I am a regular goer to this gym and i am so much in love with the best gym in kraków. Of all the gyms i have been to in kraków, this is the best and biggest so far, as the name says xxl, its really big in space. They have different sections for training, for example old school, section for running/treadmills, strength training section with truck tyres, battle ropes, a huge weight training section, section for deadlifts, squats, for movie lovers there is a section too with treadmills, and much more. And of course they have wonderful trainers who can be really helpful if you're taking personal training sessions from them. For people who love sports there is a small place to play football, two squash courts, two tables for ping pong. Also, there are tennis courts outside where you can book your slot by going to the reception on the back side of gym, bungee jumping is also there and a football court. And on top of it, there is a lot of parking space available outside. The nearest tram stops near this gym are cystersów, fabryczna and francesco nullo. I would recommend this gym if you're living in kraków and they accept Multisport as well, what else anyone can ask for. 🤓

I had a highly disappointing experience with this gym, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations. I contacted their customer service department via email to request a membership change, and to their credit, they responded with a potential solution promptly. However, the issues I encountered at the gym itself were beyond frustrating. The receptionist, (I think her name was Ida), was the only positive aspect of my visit, was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the positivity ended. The manager at the reception completely disregarded my concerns. They seemed disinterested in resolving the problem and bluntly informed me to "send another email." This kind of dismissive attitude is not what I expect from a manager who should be responsible for addressing members' issues. Overall, my experience at this gym has been a letdown. I value a gym that cares about its members and their concerns, and this one falls far short of meeting those expectations. The lack of support from the manager have left me with a bad impression. I hope they can work on improving their customer service and the overall atmosphere of the gym. EDIT: after your reply to my review, I would like to inform you that I went to another Platinium and they solved my problem in 5 minutes. I suggest to review what's the problem at your gym, but the staff is not properly prepared in my opinion.

PLEASE CHANGE THE DISGUSTING mainstream low quality pop MUSIC THAT IS PLAYING nonstop AT LEAST SOMETIMES!!! This is unbearable and very loud. It’s also frustrating that there is no hyperextension machine in female part while there are 2 in the big hall. It’s very much needed, and there’s always a line to it. But registration process is the worst XD Expect to spend 1-1,5h on it. And be careful not to allow them to charge your card monthly, you have to be very careful with the checkboxes.

Good facility. Strange to see so many people who go in to work out and improve their fitness, that then walk back outside and smoke which does the opposite. Outdoor gym across the parking lot is excellent. Needs repair on tri machine; squat machine safety seizing, needs grease.

Be careful to mark all consents and regulations... in a few months your card may be charged with an amount that is not visible at first glance. This is a repeated practice, so it is not a one-time example. I do not recommend. It's a pity that FP has to attract the so-called customer. discounts without a clear price message.

The pricing structure is ridiculous. One would expect that there will be something like a 1-month pass for a fixed price, but no. To get the monthly pass, you need to pay an additional fee first. Then, if you want to take a break from the gym, you need to pay an additional fee because... if you stop going to the gym and come back after a while - you guessed it - there is a comeback fee. It just feels needlessly oppressive.

Terrible service, the worst I've encountered in gyms so far. The reception is not enabled to help customers with their online accounts for classes reservation and you can't reactivate over the phone. One star for a Platinum and for the worst customer service at the reception

Very well-equipped gym, various thematic zones. Cardio cinema room - great thing. A special room for women. A lot of equipment and load.

I absolutely do not recommend it in terms of customer service. Be ready to receive payment after 1.5 years. The lady on the hotline couldn't answer any questions.

In general, the gym is okay, with just exercise machines. I had an incident where I injured my leg due to a poorly maintained machine. However, the staff's response surprised me. When they came to assist me, they didn't have the necessary first aid items, and we had to wait for two more people. It was unpleasant that my wife had to provide first aid before the staff did. I received a form stating that I have no complaints against the gym and that the incident was my fault. I was recovering for about 25 days following the injury, during which I couldn't walk for two weeks. Later, I got an email stating they had reviewed everything, and I was found at fault. This kind of service, trying to shift blame onto the customer, is disappointing. So, for the equipment, 0; for the staff, 0; unfortunately, I can't give a 0 for the overall rating, so I have to give it a 1. After the owner's response: It's unfortunate that you consider me a liar, although, in fact, you simply cannot admit that your staff fell short in this regard. But let it be. I hope the incompetence of your employees matters more than the truth in this situation. Response to the second comment from the owner’s: Your customer support service is a waste of time. You will claim that everything is fine with you. However, to see the problem, an ordinary customer just needs to sort reviews by one star, and you will see that all comments concern the service staff of this facility. If your employees do not understand that providing first aid takes priority over signing documents, if they cannot arrange equipment properly (which likely falls within someone's job responsibilities), there is a problem. If you want your facility to be one of the best, it is not enough to just build a box with equipment; you also need to teach people how to work correctly.

A huge spacious fitness center with many exercise machines and various sports equipment for training. Probably, the largest in the city. Great place to train!

Prons: - Reasonable price - Localization Cons: - Old equipment that not changes in years - Poor entrance transmission capacity. Awful fingerprint scanners work really slow and can reject your fingerprint for no reason - Kinda dirty bathroom and locker room - Overcrowded in 4-8 PM every day. The amount of people who visits this facility is way bigger than it's capacity. This last thing crossing out even size and amount of available activities. You need to wait to enter, find free locker somehow, wait in queue to the machine, and even wait to exit sometimes... poor experience You should limit the amount of visitors

They start trying to kick people out as much as 30 minutes before closing time. They will literally turn off cardio machines WHILE YOU ARE ON THEM 20 minutes before closing. Receptionists are often very rude in their demeanor.

The biggest gym complex I have ever tried . It has everything . CrossFit area, calisthenics area, squash area, enormous gym area (eg x25 times the basic workout machine like bench ), weightlifting area, football 2x2, 2 tables ping pong . Finger print entrance . Clean restrooms. And you feel safe with your things .

Squash court bookings are disrupted, with both courts booked literally two seconds after availability.

I really like how big gym is. It is nicely separately by areas (machines). I have tried some classes too, but it feels like sometimes are too crowded. If you register for a class and do not show up they charge you the next time you go to the gym. Not very nice since in my opinion they are not losing business and classes are full of people anyways. But overall is a nice place to get your workout done.

The place is very nice and well equipped. I haven't used it, but what you can see is a very wide selection of trainers, the possibility of signing up for various classes, and the usual use of the gym. There is a lot of space and everything is arranged quite well. The service itself was very nice, the girls were always smiling and would help with anything if needed. The only drawback is that for people who don't like crowds, they may not find their place here, because due to its popularity, there can sometimes be a lot of people here.

The gym was ok, but now I am rating it 1 because they stopped supporting a multisport card. So you are loosing me as a client, guys. And no, I am not going to buy a one pass ticket or a monthly one if I have multisport card. Bye.

Very large gym space. Nevertheless, it is still too crowded during the evenings. Lots of machines. Cardio zone is available most of the time. No need to wait there. Open showers. Small sauna. Lockers require personal locks. (you may purchase at the spot)

Large, very well-equipped studio with a very good price/performance ratio. Often crowded at peak times. You are also expected to bring or purchase drinking water as there are no water dispensers. A pity. Then it would be one of my favorite studios

It's the most terrible payment policy I've ever seen. You cannot just pay for one month of gym; you need to "activate your membership" by paying an extra 39zl. And do pay it every time if you skipped a month. What do I pay for? What is this "activation fee"? It's not even a real person "activates" it, no, cause you pay for it on your online account. Another thing: I've added a "contract" to the basket but didn't pay it or activated it or anything. Returning in 2 weeks, I found that I couldn't just remove it from the basket and start over from the current date - I still had to pay it for some reason, and I couldn't even change the start date. What.The.Hell?

The gym itself is big and well located. However, to enter you need to struggle to read your qr code in the app to enter. I am never able to avoid the “error” while entering. The equipment is old and dirty (covered with dust). The cloakrooms are dirty as well - floor most of the time and the lockers. There is only one leg press machine. It is almost impossible to wait for your turn. The weighs are always a mess. But this is a question to visitors, who do not care the rules of the gym attendance. Wi fi is horrible. You can hardly listen to apple music and mobile wifi is not available in the premises as if it is a basement.

Very crowded and dirty. Changing room is steaming out of sweat. You have to waste a lot of time just to simply access the training equipment.

Discussing experience. Rude lady on a reception. Lost my todays’ reservation because was refused entering without my ID. I already payed for a monthly pass and suddenly 5 days before it finished the lady doesn’t let me enter without ID. Why the rules are changing all the time? Why last time and 100 times before I could get enter without ID? Why I could rent the racquets by being simply checked by fingerprint for 2 times before and today I can’t? This gym is just a mess.

Nice and spacious gym, good equipment, lots of different rooms (like strefa old-school where you can find equipment from 70s).

  • 5/5 Jobert 1 year ago on Google
The gym is equipped with all sorts of things needed for different styles of exercises/workouts. In general, everything is kept in good conditions. It’s a big place and there are lots of options, so usually there are no issues when you want to use any machine or tool. But at peak hours, it becomes really crowded and you might have to wait a while or share some equipment with others.

Generally its a good gym. Free squash courts are excellent, but its very competitive to book them ;). A lot of people exercise here which might be the reason why some equipment is missing (resistance, rollers etc.).

Massive place with multiple exercise areas! Even cardio cinema area is available, just watch a movie meanwhile you are doing cardio

[ENG] The gym is huge, and offers a few thing that you won't see anywhere else. There's a theatre room where you can train cardio while watching a movie. Another interesting thing is a small football pitch where you can play, and two squash corts (need to be reserved ahead of time). All this for a really good price, 100% recommend.

I would have given it 5 stars if not for the below average customer service I received today.. I used to be given access without fingerprint scanning, but today with the new system i was left frustrated because i didn’t know i had to scan my fingerprint to enter, so instead of clearly stating “sir you have to scan your fingerprint” the girl kept saying “try again” with an annoyed tone. Please teach your staff to give clear instructions on how to proceed when the customer is clearly confused instead of assuming that we know your procedures

This gym is amazing, one of the biggest I have ever seen. Thanks to this it has all required equipment and some cool class that you can attend. Additionally, it was opened during the lockdowns so you could enjoy it regardless of all the restrictions. Moreover, they have contracted a brand new sauna, which is also one of the biggest that I have seen inside a gym in Poland. The only withdraw of this place is that it is always crowded, 16-21 is the worst time.

I haven’t even get to the gym but already terrible experience. I bought membership online checked first user guide where stated that padlock will be given for free when I buy my first membership at first visit. I come to admin at first visit and they say me I should pay for it. First, wrong first user guide. Second, because I didn’t take money with me I asked them to give me a padlock just for one visit. Because this is clear mistake of the company!!! But administration told me “we understand it is our mistake but no, you cannot rent or take for once, you can just buy it”. This is just ridiculous
