A large church in the city center. The altar is under renovation, but covered with a curtain with a photo of the original altar. The church was built in the years 1695-1717, so 200 years before the October Revolution in Tsarist Russia. In 1774 it became the church of the Chełm diocese until the seat of the bishops was moved to Lublin in 1805. Lots of gilding, decorations, rich paintings on the ceiling. Image of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, image of Our Lady of Jasna Góra.

I recommend a walk around the dream garden of St. Franciszek Xavier. Entrance behind the 5th station of the cross. ;)

My home church has changed a lot over the years. Under Parish Priest Kimak, the interior was renovated. His successor Kapica built the Garden. The current Parish Priest Wójcik took care to restore the original version of the façade. Today this building looks beautiful. I recommend visiting the church and the town of Krasnystaw.
