Best Hotel I've stayed at. The hotel, restaurant, and rooms are all very clean to a high standard. The rooms are comfortable and very warm so great for the winter! Mini fridges are well stocked with a good snack variety. The breakfast is the best breakfast I've had considering it's complimentary continental breakfast. There's lots of choice and always being refilled. Staff are pleasant and professional with the service they provide. I could not reccomend this hotel enough for a comfortable and very modern stay. The hotel was definitely a highlight of the trip so thank you very much!

Hotel was too far from the centre of Krawko. Located next to a busy train station with trains running all night. Food not great and during our visit there was a wedding closing off the restaurant and bar area - Guests were not made aware of this or offer any other option. Staff unhelpful our experience of Poland was ruined. Wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't encourage anyone too either.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Parkplätze stehen an der Unterkunft für 50 Zloty (Tiefgarage) zur Verfügung. Geräumige Zimmer laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Wir hatten Zimmer 116 mit großem Erker. Die Richtung direkt zur Straße und zur Bahnschiene war von der Lautstärke in Ordnung.

This is a wonderful and modern hotel that is very clean, affordable, and in a safe environment. Best of it all to me is the beautiful Sanctuary of Divine Mercy within a few minutes of walking distance from here. The service is great with friendly and very helpful staff. Even though the location is a little further from the main part of Krakow, there are lots of public transportation nearby, including buses, trams, and the Koleje Malopolskie railway that has a station right in front of the hotel (Krakow Lagiewniki), that has connection to the airport. As I travel for business, Wifi Internet speed is important to me and this hotel has a decent download speed of around 40Mbps. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely great hotel. Beautiful room, very clean and spacey, great breakfast, helpful and kind receptionists. It has sauna ,gym and parking ! Value for money! The tram to get to the town is very close.

Beautiful hotel! Right on the outskirts of kraków. The great price for being so close to kraków. The perfect 10 minute drive to the old Town Square. Staff is very welcoming no matter what time of day or night you're coming in.

Great location, next to train station either to center or airport. Free parking (but you better come earlier to get free one, otherwise - paid underground). Great breakfast, good restaurant.

Perfect stay, definitely recommended! We arrived late at night, however had a quick and easy check-in (special thanks to the gentleman at the reception, so sorry I don't remember the name). The room was comfortable, and in the morning we had really tasty breakfast (the fresh bread was delicious, loved it!) We were just happy that we chose this hotel for the night.

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet sowie Abendessen. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, sodass es für uns zwei schwierig war, den zweiten kleinen Koffer zu platzieren. Der Service war super. Das Mobiliar und Badezimmer waren ansprechend, nur kam aus dem Badezimmer ein schlechter Geruch, der vermutlich mit einem der Abflüsse zu tun hat. Dafür wurde leider keine Abhilfe gefunden.

Great location, only 20 mins drive from the airport. Access to logistics is excellent with a train station next to the hotel. The employees are friendly, the rooms are very nice with up to date amenities, a big TV, the rooms are everyday cleaned in detail & there is a gym, sauna & many other facilities.

Waren zum Zweiten Mal dort, leider hat dich das Frühstück verschlechtert. Wir wollten Samstag Abend waren gehen dort , erst war bis 17 Uhr geschlossen , dann bis 21 und als wir um 21 Uhr geben wollten wurde uns gesagt m, dass die Küche zu ist und der Ton war auch sehr unhöflich. Schade , waren ein wenig enttäuscht.

Stilvolles und gepflegtes Hotel am Standrand von Krakau. Die S-Bahnhaltestelle ist fußläufig jedoch in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ein abendliches Dinner kann empfohlen werden. Das ist war sehr gut mit freundlichem Service. Und dankeswerterweise wurden meine im Zimmer vergessenen Schuhe wieder aufgefunden und konnten mir so zugesandt werden. Der Service war hierbei hervorragend mit schnellen Antwortzeiten. Das ist heutzutage selten!

Alles war vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Besonders hervorheben kann man das Hotelrestaurant, welches sehr lange geöffnet war und leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen bot. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden sogar Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Was nur ein wenig gestört hat, vorallem nachts, war die Klimaanlage, die sehr oft anging. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Nice, modern Hotel with quiet rooms - at least at the far side of the train tracks nearby. Bed was comfortable, good Wifi. Lots of power sockets. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Would really recommend. Railway nearby lacks of an official crossing near the hotel. Many people cross the railway illegal which is very dangerous!! The hotel should advocate for an official railroad crossing.

Fab hotel, every bit a 4star., spotless clean, towels changed daily, beds made daily, enjoyed our stay from the min we arrived until we checked out, the room was spotless, mini fridge, complimentary bottles of water replaced daily, sparkling and still. Double bed with a duvet each...bliss. Shower gel and shampoo provided, rituals produce smelled lush. The staff couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and helpful and chatty.. our waiter on our sat night was the most polite and friendly chap. Food in restaurant was delicious, we tried it all, lamb and steak and veg soup were our fav dishes, washed down with some lovely cocktails, beautiful pints of guinness also... disappointing to see bar closed at 11pm. Buffet style continental breakfast, so much choice we were spoilt...from fruit to eggs to pastries, fresh baked break, smothies..list goes on. The Only issue we had was distance from hotel to krakow Town centre..20mins by tram. But the Tram stop is only 4min and train station only 2min from hotel door, to reach the tram stop if you walk to the train station,take a left and walk all the way down to the end of the station then turn right at the rail crossing and cross at main rd you will be at tram in 4mins, no 8 or 10 going right takes you to straight into the town centre, ticket machines are easy to use ( if reception gave these directions it may help as some guests are crossing the train tracks dangerously as soon as they reach them and that also makes journey to tram stop alot longer from there) only 2pln for journey on tram (we never heard a train and no disturb sleep) Both leave you right into centre.. they come every few mins. It was great to chat to local people on our journeys to and fro 😊Cannot wait to return to this fab hotel and see some more of beautiful Krakow 😍

Could be a little bit closer to the centre but if you don't mind walking or getting the tram you'll be fine. But on us for not looking where it was. Staff really helpful and great breakfast selection

Very nice new hotel with good breakfast, stuff speaking English, easy to use city train to go to centre of town. Room was quite small with really small queen size bed (might be because we used discounted price through other website???). Room was clean and well equipped.

Great hotel at great price with very good breakfast, perfect for those who are driving. We came across this hotel by pure chance while driving and I *highly* recommend it for motorists who want a good night's sleep. The picture (which deliberately blurred (because our son is in it) shows the layout of the family room (#217). The two single beds are separated, which is great if your kids tend to squabble. The outcrops where the single beds are have windows on three sides and are lovely little alcoves by themselves. You see these outcrops on the hotel as you walk towards it from the street. I enjoyed sitting there in the morning, having my coffee. The room also has a small refrigerator, an iron and the beds are very comfortable. We all slept very well after driving up from Budapest on twisty, tiring roads. Set Google maps to "avoid tolls" and parts of your trip turn in to an adventure at times on rutted dirt roads! Doing a 3,000 kilometer drive around Central Europe, we booked all our lodging in advance except this one night stay. We decided to do it "like in the old days" and just stop when and where we felt like it and inquire about a room. The first hotel we stopped at wanted to sell us two rooms, so we looked what was nearby and found this one by pure chance. The price including breakfast was 399 zloty (US$90 or 85 euros) for three adults, which is very, very good value for what you get. I asked the receptionist if this was a price the same or better thabn I could get online. She said "yes" and I checked. What she said was true...and that is how it should be. I have stood at hotel desks and they told me that the only way I could get the rate shown on my phone was to book it online first. That's stupid, and this hotel does it right. Again: *highly* recommended for those motoring.

We have had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Beautiful rooms and hotel interior, with drawings of historical monuments of Cracow. Very tasty breakfast! The only downside is lack of a bigger parking. Anyway, perfect place to stay for a weekend ora business trip!!

Lovely hotel. The room was spacious, the receptionists were really accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was really tasty with loads of options (even gluten free options) fresh fruit and cold cuts and two espresso machines that made quite good cappuccinos!

I spend my birthday in this hotel. Just wow! They have amazing food, amazing breakfast! The room is so nice and clean, they clean our room everyday and we also have a free private sauna! its also near the train station .. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel. Not huge rooms but nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was about ten minutes drive from the old town of Krakow and taxis are very reasonably priced. Enjoyed our stay.

The whole hotel was recently built and everything still seems fresh. The gym is very basic, but at least there is a range of dumbbells, so you can do a workout. Wide selection of options for breakfast. Also getting to the city center is easy - one tram with the stop a few mins away from the hotel.

Just checked-in. The first impression - wow! Price and quality ratio is super good. Modern, cosy, very warm. The standard double room is small, but interior is very clever+a balcony. A very nice and communicative guy at reception! Railroad is just behind the fence, but the receptionist ensured us that we won't be bothered. And it's true: the train has just stopped by, but with closed balcony door it resembles only a usual low key noise from the city street. All in all, recommended!

Great rooms, great breakfast, not a central location but the taxi ride to central old town is only cheap.

The ladies at the reception are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the parking is only free in front of the hotel and in case it is all busy - then you may park at the closed parking however you have to pay extra 40 zlotych for it. Room clean, spacious, nice and comfortable. Tram stop is quite near and you can easily get to the old city however we didn’t have time to look for it. Breakfast included with good choice

Very clean and fresh hotel. Rooms are cosy and tidy. Pretty good breakfast, good coffee Kept my car in undergroung parking for a month. Personnel is friendly and attentive. The only minus is an empty bar in the room.

Rooms are ok, as long as you won’t look outside on a pile of trash, quite small though. Location is weird as it’s v far from the city and in a residential area. Breakfast was nothing special, and unfriendly (male) receptionist left unpleasant overall experience.

The biggest disadvantage to this hotel is the railroad that is a couple of meters away. The trains do slow down and it doesn't affect the level of comfort in a big way but still. This reflects in the price of the room that is approximately 2/3 of any other hotel nearby. The parking spaces are all taken, you'll probably end up parking on the street (again, not a big deal as the parking there is free), even if you noticed the hotel beforehand that you need one. Rooms are specious, well equiped and clean, breakfast is warm (in contrary to some other bigger hotels in Kraków like Hilton Garden Inn). A very nice surprise was that the hotel Wifi pulled a stable 50/80 Mbits/s (an important thing to keep in mind if you plan to work from your room).

This is a great hotel. It may seem far from the city center when looking on the map but it actually has a great location. By car it took us 20 minutes from the airport. Train and tram stations are right next to the hotel, however you do not hear the noise. Also the hotel is connected to the center by electric scooters. The hotel is modern, clean, quiet and has a wide selection of food and included breakfast. The staff is unbelievebly helpful and nice, especially the receptionist Aleksander. The hotel also provides you with organized trips to Auschwitz for additiinal 220PLN per person. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see it because the agency the hotel has booked for us has messed up and hasn’t even provided an explanation or an apology. Nevertheless, in case in Krakow, this is a hotel you should consider because of tasty cusine, parking provided, clean and neat ambient and professional and kind staff.

Brilliant hotel - clean, modern, homely rooms and great amenities. We stayed at the Garden Square Hotel from Sunday November 6 to Thursday November 10, 2022. Our check-in was simple and the staff very attentive. We were very impressed with the room which was very clean, modern and homely. We did have to ask for an extra pillow each for the bed as they were quite thin but this was no problem when we asked at reception, even when we asked at about 11.30pm! The breakfast was nice with quite a large array of food on offer. I would have appreciated some more hot savoury options as there were only 4 (usually sausages, scrambled eggs, beans or roasted vegetables) and there was also no toaster so these would be good improvements for them to make. The hotel is in a great location for easy access to the city. We paid for a 72 hour tram ticket which came to about £9 each and used the number 8 tram which took us to the city centre within 20 minutes. The trams were really frequent and we rarely waited more than five minutes. Just a little tip for walking to the tram stop - if you come out of the hotel and walk along the train station platform this is quicker than looping around the back of the hotel, and then the tram station is just at the other side of the road once you cross over. I would 100% stay here again, especially as it was one of the nicest cheaper hotels in Krakow and the city centre was really easy to access.
