They somehow managed to remove my 1-star rating with photos and videos of the junk bike I got from them. This 4.9 rating is pure cheating.

We used the service to take bikes two weekends in a row. It was absolute pleasure. Great quality of machines. Nice service. Awesome communication. Main benefits are location and working during the whole day and even on Sundays. I definitely recommend it!

Five star reviews for a good reason! No hesitation to recommend renting a bike here. Rented bikes for two adults and two teenagers and they were more than accommodating to make sure the kids were on a comfortable sized bike. Even had an E bike for mom! Great sightseeing around Kraków, great location and friendly and attentive service!

Had an awesome rent here. Very talkative personnel who can suggested you variety of ride across and outside of Krakow. Nice road bike, possible to get helmet there as well. Easy to rent, just bring an ID, some deposit if needed and you can go.

I used a bike rental. I recommend the tandem. Great for two people. Riding this bike provides a lot of joy and emotions. You just need to get used to the way you drive and then be able to arouse the interest of everyone around you. The areas along the Vistula River and the city center are ideal for a ride. The price for renting a bike is reasonable. Advance reservation is possible. The rental place itself is perfectly located as a starting point for exploring the city and the surrounding area.

What a great shop with very helpful staff. A great selection of bikes, they installed pedals I brought, sized and adjusted the bike and gave recommendations for where to ride. I give them highest rating and hope to return.

Bike rental + workshop. The equipment is of a good quality and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We were asked where are we going and proper kind of bike was advised. Also we got several tips regarding routes we wanted to take. On top we were equipped with a bike bag for our belongings.

Very good place for renting a bike. Friendly owners always helping to find right bike and suggesting interesting road for trip. They speak English and know what they doing. You can get helmets, locking lines or phone holders so for trip only positive energy and power is needed :)

I had a fantastic day thanks to the folks at this place. I came in without any bike reservation, was served promptly and recommended their comfortable city bike option. As someone more used to hybrid/road bike variety the city bike was surprisingly very comfortable and smooth to ride with all over town. The rental cost for the whole day was 45zl, no deposit, ID required but not kept by the staff. They even let me pay at time of return because it's cash only. I rode this bike to the west of town along the river up to Stopień Wodny Kościuszko bridge and then east to Polish Airmen park. Excellent ride, very happy with their service 💯

1. Location: optimally located in city center, on the other side has a shortcut to riverside bike tracks to leave the city with comfort 2. Process: booking fast and easy, pickup and drop off is also very fast and convenient 3. Bike condition: not the best looking in case you want a photoshoot. However in terms of technical conditions well above my expectations for rental bike. Was able to do 200 km in 2 days without any troubles. Well set brakes, shifting is also crisp and accurate

Renting a bike here was a great experience! We had no reservation and the guy at the shop took the time to make sure that we had proper bikes. The bikes worked great during our entire trip.
