What an amazing hotel! Such good value for money. Great location, barely a 10min walk into the centre of the old town with plenty of places to eat. Room is massive (I stayed in one of the attic rooms). Bath is nice and deep for a good soak after a long days walk. Really friendly staff. Had breakfast one day because an early trip, it was OK. It is near the train lines, however I wasn't bothered by any noises.

Top localization - few steps from train station and market square. Super clean and well equipped rooms. The ceiling imitating sky makes impression. Angaged staff and super quick check in. Varied breakfast however the bread could be more fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will come back for sure:)

Everyone was so polite and helpful at Sky Hotel! Staff behind the desk stood whenever I entered the main lobby and always said hello. Check in and out was simple and quick. The rooms were clean and felt much more homey then the typical hotel. Location was 10-15 minutes from the heart of old town. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Modern, classical beautiful and elegant. Staff were more than accommodating. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and in impeccable condition. Food is absolutely fantastic. Location is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main rail station so easy to get to from the Airport without the cost of a taxi. I will return and highly recommend you do too!

Can’t fault this Hotel. Visited for a few nights, and ended up arriving early.. to check in was given free drinks as room was not ready. Customer service was 10/10 above and beyond manager even came to apologise for the delay in check in which was super nice!! Water bottles given every day also when leaving when asked for free.. The location is also perfect walking distance from everything train station was 5 minute walk which goes direct to airport train took 10 minutes to the airport

Super clean hotel Infront of the Galerie Krakowska mall. The hotel has its own parking (60 zloty per day). The only small minus is that it's close to railway. Ask for the west side rooms.

It was one of the best hotels I've visited in Poland. The location is amazing near to the Galeria Mall and the Old Town. Train and transportation stations are near. Parking is available and not that costy compared to other hotels. The rooms are clean and wide! I stayed with my family ( 2 adults & 2 children ) and its a very big room ( family junior suite )

Absolutely lovely 4 star hotel. Rooms are big, comfortable and very clean. Standards are clearly very high here. Staff are friendly and helpful and most services like Airport shuttle and local tourist attraction tours can be booked through their reception desk. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very bad treatment from general manager. Very unprofessional, rude, delusional and holds himself too high, that man needs a reality check. Although the bar tender was very nice and prepared amazing drinks.

Sky Hotel Kraków offers a pleasant stay with friendly receptionists and cozy rooms, although room temperature can be a bit cold. The culinary experience did not meet expectations in terms of taste and presentation. The hotel's prime location is a notable advantage for exploring the city.

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Staff very professional and service minded. Rooms are spacious and nice decorated. Aircon and big beds. Carpet on floor and quiert. Suited perfectly in center and just 3 min walk to a huge gallerie shopping center in center. Few minutes to old center. Big nice bathroom with rainforest shower and all amenities.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 days & would highly recommend it. Plenty of choices at the breakfast bar with helpful staff. Close to Old Town, Galeria Krakowski, a large Mall, Trams & Train Station, so it’s in a great location. The staff are very professional & helpful, I highly recommend Sky Hotel.

Very new and clean. The shower situation in room 315 is not ideal. The scrambled egg at the breakfast needs more heat. Certain internet pages are restricted when using the WiFi

A very good location near the main train station and the center. A hidden gem so we call. A very high standard hotel with friendly staff. Spend the evening differently and decided to go to a hotel bar instead of a regular bar. What happened... The cocktails where fabulous, the bartender (named Maja?) had a selection of own her own created signature cocktails. Amazing twists of taste and great experience. Big compliments to her. Very friendly and helpful. Im coming back!

I was at this hotel 3 days ago and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had... after a 30 hour trip to Krakow, I booked this hotel. I opened the fridge and there was a rotten sardine inside. I was in the single room 901. I went to reception and the girl didn't know what to say. I was so tired that I didn't even go to take a shower. The next day I woke up and there was no towel, I went to the reception once again and the boy at the reception already knew that I was the “sardine guy” I asked him to send me a towel, and I went back to the room… I packed my things and nothing to arrive… When I finished packing all my things, the towel hadn't arrived yet... I went to reception again and the guy at reception had to go there to get my towel.

Firstly the location is the best part of the hotel. You can see the train station from it The hotel itself is very elegant and the rooms were really nice. Only stayed one night but we were super impressed

I can't say enough about this place. Lovely hotel, fantastic location, elegant and courteous staff. I recommend you pay extra for the breakfast buffet. Especially as an American who's had her fill of plastic plates, they use real china and silverware, and the buffet is delicious. I especially loved the smoked trout (because omg smoked trout!) and the sauteed mushrooms.

Beautiful hotel, stayed there for a week and it is hard to find any drawbacks. The check in was smooth, the hotel staff is nice, friendly and willing to help. The rooms are modern, clean, well-equipped and regularly cleaned up. The air conditioning works fine. The rooms are well-isolated, but if your rooms are facing the eastern side, you will still hear the trains from time to time - no problem for me personally. You wake up looking forward to the continental breakfast you receive - amazing selection, many drinks, breads, pastries, salads, fish and much more. There are many parking spots available as well and you can simply call on the reception to open the gate. And the best thing was the price, you would expect to pay much more for this level of a 4* hotel. Krakow is overall a great choice lf a city to explore if you haven't done so yet.

The hotel is located in a great place, right next to the train station and close to the Old Town. Service was extremely nice, rooms were new, clean and very good. Breakfast also was tasty. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend 😍

We had a great and beautiful stay in this hotel for a few days. The design makes it one big whole and makes it feel more luxurious than it actually is. Friendly staff and you can walk everywhere in a shirt distance. Amazing!

Newly renovated, modern hotel close to the city center - 7mins walk to main square. Despite the proximity of the railway and tram lines, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are well equipped, the electronic system used by the hotel impresses. Parking is possible in the parking lot behind the hotel (free of charge), internet access was seamless. A very good breakfast and helpful staff only underline the extremely good impression. I definitely recommend, we will definitely come back ourselves. The only complication was the arrival, when we could not find the hotel, you have to enter the address in the navigation "Radziwiłłowska 33, Kraków" or GPS location N50°3'52.10'', E19°56'50. 70'' (parking lot).

Everything here was perfect. The service from the stuff was very professional and helpful. The rooms were sufficient and I have not complaints. The breakfast was better then other hotels of similar status. The amenities were good. The gym is a bit small but services its purpose and the conference room is also useful.

Amazing. The price quality ratio is insane. Best hotel to stay in krakow. The room is super new, clean and spacious. Friendly staff. I just wish the breakfast was a bit cheaper. Cat cafe nearby, and a nice polish restaurant just across the road. Short walk from the train station that goes to/from the airport. Will stay here again.

A very modern ( l believe very new easily 4 star hotel , excellently located to main architecture of town and restaurants and shops,,clean , every facility safe, fridge large satellite plasma TV, very helpful staff to the point of excellence, which is rare,,the director even very kindly spent much time in helping me make a , online locator form, with out which I could not have returned home , a unbelievable gesture of kindness!! The rooms was perfect traditional building with amazing modern updates. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Big parking space, fabolous and kind staff,everything has in room, and room i so spacy and look so great.

That place is simply amazing. The people at reception are wonderfully and 24/7 available for anything you need. We ended up by a mistake on reservation at other place but it was the best mistake that could ever happened to us. The rooms were at point, with TV, nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Furthermore, the location of the hotel y just a couple hundred meters away from the north gate of Krakow, so it could get much better than that. In addition, the train/bus stations is nearby so you don't have to hurry or take taxis in order to catch the train on time. To repeat for sure.
