Tasty and up to standards with bigger branches. Halaal for traveller's both way. Hope who works there was great help and very professional. She is customer centric and prides herself to excellent level of service.

The service was fast even though they were very busy. The food was tasty and the same as on the adverts.

The lady at the till was very upset for some reason didn't even take the order with full attention the tables were not cleaned and even after the order was ready she didn't bother to call out for our order staff needs more attention I will never go back there the one star for the food is because after spending R300 if you don't get the quality service how can one enjoy the food.

Pathetic!!! Waited a hour for 3 sandwiches, and when I started to ask questions they all disappeared. I canceled my order and the manager could not even looked in the eye and say sorry or try to get his people in order.

Worst service we have ever received. We waited for 45 minutes, but we left without our meal. The cashier was very rude and didn't even show remorse.

The food was good, but the staff's attitude needs improvement. We don't expect red-carpet service, but they should at least listen attentively to customers while serving them, without speaking to someone else.

My convenient stop of all times, but today it turned to be a disappointment when i was not notified that the card machine is not working when placing a phone order.. COMPETENCE SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT

Bad experience. Very noisy. We had to wait for the girl behind the counter while she was talking with her friends and then accompanied them outside. After a long wait for the food, I asked for salt. There were none and I were send to Steers ta get some. My food nachos was without a fork and the manager was nowhere to find. Between the shouting and screaming of the staff I decided not to stop there again. What a terrible experience!!

The centre is a great place to stop on route along the N1. Mochachos was perfect for us, especially as we have 2 gluten intolerant members in the family. The menu was tasty. Everyone was happy. We will do this again.

Not overly busy but it took a long time to get the order. Friend ordered a side salad but was given his money back as none was available. Had to ask for condiments

Usually, I have a five-star experience with Mochachos Kroonstad, however, yesterday, I asked for a rump steak quesidilla and burger - I got chicken instead.

I'm very disappointed really. I wanted to buy a quarter leg with chips and the cashier refused, saying that as a customer I don't have the option to choose the leg portion. Apparently Head Office decided that the store must choose for me on whether I get a leg portion or breast portion.🚮🚮

I travel 150km just to have a meal. Take good food seriously. These guys make good food. I'm happy...

The convenience store is small per square meter, cannot serve a lot of people who stop there for fast food. They are always full.

I must be honest i stopped for slap chip and bought 2 large and 1 medium and according to the packets was not impressed by the price but holly hell when it came i was shocked by the amount of chips. Well done guys good price and a hell of alot chips. Will have to invite the family as we will not get through that chips alone happy customer here. See you soon for some burgers

Had to wait rather long to order as there was only one person taking orders and had to explain everything on the menu to the customer in front of us. When we eventually ordered they got our order completely wrong, we couldn't go back as we were already on the highway when we opened our meals. Was a bit disappointing 😞

Service was bad, I wanted to buy food but the cashier took forever to help one lady, and eventually it looked like he couldn't help her, so she moved away from the counter, but then the guy just ignored us. We ended up buying food at steers.

Wow! The best Mochachos franchise I've been to so far. I place the store in the first place for customer care, professionalism, great atmosphere, wonderful staff and manager. Exceptional experience that I had here and at that the store was full to capacity.

Not a nice experience at all. From the start the cashier, Euphraci, was rude and it only got worse when I wanted to remove certain toppings from our burgers and she didn't take our oder correctly, which we only noticed after we received our food. We then went back and ordered the chips and soft drinks we wanted, when the cashier heard this she was visibly upset and basically yelled to the other cashier, Samantha, that she did ask us if we wanted meals and that we "apparently" said no. It seemed like she was making fun of us, when we know for a fact that we asked for meals.

I must say the total layout is extremely high quality far better than the old site. The upgrade is worth the visit. But one spur is like the other. I think that it can be better when there is no tourist as this is on the route N1. I prefer the take away as I would not spend my time on rout in a restaurant.

I’ve bought the chicken burger meal 3 times in the last three months. At first I thought this was the best take away meal I have ever bought. Every single component of the meal was spot on. The next two times I bought it to see if it was possible for a place to deliver the same quality again. They did, both times. Best mochachos ever. Can’t wait for next time.
