday to get everything done. Due to the limited time, I wanted our visit to be as efficient as possible so booked airport transfers, a full day to Auschwitz/Birkenau on Saturday then the Salt Mines and Schindelrs factory on Sunday. We opted for the private car rather than a shared one to ensure we had no reliance on others impacting on timings. From arriving at the airport on Friday Night to heading back on Monday night everything from Krawkow Direct was spot on. Drivers were there before the expected time, courteous, cars were spotless and it removed all of the effort from everything and allowed us to focus on doing the tours. It's the small details, even on the trips the driver made sure we were ok, we knew what was happening, and dealt with tickets, just everything! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the drivers we had. The tour guides on our trips were also great. If you are on a tight schedule like us I recommend letting them take care of all the arrangements for you. Really can't thank the company and their staff enough, it made all the difference to our visit that they were so efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had the 7-hour day trip to Auschwitz today and it was terrific. Both the driver, Martin, and our guide, Barbara, were super helpful. The tour ran on time and very smoothly, taking in both Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz 2 (Auschwitz-Birkenau), with a short break in between. But don't pay extra for lunch - it was only given to me on the bus home, an hour from the end of the tour and wasn't even worth the money But the company itself? Highly recommended!

Wow, Bartosz Janiak was a fantastic driver and guide to take us to and from the Salt Mine. He was safe, polite, and very engaging. We learned a lot from him about Krakow … and also some really interesting stories about how Poland has changed during his lifetime. We would absolutely recommend a tour with Bartosz. Thank you!!

My wife and I picked up at hotel by Alexandra the tour rep private car then very pleasant and informative drive to Auschwitz where we were taken on a guided tour. We then were taken to Birkinau for next part of the tour on way back were shown a beautiful Dominican Monastery then were dropped off at our hotel. A very interesting but also sad excursion would like to thank Alexandra again for such a pleasant journey.

I booked a tour with Krakow direct for Auschwitz and Schindlers Factory tour. However, I never got to go on the tour as my holiday had to be cancelled. With that said I contacted Krakow Direct to inform them that I could not go on this tour, and within an hour of my email they confirmed they have cancelled the tour and given me a full refund. Absolutely fantastic customer service. When I get the chance to go again I will be booking with this company. 10/10

My husband and two friends visited Auschwitz and had an extraordinary day which we will never forget. Please thank Magda for her comprehensive tour which was perfectly pitched. She was a superb guide. We left heartbroken but educated and are so thankful to have been.

Pickup from the Krakow airport was first class but return journey was a let down. I had to flag down a street taxi to take me back to the airport as Krakow Direct taxi didn't arrive on time, 25 minutes late, but by then I was in the other taxi and 180pln out of pocket!

My friend and I had the most remarkable day out exploring in Zakopane! Gregory was very informative and welcoming. Despite the fact that only two of us booked to go. He made the most of it and really tried to give us the best experience all around. The food, culture, atmosphere and views in Zakopane are so worth it.
