This
opinion
is
written
by
a
physician
-
my
wife
had
an
emergent
c-section
performed
at
this
hospital.
Please
stay
away
from
this
hospital,
especially
their
private
rooms.
The
care
is
unprofessional,
almost
non-existant.
The
nurses
do
not
help
at
all,
they
mainly
eat
sandwiches,
and
are
in
a
bad
mood.
My
wife
received
almost
no
help
after
a
c-section.
No
instructions
from
the
physician
after
surgery
and
no
instructions
from
the
physician
before
discharge.
She
had
a
serious
complication
after
surgery,
and
the
nurses
did
not
react
to
her
crying
out
of
pain
and
asking
for
help
-
they
told
her
she
needs
to
wait
and
left.
When
I
arrived
and
heard
her
crying
from
pain
in
the
hallway
and
asked
why
they
were
sitting
eating
sandwiches
they
said
there
was
a
physician
in
the
room
-
there
was
no
physician
present.
They
had
not
even
obtained
vital
signs,
they
literally
left
the
room
and
went
back
to
their
call
room
to
eat
sandwiches
and
talk.
After
surgery
when
the
baby
was
brought
to
our
room
I
asked
how
the
mother
was
doing
after
surgery
and
was
told
they
do
not
know.
I
asked
what
the
Apgar
scores
were
and
the
nurse
asked
if
I
speak
Polish,
I
repeated
APGAR
scores,
she
did
not
know.
The
baby
was
desaturating,
I
asked
if
the
saturation
should
be
above
90%,
the
nurse
left
the
room,
baby
was
at
84%.
After
I
asked
for
help,
the
baby
was
taken
(according
to
our
discharge
report
because
we
were
never
informed)
to
the
ICU.
When
I
asked
how
baby
was
doing
I
was
told
they
do
not
know
as
it
is
a
different
ward.
When
I
asked
again
after
two
hours
of
not
being
informed
I
was
told
by
an
angry
nurse
that
I
should
walk
over
myself
and
ask
-
of
course
I
did
but
had
to
ask
exactly
where
I
should
be
going.
The
pediatricians
during
the
weekend
would
not
answer
any
questions,
they
kept
saying
its
early
and
I
should
ask
later,
it
seemed
they
had
no
plans
until
after
the
weekend.
Baby
was
vaccinated
late
for
no
apparent
reason
other
than
it
was
the
weekend
and
they
could
not
be
bothered
to
do
their
work.
Labwork
which
was
supposed
to
be
drawn
was
a
hassle
for
them
-
they
asked
if
we
had
our
own
vials,
then
asked
for
instructions
on
where
to
send
the
labs,
then
took
the
bloodwork
too
late
and
had
to
repeat
bloodwork
the
next
day.
This
place
is
a
complete
disaster.
When
I
would
leave
the
hospital
for
short
periods
of
time
the
nursing
staff
would
ask
my
wife
when
I
was
coming
back
to
help
-
I
ended
up
doing
most
of
their
work
for
them,
unfortunately
I
was
not
paid
for
this
-
I
did
not
even
get
a
free
sandwich.
They
did
not
provide
a
lactation
consult,
discharged
the
baby
even
though
we
could
not
feed
him
all
day,
and
lied
to
us
on
multiple
occasions.
No
instructions
on
how
to
change
baby,
how
to
feed
baby,
how
to
clothe
baby.
They
are
completely
unprofessional,
have
no
empathy,
and
zero
communication
skills.
There
are
many
resident
physicians
working
here
that
do
not
know
what
they
are
doing,
they
come
do
ultrasounds
and
have
no
idea
what
they
are
doing
-
when
asked
what
they
see
on
ultrasound
they
told
me
"I
am
unsure."
When
I
asked
the
pediatrician
that
was
performing
an
ultrasound
on
my
newborn
why
he
was
performing
an
ultrasound,
he
told
me
"I
don't
have
to
tell
you
anything."
When
I
told
him
that
actually
he
does
and
he
needs
my
consent,
he
said
he
is
not
going
to
continue
the
ultrasound
because
I
am
distracting
him.
This
is
basic
knowledge,
inform
the
patient,
obtain
consent,
then
perform
procedures.
It
seems
that
you
are
purchasing
an
apartment
without
any
nursing
care,
and
without
any
instructions
from
the
physicians.
When
I
tsuggested
that
they
should
install
cameras
to
record
what
was
going
on
they
suddenly
became
nicer
and
more
attentive
-
though
mainly
all
the
physicians
we
met
from
that
point
forward
told
me
they
do
not
consent
to
being
recorded.
Communist
era
hospital
with
a
communist
staff
and
mentality.
