In 3 minutes I got a call that my deadline had expired because I did not give confirmation information until 17.00. Za 3 minuty dostałam telefon, że termin mi przepadł, bo nie dałam informacji potwierdzającej do 17.00. Panią po drugiej stronie słuchawki nie obchodziło to, że nie mogłam w pracy odebrać telefonu i najbliższy termin jest 21 czerwca. Nikt mnie wcześniej nie poinformował o takiej procedurze. Gdybym wiedziała - zadzwoniłabym przed pracą i wizyta by mi nie przepadła. Niestety muszę czekać do czerwca. Uważam, że powinna być możliwość potwierdzenia/odwołania wizyty w godzinach wieczornych. After two days, I contacted the clinic regarding this prescription, it turned out that it would be issued to me a week after the visit, because I see a given doctor only once a week. During this time, my knee was in such a condition that I could not walk and I had to go to the emergency room, where I was told that for the next two weeks I should not stand on this leg, or preferably not walk at all, possibly on crutches, and I was prescribed triple dose of the medicine for the one on the prescription. When I called the clinic again to say that the prescription was no longer needed and described what happened after the procedure, the receptionist replied "Oh".
