The hotel is very old, but clean, the only thing to be cleaned more carefully is the carpet (better to be replaced). The best point is place. The hotel is situated on a small quiet street but in a few minutes walking distance from the central square. But be careful: it's the closed area, so Uber could not reach it, only official taxi, which is 3 times more expensive, then Uber. The carpet on the floor seems to be very dirty. It should be taken off and replaced. There is the Black Duck restaurant on site. The breakfast is basic in a standard polish style.

Nice little hotel in a quiet side street right at the heart of Krakow's old town. There's not much in the rooms but they do offer a free lounge area (orangery) with a free hot drinks machine. The hotel restaurant (the black duck) is excellent and worth a visit.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in!! Be sure to book for dinner in the Black Duck restaurant as it gets booked up quickly.

What an amazing place. The staff are so helpful, the rooms are adorable and the location can’t be beat. Absolutely loved it. Guy on reception needs a special mention. So helpful.

The room was exactly as seen on the image prior to booking. Large enough entrance, really nice bathroom. There was a fridge. Very helpful staff. The hotel is located within close proximity to all the wawel Castle and all nearby attractions

Couldn’t be happier with our stay in Krakow. Amazing location, super close to the old town centre. The bed, pillow were supeeeer comfy. The breakfast included option was great too. Would only suggest that they include more vegan options. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Krakow. Thank you 😃

Had a great wee stay here last week! Great service organising pick ups from airport and booking 2 tours for 4 of us too. Lovely breakfast and the free coffee on the 1st floor was good too. Location is excellent being close to the square but still far enough away it's quiet. Will be returning to this hotel soon.

Ideally located, just a few hundred meters away from the historic center. Plentyful breakfast, clean room, free coffee and water, superb restaurant just next to it. Fair price for good quality hotel. One of those places you want to book again!

I haven’t personally stayed at this hotel, but what seemed to be a bike standing outsides tells everything there’s to tell about this bike.

Outstanding, each floor is different, so ate the rooms. Spotless, well appointed, great bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Amazing room with safe, fridge, walk in shower, tv and tea/coffee facilities. Perfect central location to the historic square. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast to die for in the Black Duck restaurant from 0700 am. Room was very clean and spacious. Kids absolutely loved it. Orangery with hot drinks machine was a nice added touch. Somewhere to sit and chill in peace. I can highly recommend this hotel as we have stayed in Kraków every year for the last 14 years. Surrounded by history and culture. Book it now !!!!

Hotel 5 mins walk to main hub, which is ideal, staff very very friendly and helpful, traditional hotel, very cozy and having stayed in a lot of very modern accommodation, this was just what we needed, would definetly stay here again.

Such a great service and very very clean when I was in Poland during a 2nd rising of Covid cases, more important than the first. This is an ancient building modernize but with the volunty to keep the identity of the foundator (don't know when but may have a picture where it is written) before the socialist party seized the hotel which was finally sold to private owners in 1995. The room (one of but not the one last expensive) impressive even if I spent a week in the Hampton by Hilton of Xarsaw until 3 ours before arriving. Breakfast continental pretty good, but lack of diversity but it was probably my fault as I arrived near the end of the service. Finally, there's no better location : you are in a calm and almost pietonize street while the main city center station tram is at 100m and the famous marketplace full of amber jewelery (jews, you must follow the history and visit Auschwitz-Birkenau I did 2 times in 15 years and speachless, 4.52.0.316197380 as well as the Schindler'sfactory now a good museum but you must book a ticket with a guide and not on your own) a huge place full of restaurants and bars - the marketplace - where I ate for lunch & dinner at different restau each time and I did not taste them all.

I have never experienced staff that’s this rude. They were very impolite and unhelpful. We will not be coming back.

Hotel quality is good but buying breakfast is not worth money
