The worst salon i ever went. They charged me 300 euros but i got a bill only for 250 euros. when i asked bill for 50euros they try to cover with some stories. I have to had a serious conversation to get my 50 euros back. Since the salon replied to my review, I would like to elaborate the complete story down below so it at least help somebody in future who look for reviews. For the very first time when I called the salon to enquire about the cost and service, i was told that it would cost maximum 150 euros for hair cut and hair coloring and I was asked to pay 50 euros via PayPal for service appointment confirmation and they promised me on same call they will tally the 50 euros from the final bill. On appointment day, after the service I was given the total bill for 250 euros and was asked to pay the whole. I Didn’t get proper explanation on asking for clarification about the 50 euros which was transferred via PayPal, they Said it is included in the bill already(I have paid 250+50 euros in total but the bill they gave is for 250 euros) and then they asked me to come the next day to get it clarified from the chef. I again travelled the next day to get things clarified and then after some serious conversation the saloon agreed to pay back the remaining that was not part of the bill(50€). This is how I was treated and had to spend my time and money for transportation to get things clarified which is never my fault. NOTE: The service was also not so great and the coloring was not in a Professional way I was totally upset after spending 250€. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALOON TO ANYBODY.

Tolle und professionelle Beratung. Es wird sich genügend Zeit genommen für die Wünsche und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Ergebnis ist super. Nach langer Zeit habe ich mal wieder eine richtig schöne Haarfarbe und meine Haarstruktur hat sich verbessert. Dafür hat sich meine längere Anfahrt auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

A much more expensive haircut than I'm used to, however I was very happy with the end result. I've always had a problem with my hair being flat on top not having the volume I want. The calligraphy cut and of course the extra styling helped with that. Sarah was professional and answered all my questions. I will gladly return. Thank you Sarah!

I would highly recommend! I was a walk in, and savina was nice enough to do my hair. She was very nice and I loved the curls she did for me! The salon was very clean and right in the center of bielefeld.

Ich bin begeistert von dem Salon. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen kompetent und super freundlich. Ein Besuch hier ist zwar nicht günstig, aber definitiv jeden Euro wert.
