Cheap price and not very good quality. Shame the store does not stock any Premium Quality line items. Polish website doesn’t show in English so could not order online and collect in store. Would suggest to add English like Zara does, which is a lot more convenient for those who don’t know Polish.

The corridors are too narrow. The cloth choice is not great, at least in my opinion. Just a casual store to walk around and kill some time

I have been to many h&m stores around the world and this one is as big as others I have seen. Selection is good especially for women.

Still shopping there and there is nowhere to sit down :/ my back hearts plwase make some stools or chairs for those older. Faters who must be here bit not necesserly want to ;)

Please fix the detector, the guard stopped me just because I have my credit cards in my pocket, he said that the system detected the card, armful service, I will never visit H&M in Krakow

Worst store ever. Every time they forgot to cut the security labels after purchase, so you will get jumpscare on gates. Dolboebi.

Typical H&M, not great, not terrible. Fitting rooms are very-very dusty as if parts of fabric are just floating in the air :/.

A very unpleasant way of making sure I didn't take anything from the shop. I was stopped 50 metres away, I left my girlfriend alone in the corridor because they wanted to check on me. They don't have cameras?😅 I see how other security guards do it and it was very different from now. Maybe i should leave the jacket home, get a cold, for do not get a bips sound on the check machines..

It's a very big h&m and you can also find h&m home. You finda everything you can find in any other h&m

Quality is not the biggest strength of H&M but, considering prices, we can conclude that the quality/price ratio is quite high! I bought two shirts: the first one is completely blue, the second one is completely white. They are not perfect in terms of fit but it is something that you can accept when the price is so low

This store has a lot of different varieties of clother to buy.

Good collection and has something for everyone.

Poor service. They are not giving tax refund invoices for a long time and telling there is some technical issue. But they haven’t displayed that info anywhere except the cash counter where it is too late to know anyway. Disappointing.

Nice place but always full of people, dressing rooms are always full and you have to stand in a line to try on something. It's a good place if you know what you've come for, I would say second best assortment (H&M in Bonarka City Center is the best.

I tried to give back some clothes which i bought online and they tried to help even though we had language barriers

Nice,big three floor shop in the heart of Krakow. Big choice of goods even there are some goods for home decor.

The manager from Galeria Krakowska was extremely rude and racist and the rest of the staff members. I was very kind and tried explaining my situation and I just allowed it, they treated me so rudely and I guarantee you it’s because I’m not polish and because of my skin colour.

If you're a tourist, never EVER buy anything from this store ! As soon as the employees detect a foreign accent they turn on you and publicly humiliate you by screaming high and low that you're a thief. Why is that ? Because they don't take the security tags off the clothes once you've bought them. You're then asked to stay next to the cashiers, whilst they check their CCTV. Something that should take them less than 10 minutes takes them the best part of an hour. During this time, you're left to stand up while the employees are openly laughing at you. You're basically held hostage inside the store. When, finally, you're allowed to leave, they just throw the incriminated piece of clothing in your face and tell you to go. No apologies for treating you like a thief, nor for wasting your time during your holidays.

This is the worst hm i have evner been on. The tags Are on the wrong clothes. The sign stod for something Else. The employes were not helpfull and were mad for no reason at us
