A great tour, picked up from outside the hotel and dropped off in the same spot. Sebastian was a very friendly driver. 5 stars, I would highly recommend this service.

I used ComFort for the Auschwitz Birkenau day tour and Michal was the best! Our hotel was on a busy road and there was no parking so he waited for us in our hotel lobby and guided us to the van. He was very kind and gave us the overview of our day. He always helped us get out of the car which was nice and conversed with us. Our tour of Auschwitz ended early, but Michal was already there waiting for us! He let us sit in the van while he waited for the other members of the tour to come out.

Our Airbnb hosts organised our Auschwitz tour through these - fantastic organisation. Text the day before to confirm pickup time and location and they were on time. Explained the whole day, drove us between Auschwitz I and Birkenau, Mateusz was very friendly. Not sure if they have a say in who is our tour guide for Auschwitz and Birkenau but if they do, they chose fantastically. Dropped us off by main square rather than accommodation, as per our request. Only thing, which I guess is out of their control really, is the minibus has two rows of three seats for three separate couples which means one couple has to sit separately for over an hour. Highly recommended!

Trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau Thursday 23 May. Great service from start to finish. Guide was very informative and clear - he was patient with the slower guests and answered many questions. Went on the Auschwitz tour which lasted approx 8 hours inc travel. We were picked up outside the hotel in a minibus. Our driver and guide Martin and Jake were funny, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Mateusz was my guide, driver and organiser for the day. He was fantastic. Small group (3 people) for the day. He organised the tickets and the guide. All we did was show up!

Today we had the pleasure to meet Sebastian, our driver, who took us early in the morning from our residence. Despite the early hour pick up, he was perfectly in time and waited us! Kind and friendly, perfect for a guide for the city and helpful with tips and recommendations! Our trip to Auschwitz was great! Sebastian had our tickets closed and we didn't had to worry about a thing! The whole experience combined with a great mood made this day well spent ! Totally recommend this trip to everyone !

Sebastian picked us all up from our hotel and was very efficient with collecting everyone and taking us on our Auschwitz and Birkenau Tour. He explained the whole process to us and made sure the trip ran smoothly. 100% recommend! We then went on the salt mines tour which was also amazing! Sebastian from Comfort tours in Krakow took us dog sledding in the mountains today! It’s a pity we can’t do it at home in Australia because it was such an exhilarating experience. He is a fantastic guide and the dogs were gorgeous and so well cared for. We would definitely recommend it for a day out.

Our driver Olek was very fast and efficient with his communication, and made us feel safe while driving. Car was also clean and comfortable. Only thing I would note is that when booking we had 2 different options for the departure time, and the company changed the one we chose without any communication.

My wife and I had an unforgettable day with Damian Fort of Comfort Tours Cracow. From start to finish, Damian went above and beyond to make our tour of Tyniec Abbey a fantastic experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the rich 900-year history of the Abbey and brought the past to life as he guided us through this Benedictine treasure. We were awestruck by the Abbey's breathtaking hilltop views and enjoyed sampling the monks' homemade beer and wine. Damian was attentive, polite, and engaging throughout our time together. Damian observed that we enjoyed trying the monastic beer. On the way back to our hotel he made an unscheduled stop at a charming microbrewery to give us another sampling of locally produced beer. This was an incredible experience. My wife and I cannot recommend Damian and Comfort Tours highly enough. Damian's passion and dedication made this tour a highlight of our trip. We will certainly be booking with Comfort Tours again next time we visit Poland. If you want a 5-star tour experience with an exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous guide, Damian is your man!

We had an interesting trip to concentration camps. Easy pick up at the hotel and comfortable ride, food pack and water was awailable for us to buy during the day. Our driver Sebastian was excellent and very professional. He was punctual in picking us up from our stay in the morning and was fully transparent in the process of transporting our group between locations. One thing that really impressed me personally was his attitude towards the site we were visiting. On our 1:30 hour drive back from the Holocaust museum, he drove us safely back to town without a word. In most cases you would praise a driver for being very personable and talkative while in the car, but in this case he showed a level of professionalism that befitted the place in which we were visiting. We can’t thank you enough for making our experience as meaningful and seamless as possible.

Due to this tour, we managed to secure a trip to Auschwitz just a day before, fitting it into our brief visit, unlike several other tours that couldn't be booked on short notice. Our driver, Sebastian, was both informative and efficient.

My friends and I were in a pinch as we had put off finding a way to visit Auschwitz until the night before. Jake hosted our trip to the Salt mine, he was informative and helpful. On time and clean people carrier. Unfortunately our tour guide in the mine seemed to be in a rush to get round and deliver his information, not waiting until all the group was together, I appreciate this was probably his “x” time of reeling off, but this was our FIRST visit to this amazing place and should have been given the respect and time for us all to enjoy the historic information he has delivering.

We had the sweetest and most comfortable experience with our tour guide and friend Damian Fort. Had we had more time in hand, we would have booked him for our entire trip of a week. But we loved how passionate he is about travelling and educating people about the culture of Poland and Krakow. Our bespoke tour to Zakopane was arranged via our hotel. We were collected by Damian from our hotel for the 2 hours plus journey which seemed to fly by thanks to his conversation, sharing of information and good humour. The itinerary for the day was very flexible which allowed us the extra time we needed to enjoy the peace, quiet and beauty of the Tatry mountains ❤️. During the day we visited the towns historic church and cemetery and were informed about how the lives of famous locals have been honoured though the use of local arts and crafts. We also visited the Willa Koliba a museum of beautiful local crafts and an insight into the lives of gorale, the highland people. Damian paced our days program perfectly allowing for a relaxed afternoon lunch to appreciate the beautiful views before heading back to Kraków ❤️ I would highly recommend Comfort Tours Cracow to meet all your bespoke tourist needed - dziękujęmy Damian 😊

We took the tour to Auschwitz. Our driver was named Sebastian. He was at the hotel exactly on time to pick us up. He was fluent in Polish and English and was super nice. His driving was excellent and he did not speed and followed all traffic laws. Once we arrived at the camps, he was very accommodating and explained everything we needed to know. You can leave items in the van during the trip, so no worries if you need to store stuff. Sebastian made sure we knew where to meet him after the tour concluded, so that was nice. After the tour, he took us back to our hotels. I would highly recommend this tour and make sure you ask for Sebastian if you can. One more recommendation: be prepared to see things that are unimaginable on this tour. It is very emotional and will put you in a very somber mood, but I highly recommend the experience.

Comfort Tours Cracow organized our visit to Auschwitz Birkenau. Everything was excellent! Our highly professional driver Sebastian picked us up as agreed, and drived us first to Auschwitz and then to Birkenau in a comfortable minibus with air conditioning. Sebastian was very thoughtful and nice. From his suggestion, we skipped the fully packed shuttle bus to Birkenau included in the ticket and had a brief rest while he drove us to Birkenau. The trip took 7 hours, and included transfers from/to our hotel. We highly recommend Comfort Tours Cracow for a well-organized day trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau.

Our driver Sebastian contacted me the evening before to advise of pick up time and suggested we order a lunch box to save time and queuing which was an excellent idea. Sebastian was bang on time and was a friendly face. We decided to sit in the front and I had a lovely conversation with him all the way. Sebastian dropped us off at Auschwitz and took us to get our tickets and then to meet our tour guide. Afterward the tour ended he met us at the exit with our lunch. We then proceeded to Birkenau where again Sebastian dropped us as close to the entrance as was possible and walked us to our guide again. Had a wonderful day as much as you can at a concentration camp and the long journey was made good by a great driver. Highly recommend Sebastian and hope we have him as our driver for the salt mines too 😊

We had originally booked with a previous tour company that cancelled our trip to Auschwitz with less than 24hrs notice and luckily we managed to book very last minute with comfort tours. We had direct communication from the company via whats app and also from our tour guide Sebastian who was amazing, he met us just infront of the museum, he very quickly guided us through passed the long queues and straight through to the security search area. The guided tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau was very detailed and emotional although a must visit. Thank you Sebastian.

The guide was very informative throughout and gave us sufficient time to fully understand the enormity of what had happened at these two sites.
