Stanęło na rozmiarze 7 - upewniłam się, czy jest przekonana, że ten rozmiar będzie odpowiedni, ponieważ mój pierścionek zaręczynowy jest w rozmiarze 8. Pani powiedziała, że obrączka w numerze 8 będzie zdecydowanie za duża. Niestety okazało się, że dobrany przez Panią ekspedientkę rozmiar jest na tyle mały, że obrączka może i weszła na palec (wciśnięta na siłę), ale zejść już z niego nie chciała. Zaznaczę tylko, że wybraną przeze mnie obrączkę da się powiększyć jedynie o rozmiar. Obrączka na moją prośbę została powiększona. Tyle tylko, że to powiększenie miało być moją bramką awaryjną na przyszłość, której już teraz nie mam. Przy odbiorze - Pani próbowała obarczyć winą mnie za swój błąd. Później firmę - tłumaczyła, że takie mają „mierniki”. Nie wzięła jednak pod uwagę grubości obrączki, która ma znaczenie (teraz to wiem). Kiedy zapytałam o jakąś rekompensatę - zapytała czego ja w ogóle oczekuje. Pomijam już to, że obrączkę prawie otrzymałam w woreczku strunowym (upomniałam się o oryginalne pudełko). Zgubiony został również jej certyfikat. Dla mnie takie zachowanie jest niedopuszczalne. Bardzo żałuję, bo biżuteria w Kruku jest przepiękna. Niestety moim zdaniem - jest to sieciówka z dobrym marketingiem, a nie jubiler godny zaufania i z właściwą wiedzą. Odradzam tym bardziej, że na obrączkę czekałam 4 tygodnie, a na jej powiększenie prawie 3. Odebrałam ją lekko ponad tydzień przed ślubem, a przez te 3 tygodnie zastanawiałam się, czy powiększenie o rozmiar coś w ogóle da. Nie miałam już też czasu na kupno nowej obrączki, nie chciałam też po raz drugi inwestować pieniędzy w to samo. Nikomu nie polecam takich atrakcji w tym wrażliwym okresie. Drogi Kruku - polecam popracować nad jakością obsługi i odpowiednim przeszkoleniem personelu. Bo wina za małej obrączki (według Pani ekspedientki) to tak naprawdę wina złych mierników, które dostarczacie niczemu niewinnym pracownikom. Być może w innych Waszych salonach jest inaczej, jednak już nie będzie mi dane tego sprawdzić. Pozdrawiam i żałuję, że moje pierwsze doświadczenie z Wami jest takie niemiłe. I już wiem, że więcej do Was nie zaglądnę. Teraz mogę obawiać się tylko, ile prawdy jest w obietnicach o dożywotniej gwarancji na obrączki oraz jej trwałości i jakości.

They said it was all good and they would call me when it arrives. Today, they sent me a SMS and when I arrived a manager start to look at the ring and say that it was durty and there were some scratches. I havent touched the ring since I first went there. It was exactly in the same way. Even when I tried to explain she totally ignored me. I called my fiance to talk to her (he is not in Krakow at moment) and she offered some cleaning service but said it was impossible to exchange. First, I dont understand how they could have a different position based in the exactly same situation. Second, there are many ways to deal with this situation, certainly start to show the ring to the other sellers and point stuffs in front of everyone is far from the best. In one moment there wereat least 5 people watching the show.. terrible approach. I will never come back to this store again!
