Lots of fake 5 star reviews here - don't believe anything unless it has a written review. Despite lots of staff, not one of them cares about customers & are just avoiding them, actively ignoring them. An old lady asked one staff if they could process her medication script from her doctor - no answer, not even looking at her. She went to the back of the store where 3 staff were standing around chatting while the shop was full of customers - they also ignored her. She walked out. I came to get some travel sized items (shampoo, conditioner, etc) but they don't have anything like that & not a single staff was prepared to engage me to help or offer alternatives. Lots of people were over it & walked out. They are stupid young ladies, if Rossmann closes the store due to lack of sales, they'll lose their jobs & it will be their own fault.

All you need. But I was hoping to have the same product as in Germany (since I live in the UK), I hoped I could stock up on Alterra products.

I love it I always buy face products as they are way better than the ones sold in the UK! The staff is always very supportive.
