They didn't have it ready, but the jeweler committed to doing exactly what I wanted within a week. The result was a beautiful brilliant cut diamond in the center of the ring with several small diamonds on the sides. The jewelry is fair priced and trustworthy, providing quality service and a GIA certified diamond. I would highly recommend

The ring reduction was performed flawlessly, but the service and approach to the customer was terrible. The older lady treated me very disrespectfully and with visible haughtiness. The gentleman was very nice, but he was not willing to help me measure the ring.

It was not a problem for them to resize my rose gold ring from 13 to 9 size! It looks just perfect and additionally it was carefully polished 💍 The prices are okay too (we paid 80zł) and I consider this place the best in Kraków!
