    One of the most outregous experience l have ever had. Despite having to register online l had to queue for overn an hour for so called ‚online registration’. There was no indoor waiting room so l had to wait outside at freezing temperatures reaching -10 degrees! The admin was super slow and on top of that l also had to wait outside for my paper results as there was no email notifications in place! Someone has to stop that madness and install proper waiting rooms! Unbelievable.

    SCAMMERS!This is a inhuman testing facility which takes privilege of being located near the airport where people simply don’t have any other choice - I spent more than 1 HOUR in -13 DEGREES waiting to be registered in the queue (although forms were complete and paid online beforehand with the time slot appointment), waiting for a swab and waiting for a PRINTED result cause they don’t send emails - is that a joke? Luckily, my flight was 2.5 hours ahead, but I have seen people who simply went to a nearby facility and paid again to get the test so that they would make it on time for the flight Please use a nearby testing facility - they at least got some place inside and the queue is smaller

    Was booked in for treatment at 12:15. Eventually, an hour and a half late when my turn came, was told that computer for visual field test is not working. Staff were polite and were really sorry I had to wait that long only to be told to book elsewhere. Tests were booked one week in advance. On the day when at reception, no one knew about faulty equipment either. Don't waste your time and stay away from this clinic.

    Reception staff, except the lady with an eastern accent, needs to be replaced. No respect for patient waiting time. The ladies working at the patient service point give the impression that they come to work as a punishment and are doing the customer a favor. I do not recommend.

    I had a pcr test booked before my flight from Krakow Airport. I have arrived 15 mins ahead of my test time. There were 2 long queues but no signage what those queues are for which was confusing and no info available. I assumed that I don't have to queue for registration as I have already paid and put all my details online. I was wrong, I had to queue for 45 mins to register in -10 degrees freezing cold. The receptionist was very slow with some people taking 15 mins to complete the registration. When my turn came, the receptionist just took all the details I already gave them online and informed me that she doesn't have my booking, so I had to pay again even though I showed her that my payment went through and confirmation email. I had to pay again anyway and now waiting for a refund, 2 days already and no message from them. Anyway after I done the registration I had to wait another 30 mins on the cold to wait for the swab and then another 20 mins for the results as they don't send them out. It took 2 hours altogether with zero information or communication from the staff. They should have informed people via email how long the whole process last as some had flights the same day and were very distressed. On top of that, the registration booths were closing every now and then for no apparent reason, and again with no communication from the staff whatsoever. Absolutely appalling, I travel a lot and never had such a bad experience, with the freezing cold on top of that!

    I was unpleasantly surprised by the anger, rudeness and ignorance of the reception staff. I ask management to conduct psychological testing of employees before hiring.

    I used Imed's services twice. A few years ago it was ok. However, a few days ago I had an MRI. The lady at the reception was very helpful and nice, but the lady performing the examination was not only rude, but also outraged and impatiently shouted at me that after the hour for which I was registered, they would not do an MRI with contrast, and that was my referral. I will only add that the date and time were assigned to me by a person from Imed. Questioning the doctor's competence, she finally performed an examination without contrast. I tried to lighten the mood somehow, but it was to no avail as her dissatisfaction increased. I will add that I have never written a negative review before, because I thought it was not necessarily in a good tone, everyone has a bad day sometimes. I haven't received the results yet, even though I was reminded some time ago that the deadline had already passed. Tomorrow's doctor's visit will be canceled because I have nothing to go with... it's a pity.

    I would like to say great thanks for your help! People on the reception desk could organize an urgent appointment. A doctor could provide results of medical examination quickly. Thank you so much!

    I came to take an RT-LAMP test right before my flight. I had to take it 3 times after which the lady told me that it just doesn't work. Absoluty rediculous. I went to the one across the parking lot, centrum badań DNA, which was not only cheaper but after explaining my situation with imed, she rushed it so I could still make my flight.

    Very bad experience with you this morning at Krakow airport. Despite i was already registered and i’ve already paid and i’ve the appontment with you at a planned time, i should have done the same line of all other people (1 hour) . Then i decided to pay again for your competitor, much better organized.

    I made an appointment at 17 15 but it doesn’t matter, gotta stay in the queue for payment for 1hour anyway. It’s now 18 35 and still waiting ...total lack of respect with customer.. PCR test is cheaper than other places, but does not worth all the trouble. Don’t recommend at all!

    Ultrasound examination of the upper abdomen in the PZU package, performed quickly and without any involvement. I came for the above-mentioned visit after the intervention of the emergency service, the doctor was slow, behaved as if he knew everything best, did not accept the suggestions of another doctor - diagnosis - The patient was healthy, there was nothing in the abdominal cavity, the result was that I ended up in a few days after another visit to the emergency room on the operating table, and you could approach the examination meticulously and reliably!!!!! I do not recommend

    I performed a sinus tomography at IMed24 and also performed a Holter 24 test. In both cases, everything went smoothly, nice and professional. I waited only 3 days for the CT scan results, and the deadlines for the above-mentioned tests were super quick. The ladies at the reception and the nurses are very nice and professional. I am especially grateful to Mrs. Diana, who installed the Holter monitor on me. I highly recommend the services at IMed24.

    Doctor Iwona Kaczanowska does not perform her duties as a dermatologist. After a very unpleasant conversation with her, I conclude that she does not do this job out of vocation, but only out of a sick need to make the lives of ordinary patients miserable.

    I had reservation at 9.00 am and I am already waiting 1.5 hours. Doctor available only one time at 2 weeks. Next available timeslot at one month.

    A complete disaster. Give that place a wide berth. Registration for the airport lab is pointless if you have to do the queue again do re-register on the spot for the covid test and provide exact same information you already provided online. Waiting time for re-registration: app. 1h. Very inefficient system. On top of that, a total disinformation and very impolite staff ('good morning' or 'how can I help?' are expression unknown to the registration personel). If you come by car, watch out for the p2 parking - you need to pay a whole hour just for crossing the bar. Oh, and if you are concerned with GDPR, rest assured your surname will be shouted out in the parking lot :) Opposite imed24 lab there's another one (not sure what's it called) with the same prices which seems much more efficient. If I had known earlier it's a different company, I would definietly give it a go.

    Doctor Iwona K (dermatologist) is unreliable in her work and should not be allowed to take up this profession. She only cares about wasting her patients' time, not about treating them. I don't recommend this place
