Great customer service. They were able to make exception for a reservation for us as we came all the way from Hamburg and a lovely rose that greeted us. Very friendly staff. The Spicy miso ramen was superb and delicious. In addition, the karaage was tasty and well marinated. Will come back again when we drop/pass by Thüringen. One recommendation though, they could already place the usual condiments for each table like the usual ramen bars, so we dont have to request them all the time and less work for them. Thumbs up for having Kirin beer.

Exactly the same taste as the one I had in Japan some years ago. The soup is very rich and tasty. Noodle can be cooked slightly longer ( I like the noodle to be softer.) I will conclude that the taste and the portion are better than the branch in Erfurt. Will definitely come back again.

You walk in and feel like you've somehow escaped Germany and have been transported to Japan. The simplistic, comfortable layout makes you feel welcomed, almost swaddled in a blanket. The Gyoza can be appreciated just for their careful craftsmanship being homemade, tended to in the most delicate of manners, but the star is the ramen soup. The noodles made with love, expertise, right amount of spring to them, the broth can only be described as sublime, the hours put into it can be tasted in its meticulous, complex flavor exploding in your mouth. I am in love and will be coming back for more.

Fresh, delicious and vegan-friendly! Many reviewers say that once you step in, you feel like you‘re transported to Japan. I wouldn‘t be able to tell, but I can confirm, that the atmosphere is amazing. The staff is friendly (even very friendly), the service is great, and the food.. oh the food.. excellent! The only thing I crave on a daily basis. Every time I visit Jena, I make sure to eat here. The soup is rich in taste, and the noodles really soft and chewy. The vegetables are very fresh and the best part is probably the crunchy broccoli. They also have enough vegan and kid-friendly options! 🌱

Wouldn't recommend as I think the meat is not fresh. The ramen broth also smells stinky. Also too pricey for food with such quality.

The shoyu ramen was great. I easily finished every drop. The egg was especially good, but unfortunately it cost a bit (2€) extra. Edit: The miso ramen with ground meat is even better. I highly recommend the place.

Really nice and cosy Ramen Restaurant within the old town of Jena directly settled at the historical market place. Ramen tastes superior and is price wise totally fine. Would recommend the Naruto Base Soup 🍲 Good place to eat authentic Japanese Ramen 🍜

One of the best ramen restaurant I have ever met. I went to this restaurant for 3 days and tried 3 kinds of ramen. All kinds taste similar like what I ate in Japan. The service is very good, one of the main reason I choose it. It’s totally worthy to travel from leipzig to Jena just for this ramen!

It did not meet my expectations. It is a very small place. It can even be uncomfortable. The food is overpriced for the quantity and the flavor is not something special. My Ramen dish contained very little noodles, just a little piece of meat, and the broth was tasteless. I definitely do not recommend this place and I would be very hesitant to give it a second chance.

Small space, sometimes you have to wait to get a table. No reservation is possible.

Good to try Japanese food. The vegan Ramen tastes fine. But I think needs more spice. Not bad service but they could be more friendly.

Loved it! I've had real Japanese ramen before and this place was the closest I had in Germany. Sake is offered as well. Small store though so either book or don't go with a big group
