Recently moved to Geilenkirchen for a few years and wanted to explore. My husband and I love castles and this one did not disappoint! Beautifully preserved and well taken care of. Walking around you feel like you took a step back in time. I'm planning a fall trip to see this stunning place surrounded by the fall colors!

This place is very pretty. I was not able to go inside when k visited due to a event going on but the property surrounding the castle is very nice with walkways. Plenty of parking too.

A very beautiful castle that’s more than worth the visit. Take a stroll through the park and have a small bite in the restaurant. This is not as beautiful as the castle, but the food is very good.

Nice castle, with beautiful exhibition. Unfortunately by accident we went there when there was (supposed to be) some medival event. As a result tickets were more expensive and a lot of people, but for few hours nothing was happening, only few people in the medival clothes were just sitting by the table and doing nothing for the whole time we were there... apart from that, place worth to visit (when there is no extra event)

It is small, unique designed, well kept castle. It is a good place to go for a relaxing walk among the trees and the moat.
