She works most on deep muscles, which is very important, especially for women. You can develop systematically and gradually and try more difficult asanas over time. I like that it is explained what they do and what impact each asana has on the body, health and well-being. As for the crowds, more people go in the afternoon, at the beginning of the academic year and after the New Year. Wojtek gives the greatest effort, he usually sweats. At Kama's, the room is usually full. All the necessary things for exercise are there. There is a cloakroom, but there are no lockers to lock personal belongings, which are left in the cloakroom at your own risk. There is a toilet on site. A huge advantage is that there is no need to book an appointment. The school organizes many interesting, additional workshops and weekend and holiday yoga trips.
