The best sushi I’ve ever tried, I recommend you the ones with Philadelphia. They have also delicious ramen, especially the spicy one. Great staff, nice location, just next to the main square. I’m coming at urara very often and I’m never deceived!

Google reviews never lie and even though it was a full house and almost a closing time, we decided to wait another 5 minutes and we got our seats 😊 You can customise your own ramen and they have vegetarian options as well. Everything was so good and waiting time was only 10 minutes. I understand why this place has thousands of reviews 😍

This restaurant looks good, the sushi looks fantastic and the location is good as well. Unfortunately the taste of several sushi dishes we had did not live up to our expectations. The rice is definitely to salty and the tuna was not close to fresh. That being said, we did really like some of the rolls like the one with the torched salmon skin on top. This you can not find in other sushi places nearby and was definitely well put together. Keep up the great work but please make the rice less salty and start experimenting with making your own fresh wasabi. It can make all the difference.

The best dumpling that have ever touched my lips. The food here all round was amazing. Their hot pots were also to die for and the best sushi ever. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Very authentic Japanese experience especially if you sit at the bar and see how the food is prepared. Ramen was super good (36 zl is a bit pricey, but the portion is super big), and the dragon roll also. In evening hours can be pretty busy, so it's better to make a reservation in advance. In general, this restaurant is a bit more expensive than other places, but totally worth it.

Very tasty food, hot pot options, a good variety for vegetarians, possibility to pick spiciness levels. Better to make reservations. There is not possibility to have hot pot if you eat next to the bar. The waiters were very nice and helpful.

Unreal sushi at a phenomenal price - Erika our waitress was exceptional and made our pet Orangutan’s night (Will, human). 100% would visit - half the price of sushi in London and better. Paid £30 each for all this food and 4 beers each….

I have to put this restaurant as my number 1 sushi restaurant ! The dishes we had were amazing - hot food too was to die for- the prawn dumplings and dipping sauce ! I loved the open kitchen concept as you watch your order prepared. Everything was so fresh and unique. The host Mr Lee sat with us and gave an overview of the dishes - the special for 2 people is the way to go !! See you again when I come back from London !

Amazing food, we came here two days in a row - that’s how good it was. We had the ramen and hotpot and sushi. Very fresh ingredients, incredible taste to very reasonable prices. Worth going on a trip to krakow to visit this place. Pawel was our waiter and he did a great job, very kind and top service

Sushi is good, however the hot pot is too expensive for the amount of food that you get. Good, kind service. Worth a visit, but probably not a second time for me.

Amazing sushi, spectacular taiwanese dumplings, delicious drinks and an amazing experience overall. The place is located within the heart of the old town, the staff is very pleasant and the interior is authentic. Definitely would come again!

A good change from having many days of Polish food (not that it is a bad thing) to having something else. Quite authentic taste for the sushi (could do with less mayo/sauce) and the tempura is not oily at all. The female Asian waiting staff was friendly and attentive and could converse in English.

they have open kitchen for sushi, and they work really professionally. I would recommend to try sushi and sashimi here. The price is fairly good with the quality. After that, we ordered hot pot with additional broth. TBH, hot pot here is not my thing because the thai broth is too heavy, feel like they put one whole coconut milk inside. the original fish broth was ok. Calamari was frozen I think. If you are here, sushi and Udon should be in your top choice, not the hotpot. But still this is a good asian restaurant in town.

Sushi was delicious 😋 Our service provided by (W) Valenty was incredible. He was real and genuine, which does not happen a lot. For the first time after 2 years, coming back from the US, I felt great about service in Kraków. A small gesture like a little candle in a small dessert for a B-day was just making me, but I think my colleagues experience more enjoyable 😁Well done. Will definitely come back. Way to go Urara! 🤩

Very authentic Japanese food! I first came in July 2021 and the restaurant left a really good impression on me. So I went there again on Dec. 31st. I forgot its name so it took me a while to find it in the old town of Krakow. The price increased a bit but the food remained delicious.

Wonderful place with great food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff EN speaking and PL and probably other languages also ;) Prices ok. Rather need a reservation before as during lunch it is packed. Food very tasty. Broth (both spicy and not) very nice There are lots of vegan options. Sushi and ramen also there.

Great restaurant for good food. We came right back again the day after. Their sushi is of good quality and made right infront of your eyes (at the bar). The shabu shabu is actually great aswell. The waiter Kuba was super friendly who definitely creates a good atmosphere and makes you have a nice time. Visit this place if you like sushi and you're in Krakow. Trust me.

Minus 1 star for the waiters forgetting to take our order, the people that came after us got to other way before us and after some time we had to call the waiters ourselves and remind them to take our order. Another thing is that the sushi rice was a bit dry for our taste. Otherwise loved that they had option of shabu shabu for one and that hot pot was delicious! The Taiwanese wonton were tasty as well :)

Perfect place for a date or dinner with friends. We took shabu shabu (hot pot) with beef. There was an unbelievable amount of beef slices and a lot of veggies. Two soups - totally different in taste (one was spicy). If you are running out of broth they will refill it for free. Amazing experience - exact the same like I was in Asia!

We visited Urara during dinner time. We did not have a reservation and we were lucky that someone was just leaving so we were seated in few minutes. We ordered few meals to try. Maybe I had higher expectations but everything was just fine. 🍣 I liked sushi the most. 🥘 Hot pot is not my cup of tea. 🥣 Ramen was fine but there are far better places for this in the city. 🤵Service was nice and fast.

The ramen soup was very tasty, a little too salty at the end, but the contents were very good. The sushi was not so good because the rice was too mushy. The fish itself was ok. The service was good.

Great food and great value. We ordered the Salmon tartare as a starter and we have the biggest platter to share between 3 of us and not only was tasty but also enough to fill us up. Only negative note would be the receipt machine which wouldn't stop beeping, ruining a bit the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Sushi chefs were fun and very talented!

it was not our 1st visit here, but yesterday we got a bad experience. the best sushi restaurant Hana have closed to renovation and l decided to visit Urara for my bdау. sushi menu is poor, you have just a little choice. dessert is just one, it's mochi and without price. btw our waiter didn't remember with which filings they are. rolls was tasty, but soy sauce with green top at our table was bad - sour like a winegar and with strange smell. and this sauce ruined the taste of food. when l said about that to our waiter he didn't do anything. btw he give us just a one sauce bowl and when l noticed that l couldn't ask about it anyone bc waiters didn't look at us. finally l went and asked about it cooks. our waiter have never asked us about our next wishes and about ordered food - did we like it or not as in another places and he looked uninterested. service was bad, but l must pay 10% of a bill. one of our sake glass was with broken parts, it should be thrown. mochi had weird shape and ice pieces and frost on top. we was sitting next to window and felt bad smell from plants. l don't recommend this place. "thanks" for ruined bd. l think almost 300 zł it's too much for this👎👎👎

Amazing food ordered one of the sets of sushi 🍱 super fresh and taste amazing. The well being tea was refreshing and bubble tea superb. Great service provided by Amit thank you for your hospitality and great customer service. Definitely fully recommend this spot.

I love sushi and I was hoping with all the good reviews that this place would not disappoint, however it was just ok. Nothing special. Limited ingredients and rolls were bland. Service was also slow and they forgot some things we ordered but I was not in the mood to bring it up.

Great place to eat sushi. Just drove in from katowice and I am glad we stopped in for dinner. Service was friendly and very fast Loved "special set for 2". Highly recommend this place. I wish I would have taken picture but was too hungry and did not think about it till now.

Small and cozy place with an amazing food experience.

Loved the atmosphere of the place with the seats at the bar, the spots for one person and the grill at the tables. Very quick service and the spicy ramen was amazing. Definitely recommend if you're looking for authentic Japanese kitchen.

Very kind service, nice and big portion. Ramen 3/5. Bouillon not strong enough for me. Noodles was too soft on my opinion. But still I recommend this place, I’ll be back and try sushi.

My dining experience at Urara was simply amazing! The ambiance, the service and the food were all excellent. The seafood was so fresh that it melted in my mouth. Every dish was seasoned perfectly. Each piece of sushi looked like a work of art. Even the shabu shabu was scrumptious and beautiful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back.

The selection and the quality of the food were fantastic! We ordered a sushi platter, a special set for 2 and tempura prawns. The set for 2 had a lot of servings and it just kept coming we could barely finished it all! They all tasted so good and the everything was spot on! Finally, the ambiance and the interior of this place is quite cozy as well.

My mom and I visited Urara together, it was my second time enjoying the restaurant. Everything from service, taste, presentation, and atmosphere was a step above the rest. We shared both set for 2 menu which allowed us to taste a large variety of food. Every dish was outstanding, with a variety of flavorful depths, it was really good value!! I would highly recommend for any occasion - and we will be back!

I really love it here. As a traveller from Asia, I seek Asian food from time to time and decide to have Japanese for today. The food was great, the atmosphere is very calm but nice, Pradeep was also very helpful (and his colleague as well). Would definitely recommend the place.
