A very rude young lady in the reception. Can’t properly speak to customers. Terrible service by front office. But the medical checkup itself went quick and smooth. Nice doctors.

Terrible service at reception, the receptionists are way too rude to customers. They made you feel unwelcome, similarly they do not give you proper information. Be aware that if you do not speak polish, the service would be even worse. Do not recommend this place to anyone

The reception, the approach to the patient and the general lack of personal culture combined with the arrogant tone of voice of the ladies at the reception in this facility match the standards of the Polish People's Republic rather than private healthcare. Nice facility. But you should consider putting out some kind of board/banner outside for the visitor to know that there is a Luxmed centre here. It was difficult to iddentify at first.

I had an appointment which I made via Luxmed Hot-line. Added test appointment at reception yesterday. Today they telling me I have to pay for twst which my insurance covers. It is 4th time in a month I am coming for same issue amd all the time they was saying give Covid test and ended up with negative results but still no further examination happened. Worst part is not a first time! I am going to cancel my insurance and I would rather die instead of coming this hospital again!

It is ok, but confusing part is - if you have an appointment at 7am, they will send a text message recommending to come 20 min early, but then they won't let you in, if you actually come 20 min earlier, as place is open from 7am. At least I got in 10 min before 7am.

Convinient medical center. Friendly atmosphere. Professional approach. All is clean and well structured in the building. No big ques. Very fast help to each client. Thanks a lot. Will use in future.

Kind personal, fast working, willing to explain the step by step. They speak English so it was easy for me to do everything.

Worst service ever. Doctor BEATA GORCZYCA-BAŁOS refused to attend me cause a was not a native Polish speaker and even denied my wife to enter with me so she should be able to comunícate in Polish. Worth to say that I was referred by another doctor to have a urgent appoitment with laringologist. Appoitment was aranged by Luxmed agent and still I was not allowed to enter the appoitment.

Słowackiego 64, Kraków. The ladies in the blood collection office were very professional and nice. However, the ladies at the reception, especially the brunette, were extremely rude, including reluctantly providing the key to the disabled toilet when the light bulb in the women's toilet was not working. I'm very disappointed.

I really like using Luxmed's services. The patient portal makes scheduling appointments easy. There will always be a convenient time. The offer of available tests and specialists is wide. Visits are carried out with respect for the patient's dignity. I am more willing to use medical services, thank you! 🙂

I showed up at Luxmed ul. Słowackiego 64 in Kraków due to the need to perform periodic tests. During the e-mail correspondence and the registration itself, I received clear instructions on the course of the visit. Everything went smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere at every stage of my visit to the facility. This was my second visit to this facility and last time I also had a positive opinion. The facility itself, although located in an old tenement house, welcomes patients with a bright and eye-pleasing "decor".

It was very positive experience starting from the phone call. Appointment and communication was in perfect English both on the phone and at reception when visited. Stuff was extremely helpful and professional. Service was quick and appointed time was exact and everything else went really smooth and quick. Very friendly and professional medical stuff. Strongly recommended.

Quite convinient place and doctor is great. however, reception with name tadeusz wasn't nice at all and rude. Luxmed should review this guy, otherwise it will hurt luxmed reputation.

I’ve been waiting for more than 1 hour to be attended. I was told by the receptionist that I will be called by my name. I still waiting. One hour!

The standard assessment was done pretty quickly, and the doctors were able to accommodate my request to conduct it in English.

Everything was sufficient, friendly staff. Professional help.

Dr Pawel is an amazing person. The ladies at the reception should learn how to talk with patients. They have the mentality of Socialist times.

I came in before the set time and I was attended to, although I waited for some few minutes. The doctor was so nice and we went straight to the point. The receptionist was also very patient and nice.
