top
of
the
hill
which
is
know
as
local
recreation
spot
for
hiking.
You
can
do
long
hikes
or
short
ones
or
even
take
a
car
to
the
top
to
admire
360°
viev.
On
the
top
you
can
find
a
church
and
a
mountain
chalet
which
offers
variaty
of
loca
food
but
can
also
provide
catering
for
groups.
They
are
also
know
for
theme
evenings
when
they
invite
local
chefs
to
make
culinary
wonders.
This
time
it
was
French
cuisine
prepared
by
Chef
Bine
Voljčič,
know
as
one
of
the
best
Chef's
in
SLO.
He
runs
also
a
restaurant
downtown
Ljubljana,
named
Monstera.
He
was
accompanied
by
Chef
Matjaž
Sedej
who
operates
the
spot
on
the
top.
The
culinary
masterpiece
started
with
cooked
mussels
prepared
with
white
souce
known
for
Normandy
and
Bretagne.
Splendind.
Perfect
taste
with
well
balanced
spices.
It
was
followed
by
Pumpkin
Ravioli
with
a
touch
of
local
smelly
cheese
"mohant"
and
small
chunk
of
grilled
livers.
I
can
only
say
a
masterpiece.
Just
such
a
collection
of
tastes
that
were
rounded
so
perfectly.
After
that
we
were
treated
by
roasted
chicken
leg
in
a
wine
sauce
...
with
typical
french
brassiere
taste
you
would
get
in
Paris.
Well
prepared.
For
main
another
exquisite
dish.
Beef
Wellington
with
Parisian
wine
souce.
Amazing
tender
beef
rounded
with
smooth
and
tasty
dough.
We
have
finished
the
evening
with
a
cheesecake...
Small
yet
perfect
taste...
not
to
sweet
and
not
sour
and
super
crusty
base.
All
in
all
-
remarkable
evening
where
you
could
enjoy
the
best
that
Slovenian
Chefs
can
offer.
I
do
travel
a
lot
and
experience
a
lot
of
exquisite
dinning
but
it
has
not
been
many
times
that
I
was
so
satisfied
with
every
single
dish...
maybe
last
time
in
Bilbao...
but
it
was
in
Michelin
star
restaurant.
