Quite & calm even though is next to main road. Big well equipped kitchen & dining rooms. Big, clean family room with many wardrobes. Staff friendly & helpful. We were disappointed with Tv with bad sound & without remotes & Dstv channels. We were also lied to that a recent storm damaged the DsTv connections and the insurance was delaying paying out. n asking for the name of the insurance so we could also avoid them it wasn't given. Our bathroom door in room 4 didn't close well. We were falsely promised on our first night it would be repaired next day. It never got. No resturant in the venue. WiFi signal is so poor to be used at all. We won't be coming back again.

The venue is located in a very good place quiet however it needs maintenance and cleaning in petrol gratingly should be stopped to allow visitors to enjoy themselves without smelly cow poo and sheep poo in this wimple should be kept up to standard during events
