Staff at the select store were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. Sandra Kleynhans. I slept well and felt that my vehicle which is full of stuff was safe and secure. The facility has everything a person may need for a stopover stay.

Bad smell in the room, no hand towel, dirty carpet, blocked shower drain, broken toilet seat, TV didn't work. Very dissapointed.

Fine for an overnight stay, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, but very small. Would have rated it 4 star if it wasn't for the pile of junk right outside our door and plastic bags all over the lawn, in front of our window and caught in the fence. Staff at the Select Shop who booked us in were very friendly and efficient.

No hot water! No kettle no mugs coffee for 1 person, table in room broken leg, tv not working! Although you book and pay beforehand for 2 persons it is still an issue to be assisted when you arrive!

Quite neat & tidy, although rooms were quite dusty. Linen looked unhygienic with stains. Shower head not connected properly, thus causing the entire bathroom to get wet. Spider webs found in the bathrooms & rooms. Windows were filthy.

For what this place is, an overnight not bad at all. Checkin at tue Shell garage is not what one would exspect, but give an easy entrance to secure parking and room. The rooms are small, but very effective with a double bed and 1 bunker bed that sleeps another 2. Although they say the rooms are soundproof I would recommend you close the passage door and bathroom door. I could hear people outside talking while the bathroom door was open. The place is new, clean and need. For the price I paid it was money well spend even without the discount they gave me. We end up paying R490.00 per room. I would like to see more of these accommodation along long distant road like the N1

Rooms were nice and clean. Service was friendly. Location was safe.

The place have very good potential, but unfortunately rooms and bathroom and my blankets were dirty and not a good smell when I entered my room. And then you have to call someone who is on service to open your door, why you don't have conrol over your own room that you paid for I don't know. Also poor maintenance on the building. If every point that I mentioned is taking care off, the place will be very nice to stay.

Very poor service, no security and management is forever not there. The place is filthy
