A huge hotel with good area to explore. Ample parking and nice staffs too. Wonderful breakfast with a big dinning hall. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Will be back

The connection to Krakow downtown is very good. 24/7 reception and super friendly and helpful hotel staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We were very happy with everything! The hotel was pretty empty during our stay. The staff was exceptional. We booked 1 night with breakfast and 1 without breakfast. Then we wanted to swap those days and they did it without any problem. Also there is a sauna in the hotel which is very nice. And they turned it on that night just for us which was great. I absolutelly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are large and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well every night throughout my stay. Staff on the front desk are welcoming and polite and always happy to help with anything you need. The area surrounding the hotel is safe too. I left the hotel and walked around several times during my stay and safety was not an issue. We tried the restaurant on one night during our stay and service was great and the food was very nice. The coffee from the bar is high quality unlike many other hotel chains. I would stay here again when I am in Krakow.

Beautiful hotel, great location tram stop few mins away for main city runs regularly. Also buses not far for trips outside the city. Market close by. Staff are awesome hotel modern and clean. Breakfast is nice great options. And opens from 6am till 10am so don't have to rush in morning.

This is BY FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I do not say that lightly. The staff are ALL some of the best PEOPLE I have ever met, they are kind, caring and make sure you have everything you need at all times - of course without being "in your face" but being very timely with their questions. I cannot even put in to words how great this place is, and the room was absolutely amazing too, everything of course clean, working, and well stocked with everything you would except. This place is for me six stars worth. If you go to Krakow - go here. I have to extend my deepest gratitude to the most excellent staff IN THE WORLD - thank you so much!

Fabulous hotel. Rooms very spacious, modern and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. It is in a convenient location as only a 5-7 min walk to the tram, and a few shops and takeaways close by.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. We really liked this hotel. The staff was very nice. We stayed with our boxer dog, Pedro. He even received a gift from the hotel ❤️. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The room was also very clean. Very ample parking space, for free. Excellent price-quality ratio. I would definitely recommend 💚

Comfort, big and modern hotel with spacious rooms equipped with coffee/tea set. Everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. The bathroom has new equipment and good water pressure. The hot water is hot. The on-site restaurant offers diverse menus until 22:00. The food was tasty. The big parking area is available for the guests. The hotel is a bit distant from the city center but there is a bus stop nearby. With its attractive price point, this hotel strikes a balance between affordability and quality, making it a commendable choice for a comfortable stay.

A large, modern hotel on the outskirts of Krakow. Loads of public transport though. Room was nice although air conditioning was not working so it was very warm. Room was not cleaned one morning. Would stay here again.

Hotel 15 min tram ride to city center. Rooms tidy and comfortable. Bar and kitchen closes at 10 pm. No service for residents ala food or drink after 10. Nearest convenience store closes at 11pm. No restaurant or bar nearby so be fair warned. Last team back is 11pm. Internet a tad sketchy drops in and out.

Room was amazing. Unfortunately we arrived quite late (10.10pm) due to flight delays and was told that there was no food/drinks available as the restaurant closed at 9.30pm and the bar closed at 10pm. After a very long journey, we were all extremely hungry. The young lady at reception gave us a menu for the local pizza delivery. The hotel is in the outskirts so tram or Bolt is the easiest way to get around.

It was more than ok. It was far from city centre, but very close to bus and tram station. We were quite happy.

Amazing place to stay. Big big but quiet hotel, comfortable clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was very pleasant and it was very easy to talk to them in english. The hotel is on outskirts of Krakow but 15 minutes to city center by Uber. We appreciated the calm part of city.

Great service, rooms are great and the staff is very helpful for anything a foreigner would need. It's a little ways away from the city centre but it's well connected with public transit and if that's not your thing the receptionists are more than happy to order a cab for you if you so desire. I believe I'll stay here again if I come back to Krakow some day.

Hotel restaurant disregards allergies, and does not feel responsible for problems this causes! This is dangerous and ridiculous! Wifi in the hotel is weak. OK sleeping conditions and breakfast, good connections despite distant location due to trams.

Worst service ever!! The cleaner threw away a bag of laundry in the room and they are not willing to take even a responsibility on that, trying to blame the cleaning company. Be careful with your stuff in that hotel they are stealing your stuff!!

Positive things: + location close to public transport + near to local market + supermarkets are also nearby + parking for free and a very big parking lot is available + quiet location + daily room service including Sunday + towels have no smell from the washing + two toilets in the room Negative things: - no light was on in the parking area at night, very dark - The room has no windows which can be completely opened. Very bad area circulation in the room - The central air conditioning is loud - The ventilator in the bath is also very loud - very strong cleaning liquid smell in the corridor and in the room and elevator. Really very strong. I had a headache. - carpet in our room was old and not clean - water does not flow in one of the two sinks in our room The bed was equipped with a simple mattress and covered with only one very thin cloth as a duvet cover. It is uncomfortable for me. - the foldable sofa bed is even worse and very soft and makes noise if you turn. The sleeping surface is not even and is not comfortable for me - the staff at the reception do not greet Hotel guests actively and only hide them behind the monitors. If you talk to them, some of them have not shown a polite and friendly face. The lady at the breakfast entrance on the 25 Aug was also very unkind and had only a "frozen" face to me - The water kettle in the room is very small and gives an impression of a low cost product and does not look like some device to be used in a five star hotel. - there is no enough hooks for hanging towels in the bath room. - room is quite moisture and the covers are also not dries well. We noticed that already in the first night during sleeping - security back doors. The guests need to use room cards to get the elevator enabled. But some steps to the other conference entrance, a smaller elevator can be used without any card to any of the floors. - satellite signal is not good. Some of the international channels have a bad reception. Polish tv channels are fine I would not recommend this hotel and will look for another option next time

we stayed at this hotel in june and i have to say it is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. this hotel completely raised the bar for any future hotels that i will stay at. the rooms in this hotel are simply amazing, great aircon, massive showers and big comfy beds. we were on the 4th floor that had a great view above the street. the staff spoke perfect english and made us feel extremely welcome. there is a luggage room for people who do not fly till hours after check-out. the only downside to this hotel is the location however it is only around a 20 minute tram ride away from the main town so there is not much complaining. would heavily recommend staying here.

Nice hotel with a close park and a big shopping complex. The hotel is not close to the city center if you decide to walk but all types of transportation are nearby especially the bus station is 3 minutes of walking distance and a very big free parking is available incase you have your own car.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and the whole stay was so comfortable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff are checking out the rooms everyday making sure they are clean and have everything necessary (tissues, clean towels, water, tea, coffee, take out the trash). Its not so close to the main square in Krakow but there is a tram close to the hotel which goes directly to the main square. You can also use taxi services which can cost 40 zł to 60 zł. I would recommend if you want to stay in Krakow for a few days you can stay here.

We stayed for one night. The most important factors for us were the silence and cleanliness. The parking in front of the hotel was convenient since we had a car.

Excellent location, 5 min walk to tram stop, then just 80p for a 20min ride into town. Hotel is spotless, staff approachable. Our only gripe is that once you kove away from reception area, it suddenly look very 1980s. There is nothing art decor about the rooms which again are spotless. It just has an air of the late 80s/ early 1990s. We would definitely stay again, but just accept its not a modern looking hotel once inside.

Very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and professionnal. The rooms are modern and very clean. We stayed there with our dog without problems, you have a forest below the hotel to walk and free parking it's very practise. The access to the sauna is free. We will come back there next time for sure, thank you :)

Had a fantastic time here! Super spacious and cozy room. The staff were a delight to deal with. We drove there so took Bolt into the city center and was rather inexpensive instead of taking public transport. We will definitely be coming back :)

I can't rate the accommodation, I was there for a conference. It is a large, beautiful building with very spacious parking and silent, soothing surroundings. The place is quite luxurious-looking, the staff is very helpful and professional and the bar is truly fancy - the design was really thought-through. On a personal note, there was an issue with the AC in auditoriums - although it was working, it couldn't handle fully filled room, but I assume you're going there for a visit, not a conference. All in all, 5 stars is a fair grade in my opinion.

Really nice hotel, staff made sure we had everything we needed, receptionists were always lovely and happy to help! Slightly out of the main tourist area of krakow but bolt was cheap enough and there is plenty of shops around the hotel

Great value for money, good to have a car if you go downtown. Parking free on premises. Room spacious, new and clean. Sauna (free) was really nice - the only thing that was missing is some rest chairs since the only place to relax was the changing room.

We had our wedding at Golden Tulip. Everything was perfect, the food in the restaurant is very good, as well as very professional service. We liked the flowers and decoration. Additionally, our apartment was very high standard and beautiful. We highly recommend this place for weddings and any other gatherings.

A budget hotel outside of Krakow. Excellent service, large comfortable rooms, and a very good in house restaurant. They deliver much more than you may at first expect.

I was there for a conference and also I hung out in the lobby. It is a pleasant place but I cannot speak about rooms. Location near a veggie and small strip mall plaza and near a big shopping center with Decathlon.

Could be perfect if not for a poor internet connectivity. YOU HAVE TO REALIZE THAT INTERNET IS A WAY OF LIFE NOW. NO INTERNET NO GUEST. I ASSURE YOU I WILL FIND ANOTHER HOTEL FOR THAT REASON ALONE.
