I recently stopped by Alte Pommernkarte in Rambin and overall had a decent experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re passing through or looking for a straightforward place to eat without much hassle. The canteen-style setup is exactly what you’d expect from this type of place. The food itself was quite greasy, more than I personally prefer, but still perfectly edible and filling, and honestly in line with what you expect from a cantine. It does the job if you’re hungry and not looking for fine dining. Portion sizes were reasonable, and everything was served quickly. In my opinion, the prices are on the higher side for what is essentially canteen food, which is the main reason I’m not giving five stars. That said, the place was clean and well maintained, including the seating area, which I appreciated. The staff were polite and semi-friendly—not overly warm, but professional and efficient. You get served without long waiting times, which is a plus when the place is busy. Overall, Alte Pommernkarte Rambin is a solid stop with a good location, clean environment, and acceptable food if you know what to expect. A bit less grease and slightly fairer pricing would easily push this to a higher rating.

We had breakfast here for 15 euro per person. Lots of variety and local products. It looks like the kind of place all locals go to after a hard day of work. We enjoyed it.
