One more view point to witness the spectacular and mighty KRS. It’s a muddy road n little tricky to reach as the road is bit narrow for 2 cars to go at few points but easily manageable n worth going to experience the view of water out from gates closely , hear the noise n joining the flow of river.

Great view of the water flow when dam gates are open. Lots of snacks shops nearby. If it rains then there's no shelter, So please carry umbrella or rain coat.

Today we visited along with family. The view is mesmerizing . Please go at morning time before 11am , you will be enjoying alot with less crowds. There is no sign boards to reach here. You should take a left turn small road at the circle which comes before the bridge. There is basic chats push carts. You can go along with senior citizens n small kids too. If you take breakfast parcel you can have thr. Please maintain the clineness.

It's a viewpoint where most of the locals go to witness the dam water outflow. No fee to be paid. Park your car on the mainroad and walk up to the viewpoint which is 100-200mts away.

Best way to see the kaveri river gush out of krs dam since they do not allow us to go on top of dam.

Restricted for visitors..... Need permission from the authorities to visit at that point of the dam. The view of KRS dam is terrific , photography isn't allowed due to security reasons.

Marvellous view 👍. Must place to visit. Visitors are not allowed during the outflow for security reasons. The other side where visitors are allowed is not maintained properly. Lot of small snack shops and people are throwing garbage right there were they are having it. Visitors should understand and support government. Lots of police around for security but not sure who is allowing these small eateries there.
