Former concentration camp has only few structures or building remaining. Grey House, ruins of Jewish cementary building, Monument at earth fort. But its story is visible in what remained, information boards and stone paths. It is good to see that the camp is being regularly cleaned and there are some ongoing projects to preserve what remained or add more information.

The 4 star rating is quite subjective. The concentration camp site is a little way out of the city centre of Krakow and there is virtually no structure left. The information boards are comprehensive and contained quite a lot of information that I had not read before. Spread over 200+ acres it makes for a decent morning or afternoons walk. As a place to pay respects to the dead it should be visited. I walked from the city past the burial site of King Krak, Losata hill, past the Krakow mound quarry, where Spielberg filmed the concentration camp scenes for Schindlers list and on to the concentration camp. On a really cold winters day made an excellent round tour by foot. At the concentration camp are the grey house and the red house, Goths residence, although neither is open to the public. Those wanting to see a fully constructed camp will be disappointed but as part of a tour to understand the historic context is worth a visit.

Site of the Plaszow concentration camp. Quiet fields, set across a hilly landscape. Locals use the area for jogging and cycling. A number of information boards with photographs explain the layout of the camp and give you an idea of where the buildings were.

Very quiet place with a circular route and information boards. Very easy to reach on foot and actually mandatory.

It feels like a park. Blooming trees, lots of green. If not signs and monuments you would never knew there was a concentration camp there. The feel is very different from Auschwitz. People are cycling, sitting on the grass and just enjoying nature.

One of the camps that is quite unknown. Today it has been converted into a local recreation area, and you can hardly see the features of a KL today. The memorial that stands above Krakow is impressive.

Free, national park style area to walk around- very informative signs, telling the whole story. This is a ruins site- so not as full as the likes of Aushwitz, however extremely thought provoking with the reading and sights

Its museum will not be inaugurated until 2025. It is currently dismantled as it is under construction.

A huge park-like area, not much remains of the concentration camp. Signboards around the park, a large monument on top of the hill. It is very suitable for e.g. as a continuation of a visit to the Schindler factory, you can walk quite a bit here. You can easily get back to the city center by bus from near the memorial statue.

History...that makes you think. You should have seen it once to know what you don't want to experience in the future.

There’s nothing much left from the camp, but the depressing and strong atmosphere remains.

It is hard to imagine the plight of those who were imprisoned; a touching trail of memorials and historical information.

Nice place for dog hiking, the real nature reservation in the middle of the city. Beautiful sightseeing. Nice wild park.

It’s a good place to spend 1 hour walking or to stop and eat something u already prepared, not to much to see.

The guide sent us there and it's not worth it. It is not abandoned, because they are rehabilitating it to open it as a museum to the public, but right now, it is not worth going. We tried to get to the barracks area and a watchtower and it is closed to the public (private area).
