    This is the worst-serviced Smyk in southern Poland. If you have too much time and like to wait in lines, go to this store. The saleswomen are as free as flies, and if someone has a return or an online order, it becomes a huge problem - all the saleswomen are involved and people stand in line for half an hour or even longer. The incompetence is astonishing. Good advice ; If you want to buy something in Smyk, go to any other one - you will save time and nerves.

Na próżno tu szukać łóżeczek dziecięcych, wózków, fotelików czy większych zabawek. W sezonie wyprzedaży za mało obsługi, ogromne kolejki do kas z którymi 2 panie nie dają sobie rady. Wszystko na kupie, ciężko cokolwiek znaleźć.

    Цена на ценнике не соответствует действительности. Пластилин стоил 11.99 злотых, с карты списали на злотый больше и чек выдали на сумму 12.99, на мое замечание развели руками. Я очень спешила, не было времени требовать возврат(хотелось сделать принципиально, нельзя так обманывать людей). Мелочь, но не приятно.

    I don't know who is responsible for security in this store, but this gentleman from Justus seems to be exceeding his competences. A boor and a simpleton, he snatched a toy from a child, shouted and lectured because everyone steals. It was sad, but people usually judge others by their own standards. If you don't like children, change your job. When it comes to the store and service, I have no objections, quite the opposite. We are regular customers, but today we finished shopping in another store. We had to take our younger granddaughter home, the child was very traumatized by the incident, she didn't want to go into any store, we couldn't calm her down for several hours.

There was no third piano in the store. There is nothing to exchange it for. Employees need to check the goods you sell!
