I
had
a
pcr
test
booked
before
my
flight
from
Krakow
Airport.
I
have
arrived
15
mins
ahead
of
my
test
time.
There
were
2
long
queues
but
no
signage
what
those
queues
are
for
which
was
confusing
and
no
info
available.
I
assumed
that
I
don't
have
to
queue
for
registration
as
I
have
already
paid
and
put
all
my
details
online.
I
was
wrong,
I
had
to
queue
for
45
mins
to
register
in
-10
degrees
freezing
cold.
The
receptionist
was
very
slow
with
some
people
taking
15
mins
to
complete
the
registration.
When
my
turn
came,
the
receptionist
just
took
all
the
details
I
already
gave
them
online
and
informed
me
that
she
doesn't
have
my
booking,
so
I
had
to
pay
again
even
though
I
showed
her
that
my
payment
went
through
and
confirmation
email.
I
had
to
pay
again
anyway
and
now
waiting
for
a
refund,
2
days
already
and
no
message
from
them.
Anyway
after
I
done
the
registration
I
had
to
wait
another
30
mins
on
the
cold
to
wait
for
the
swab
and
then
another
20
mins
for
the
results
as
they
don't
send
them
out.
It
took
2
hours
altogether
with
zero
information
or
communication
from
the
staff.
They
should
have
informed
people
via
email
how
long
the
whole
process
last
as
some
had
flights
the
same
day
and
were
very
distressed.
On
top
of
that,
the
registration
booths
were
closing
every
now
and
then
for
no
apparent
reason,
and
again
with
no
communication
from
the
staff
whatsoever.
Absolutely
appalling,
I
travel
a
lot
and
never
had
such
a
bad
experience,
with
the
freezing
cold
on
top
of
that!
