Terrible service, you wait a lot then they'll bring not all the dishes and you wait some more. They tried to make an excuse that it was unusually crowded but that's just not true - the place was half empty when we came for lunch. And it should be always prepared for high traffic because of its location. Anyway there's no excuse for keeping you waiting and not telling anything while you wait, even worse - telling you the dish will be there in a moment after serving rest and not getting back to you in another 15 minutes. This shouldn't be like this anywhere, let alone in a center of popular tourist destination. Avoid this place if you don't want your day ruined.

So in this restaurant they eagerly offer you a boat ride but if you ask about any service 10 minutes after you arrived you are ignored. I would accept this if there weren't total of 8 people in the restaurant..

İt is a boat 🚢 restaurant on Vistula river. Perfect point for Wawel castle 🏰 and river. Kind personal. And they have amazing home made wine 🍷 highly recommend price is normal for touristic region. When we were there one big group and as i saw service was good organization that is why this place can be good for group dinners or events.

We went there as the river cruise I’ve booked was going from there at the back of the restaurant. As we’ve arrive early, we’ve decided to have early lunch. My mother had a seafood pasta dish and my daughter and I shared a salami pizza 🍕 the food was reasonably priced and was tasty. We really liked the outdoor seating as the view is lovely. On the day we arrived it was raining heavily but since the outdoor seating is sheltered we could still sit outdoors to enjoy our food with the fresh air and stunning view. As my daughter is a part time wheelchair user we had her wheelchair with us as she is unable to walk or stand for long. The people were lovely and said we could leave the wheelchair in the restaurant while on the river cruise. On the boat we were the only people. It was a nice experience having the whole river cruise to yourself. When I’ve booked the river cruise it did say it was an English tour with audio explaining the sights we pass but there wasn’t one. Though it would have been nice to learn about the sights , it was still great. The gentleman who took us on the boat and drove the boat couldn’t speak English but we still had lots of fun using made up sign language to communicate. He even let us all drive the boat which made it ok that there was no English guide. We really enjoyed it and recommend this place for the river cruise 🚢 and resultant if you are hungry waiting for the cruise or after the cruise.

I thought it was rather good considering it's in a very tourist area. Staff were helpful in accommodating our group which included a baby. The food was generally good with the groat risotto with wild mushrooms being excellent. My only complaint was that with five people all dishes came out at different times

Waited for about an hour for apetizers. They show prices without VAT and also add some other costs measured by percentage. Kind of a scam

Went for a Lindy hop event. It has a lovely ambience, next to the river.

Pizza and drinks were great. Lovely spot too but the staff weren't very friendly. Expensive for krakow but understandable due to location. We asked for advice on where to catch our pre booked river cruise and the gentleman just kept trying to get us to go on his cruise instead of providing us with general guidance. Quite pushy and fairly rude on our departure. Won't visit again but can't complain about the pizza
