Brilliant place to stay in Krakow. It was just a 10 minute stroll to the main square in the old town. We had the apartment that overlooked the courtyard - it was spotless and well equipped. There was even under floor heating in the bathroom, which was really welcome because the weather was freezing! 60-second walk to a shop and a cash machine. The hosts were incredible - nothing was too much trouble for them. They booked our trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz and organised transport for us. There is a little cafe in the courtyard that sells lovely coffee and cakes, which was really handy. We will definitely stay there again.

10/10 apartment! Great location close to the Rynek but not too busy or loud. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, and the Fornir cafe in the courtyard was a great place for breakfast. Kinga and Adelina were so friendly and welcoming, and sent me a map of all their Krakow recommendations which was very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Relaks Appartments lives up to its name. We had a lovely stay. The flat is located just outside the old city centre, with about five minutes you are in the central square of Kraków. Really a perfect place; right in the middle of the city but just outside the nightlife so much quieter. Relaks is a family-run business and it feels like it; we felt very welcome. Friendly people and the flat is spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. Fully equipped (including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning). There are fresh flowers and water with some goodies to welcome us. What we did not know is that the cosy courtyard also has a small café/ restaurant (named Kwaiarnia Fornir, you can also find them on Google Maps) where we had a delicious breakfast. All in all, I highly recommend Relaks Apartments.

Beautifully designed and maintained, the photos you see is what you get. Excellent location, close to train station and main shopping centre, and of course, you can walk in 2 mins into the old town. Amazing experience with Maja and Adelina, world class service. Supermarket a few metres down the road to both sides, cafes all over, but do experience their courtyard cafe and their amazing food. We stayed there in the winter time and the apartment is nice and warm.

Gorgeous apartments, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. They are in an excellent location a short (5 to 10 minute) walk to the main square. The team were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable making great recommendations for some excellent places to eat and drink. We all (3 women in our 40s) commented that if we’re in Krakow again (and we fully intend to be as it is a beautiful city with great history) we’d stay here again.

I am currently on my 4th and last night. Great place to say, the apartments are spacious, immaculate, and well equipt, Adelina was in contact with us before we arrived and greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. Very good location to the main square, just a 10 minute walk. Handy coffee bar / cafe in the courtyar, which we had breakfast in. I would definitely stay here again rather than a hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Kraków. Beautiful apartments, a lot bigger than expected. There are all the facilities you could need including a dishwasher. We were provided with a good travel cot and highchair for the baby. The host is extremely helpful, advising us where to go, recommending good restaurants and assisting to book transport. The location is very convenient for the town centre and also the rail and bus stations. Very highly recommended.

Outstanding doesn’t do this apartment complex justice! Ideally located from main square which is only 5 mins walk away. Friendly staff, superb breakfast and first class accommodation. Adelina organised taxi transfers and even packed lunches for Auschwitz-Birkenau! Krakow is our best City break to date and fantastic value for money. It is the cultural capital of Poland and a reminder of the resolute human spirit in WW2 that means we are free to visit and enjoy it in 2019...

Perfect place to explore Krakow from. The host was very helpful and informative. The apartment was comfortable and the cafe downstairs had very nice drink and cake selections . Would definitely go back for another trip.

Needed a place for a fee days and stubled upon this one , was the coffee that first got me but then i noticed it was an apartment hotel as well, after getting the coffee and feeling the quietness in the courtyard i decided to ask if they had anything avail. And they did. Huge apartment !!! Loving everything about the place. Quiet, really friendly staff, and super coffee. I’ll deff. stay here next time in Krakow Added bonus : close to everything , old town 4 min , trams 1 min , shooping senter 5 min

Everything is amazing! They are cozy, comfortable and perfectly clean appartments. The host is kind, helpful and never bored to provide information. It's in good spot cause you are in town but still in quite neighborhood. I highly recommend to come to Poland and especially in relaks apartments. I used also the transfer service and it didn't cost a lot.

If you’re in any doubt where to stay in Krakow - you must stay here. Rooms are clean and very well decorated. Location is excellent, stones throw from Kraków old town. Owner couldn’t be more helpful, giving great insights into the local area and really made our stay in Krakow PERFECT. Thank you Adelina.

Wonderful apartment; spacious, well designed, nice lighting, high ceiling, very comfortable and on top of that fresh flowers when we arrived. Location is right next to the old part of the city and on a street with low traffic. Still, quite easy to find parking for the car as well. Staff is very accommodating, friendly and very helpful with any possible question or need. Breakfast is served in the court yard cafe, also here with wonderful staff. When going back to Krakow, this will be the place to stay!

Amazing place. Stayed here for 5 days and the crew couldn’t be kinder. The room was very spacious, super clean and the bathroom has HEATED FLOORS! A very pleasant surprise since it was -4°C outside. Downstairs is Fornir Cafe and is equally awesome. Polish style sandos and specialty coffee and they bake some amazing cakes. Thanks Maya and Adelina! See you next year 🫰🏼
