Terrible !!! They never guide you if you can have "tax-refund". They wouldn't care. You must visit two other pandora shops near!!! According to my horrible buying experience in this strange shop , i emailed to sales person in krakow, poland to look for pandora's reply. There has been none of any email from so-called pandora. I used to be a big collector for those pandora charms as souvenirs wherever i travel. But it shouldn't be a long lasting story. They don't deserve. One anonymous customer is like a piece of dust to them what they made me feel...

Staff member was very helpful

Very helpful staff, even though they were busy and had a lot of people visiting. The selection however wasn't all that great but we did find what we were after. The prices were obviously higher in comparison to other places of this type but that was to be expected due to the location. Overall, we got what we want, quickly and without much fuss. Definitely recommend as a walk-in but wouldn’t make the trip especially for the visit.

The assistant who looked after my daughter was super helpful and friendly. She spoke great English too - welcomed as I’m a non-Polish speaker. Thank you. I was feeling a little dizzy (hot today) so sat on the only stool whilst my daughter paid. Martyna (another assistant) objected to this as I was not having my ears pierced - a ‘special’ stool apparently for ear piercing only. I was even asked if I would like my ear pierced. As I did not I was asked to move - despite no-one needing the ‘special’ stool. So, a little disappointed. Would have given 5 ⭐️ had it not been for this unhelpfulness.

Terrible service, there was three girls working and none of them even tried to approach me. I had to approach them every single time. They didnt seem to want to serve me and when I finally did get served they did not mention the tax refund. They were more interested in quick sales than helping me find the right charm. Would not go back, worst pandora I've ever been into. I thought it might have been because I'm not polish (I'm Australian) but another Australian girl walked in and got served straight away, it was a quick sale not a quality sale. Very disappointed.
