I
went
to
Riznyk
Street
Workout
School
(RSW)
for
almost
2
years,
overall
if
you
are
in
Krakow
and
looking
to
get
in
better
shape,
I
recommend
going
here
over
any
gym
in
the
city,
for
the
following
reasons:
Training:
Maks
and
Karla
typically
run
training
for
two
groups
of
people,
beginner
and
advanced.
When
you
show
up,
they'll
write
down
what
training
you
will
do,
essentially
creating
a
training
plan
for
you.
If
you
have
certain
goals
or
skills,
that
you
want
to
work
on,
they
have
no
problem
coming
up
with
personalized
training
that
you
are
able
to
do.
Can't
do
a
muscle
up
or
a
handstand?
You'll
train
for
both
using
exercises
that
are
fitting
for
your
fitness
level
and
they
will
demonstrate
and
explain
(in
physiological
detail)
what
you
need
to
do
to
reach
your
goal.
Experience
and
Personal
Coaching:
Both
Maks
and
Karla
have
a
lot
of
experience
and
a
wealth
of
knowledge.
Every
time
you
go
to
RSW,
they
are
present
to
correct
form
(you
won't
get
away
with
sloppy
form...ever)
and
coach
you.
If
you
get
the
unlimited
pass
for
150zl,
it
might
seem
a
little
pricier,
but
you
essentially
have
a
personal
trainer
that
is
there
on
the
spot
available
to
help
you
every
time
you
go.
So
for
150zl
a
month
to
have
a
de
facto
personal
trainer
on
hand?
You're
pretty
much
stealing.
On
a
regular
basis,
people
that
couldn't
imagine
themselves
ever
holding
a
proper
handstand,
muscle
up,
back
lever,
etc.
end
up
doing
them
regularly
as
part
of
their
workouts.
People
show
up
here
that
are
completely
new
to
calisthenics,
or
even
fitness
in
general,
as
well
as
people
that
are
in
ridiculously
good
shape
to
learn
from
Maks
and
Karla.
Atmosphere:
The
people
that
go
here
are
solid.
People
from
a
variety
of
fitness
levels
motivate
each
other,
and
everyone
who
shows
up
is
there
to
put
in
the
work.
It's
a
smaller
and
more
personal
crew
than
your
average
gym,
and
you'll
see
the
same
faces
regularly.
A
lot
of
the
socializing
that
goes
on
is
related
to
the
training
that
you're
doing,
and
if
it's
not..then
you
feel
the
pressure
(not
in
a
bad
way)
to
get
back
to
your
set
after
your
2
minute
break.
Language
If
you
are
an
expat
in
Krakow,
you'll
get
the
same
level
of
care
and
quality
in
english
as
you
will
in
Polish
(I'm
a
native
English
speaker
and
I'm
fluent
in
Polish),
so
don't
let
that
dissuade
you.
If
you're
looking
to
get
in
better
shape,
learn,
be
motivated,
and
excited
to
go
work
out,
I
highly
recommend
giving
this
place
a
shot.
First
training
is
free,
you'll
want
to
pay
for
the
rest.
