Went to Decathlon Krakow store today along with my husband and kid.Was asked to submit the backpack bag we were carrying. There's no issue in submitting the bags,unless its asked to everybody who has a backpack.We saw many people entering with different kinds of big bags.But they were not asked.Felt discriminated.Not expected from a big store like decathlon.The rules should be same for everybody.

Ample of parking spaces are available here.Sports person will definitely love to visit this store, products like shoes, winter wear and other accessories are also available.Payment kiosk are really outstanding.

Excellent store with a lot of options and unbeatable prices

A well stocked store with exceptionally efficient staff. The range is amazing and the prices range based on the type and quality of products. The labelling could do with some help. Especially when you want to read some product code one needs to strain hard. The store closes at 9pm so for those working and trying to get through some shopping, it can be challenging.

Super extra mega helpful. I got a Romet bike from another decathlon and after a day it had an issue with the front derailleur. So we went to Plaza decathlon and they were super helpful and fixed everything + went extra mile to check brakes and stuff. And they did it on that moment (it took around an hour). 5/5 ⭐️ for their bike service folks (I don’t remember his name but was the bearded guy)

They have everything you need for every sport, I didn’t know about decathlon until I decided to get in. The self paying machines are a bit weird and was charged double but then the customer service workers helped me and were super cool. Definitely a store to keep in mind.

It keeps the European prices in a bit far location from Krakow. But also it has the quality and all the products for sports, so it is worthy, especially if you are visiting or living there. We went for swimming suits and towels, since not all shops had (probably because of the cold?? 🤣)

Great bicycle/service workshop. I am very happy with a quality of job done to my bicycle. Servicemen in workshop are very nice as well :)

Lads they've got absolutely everything there. They also have these telepathic self-service checkouts that know what you're trying to buy before you even scan it. Madness!

Highly reccomended when it comes to price quality. One of the best option in Krakow for sure. If you want to buy shoes it is the place. If you are interested in making your bike better and replace pieces come to Decathlon is a very good decision.

Bought a rock rider st120 in August of last year, and ever since it has skipped gears. The rear cassette doesn't turn smoothly, and has a wobble. I took it in today for a service, and when I showed the guy the wobble, he said that it's "Normal for cheap bikes"! He adjusted the derailleur and sent me away with an unusable 8th gear. Maybe I'll take it to the zoo and see if the chimps do a better job.
