    The waiting time is absurd. Doctors are not qualified. Never trust their treatment. There is this so called Doctor who works on night shift, Tomasz S. Is the worst doctor you can ever ask for. He called for security to get rid of me when i told him to do his job properly. Such coward and terrible person who doesnt care about his profession.I have a video proof of his terrible attitude towards his patients.

    This clinic has shown me how worse can a medical institution work. The service is pathetic especially for foreigners who do not speak Polish. During the peak time of COVID infections, we students had to move to isolatory once tested positive, and that required a referral from GP. I once approached the reception to get a GP appointment for my friend who was tested COVID positive. Not only that the receptionist did not help, but also she asked me "Why all of you (the foreign students) are coming to Scanmed to get this referral?" !!! Where exactly should we have gone !!!! Later once I wanted a medical certificate in English and I met three doctors - none of them helped. One doctor even got angry at me and shut the door in my face. Ofcourse there were a very few receptionists who were helpful, but the bad side weighs more. I strongly recommend NOT to visit this clinic.

    I haven't been there for a long time, but the last time I went to a dentist appointment. The building looks very clean and modern inside, there in drinking water available for free with plastic cups. I see some poor reviews here but my experience was very good. My dentist seemed very professional and friendly. I can't remember if there was any delay, though. The whole process went rather smoothly and painlessly. I had my teeth decalcified if I remember correctly.

    Words cannot describe how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place... When I came to the dentist's office for a tomography to ask about the possibility of complaining about the treatment, because I started having complications and had to have the tooth re-treated, two ladies (probably dental assistants) came out to me in the corridor. They started screaming. They shouted at me for a total of about 15 minutes, not letting me say a word. I stood frozen, just like all the patients waiting in the corridor. In a calm voice I asked not to be shouted at, which only made the ladies more angry. So I turned on my heel and left. I wrote an e-mail to the facility and in response I read that they would consider the matter as soon as possible. I wrote another email, no response. A few weeks passed, several e-mails from my side, I received a reply. The email offered me a certain amount of compensation. I agreed and sent my details for the transfer. "We will deal with it as soon as possible." Months passed and more emails from me went unanswered. After almost a YEAR, I received a transfer for an amount THREE TIMES LOWER than the agreed amount... 3 years have passed since this situation, have I received any information or the rest of the agreed amount? NO. Is there any way to communicate with the patient rights representative of this facility? NO. Can you count on absolute lack of respect for the patient? Of course! The only plus are the ladies at the reception. Very nice, helpful, simply wonderful. I hope they have already found a better job than at Scanmed

    30+ people queue for covid test outside in below 0 temperatures does not seem to reasonable. Waiting time is more than 2h. Avoid

    Worst clinic ever. Doctor Grzegorz Jordan was totally indifferent and actually useless. I am totally disappointed. Even 1 star is a lot for this establishment.

    A few years ago, Scanmed facilities in Krakow were of a higher standard, but now they have deteriorated significantly. Better doctors were already slowing down, there were even two-week queues to see a family doctor, also privately. There is also much less service staff. The patients also left. I don't know what happened but it's not good.

    Waiting outside the office door for an hour. And they wanted to put it on the schedule, the recording and the fact that people have plans. Why the hell make a recording if it’s completely unimportant? It’s disgustingly simple

    Came at 6pm for the night clinic, was hoping to get a confirmatory COVID test after testing positive in the morning. Was told that 1) the doctor is not around and 2) they don't do COVID tests here. Makes me wonder why getting a test in Poland is so difficult these days when getting a test is the only way to legitimately get certified unfit for work to avoid spreading.

    Private visit scheduled for 4 p.m., postponed by an hour. Then, Dr. Marta Rzepecka (a very unpleasant person, by the way) let in a patient outside the queue who was supposed to come after us, when I pointed out that we were the first, she said that she would not ask the patient to leave now (even though he had entered 10 seconds ago). Very rude and unprofessional service, I do not recommend it!

    Terrible. I started my pregnancy in this clinic. I signed up online, at first everything was fine, then problems started with signing up through the website, a month of waiting, then it turned out that my registration did not go through the system, and I had to wait another month. The lady on the phone hangs up, says that it’s my own fault, and sends me to look for another clinic since something doesn’t suit me. I am looking for a new doctor in my 5th month of pregnancy!!!

    Zwróciliśmy w świątecznym dniu z dzieckiem. Miła Pani z rejestracji uzupełniła wniosek, bez kolejki przyjął miły Pan doktor. Jesteśmy wdzięczni.

    Korzystałam z nocnej opieki, lekarze bardzo młodzi i mili. Pomocni, bardzo kulturalni i byłam bardzo zadowolona. Punkt wymazowy też działa dużo szybciej niż inny, w którym byłam. Kolejka idzie szybko, byłam zadowolona z wizyty. Niestety panie przez telefon od dziennej opieki nie są pomocne. Każda mówi coś innego, wprowadzają w błąd i ciężko się czegoś dowiedzieć.

    Byłam tu w punkcie wymazowym bez kolejki i wewnątrz budynku co przy zimowej aurze było miłą odmianą po oczekiwaniu do namiotu wymazowego innego punktu.

    Never go to this hospital for emergencies. The service is very bad. Very unfriendly reception. Extreme delays for even payed services. Virtually inexperienced staffs. I went there for a payed echo cardiogram, the doctor didn't show up during the appointment time and was uninformed. It was a waste of time. Second experience : the receptionist gave me an appointment for payed EKG holter test, when I went there for the test they said there are no slots. It's a pity such poor medical systems still thrives in the country. I never recommend this hospital for critical cases because their careless service is very insecure. If there is an option for no stars I would give it. If you wanted to live a little longer avoid this facility by all means.

    Waiting time for a visit is absurd. They overbook the doctors (ex. two patients have appointment at the same doctor at the same time), terrible service, highly not recommend

    This pseudo-company is a total FAILURE. I don't recommend it to anyone. They don't answer the phone. I waited for a connection for 1 hour. and 10 minutes and no one answered. All the time some recorded idiot was informing me "All consultants are on a call..." - why are they talking for an HOUR?
