Firstly let me say I buy food at this KFC, often but 17/10/2022 food, service and atmosphere was horrible. The wings were so salty my heart sank🧂 with disappointment,waited for hours for my horrible meal ,the KFC tables were not even wiped my 261 oder number took forever to be called and one bothered to ask why is order 280 out before mine. See if those orders were ice cream 🍦 and I would understand, but iyoh they were meals. KFC stuff that were in yesterday, I'm disappointment 😞, I know how yall work very hard to serve us ,and to also put food on the tables for your loved but we are also customers as well. A little apology and letting me know that my order will take longer than usual will be appreciated.

It was not busy at all and they were slow, and the one giving my order was rude, my mash&gravy leak my whole bag, was n mess. And and one chicken piece was short. Will never go there again.

On the drive through... You have to go wait on the side just as if you were inside the shop

The drive-through communication (phone) system for placing order does not work.

The wait was longer than usual due to mr d that had to get their food before customers in store does.

It is one of the good eateries in kroonstad which closes on late hours accommodates people who may need fast meals whilst continuing with their journeys between Jo'burg and Bloemfontein or areas around kroonstad.its staff is friendly, it have a drive-thru service

Their chicken made my team of 6 guys and myself sick. We had terrible diahrea. We suffered the whole nite with stomach cramps vomiting n diahrea. No standards at all. Hated it

The food is great but when its bit quiet when its full we end up getting half cooked fried meat so please make a plan about that and yesterday the tables were dirty no one was available to clean so i had to clean the table myself, great food man lekker

We ordered online and received excellent service. The food was warm and ready for us.

I was there early in the morning. Staff was friendly, welcoming. Everything clean. Food 100%

Easy to get to the point because is just next to the main street and nice people who are working there with good customer service and good communication skills

The doors of the shops were wide open, got there and the two ladies there told me the shop is closed and the can't make anything even a cup of coffee why will the shop be open if there is nothing to sell Kfc kroonstad at Rietz street the ladies there this morning around 8 were very rude!

Just because I can't give zero. We waited 30 minutes for 2 brekkie wraps and a snack burger.

I was passing through Kroonstad and bought a twister and took the option of the bottled cold drink instead of the machine. I realised after I have driven out of the town that the Coke was opened before and was not full😡

Not warm welcoming, the lady was tense. Relentless response when asked if breakfast menu was available of self service booth.

Night shift staff customer service horrible, the one lady kept cleaning and bumped my cousin without saying sorry, the cashier called us "di slay" coffee was cold. Please train your staff there is alot of people without jobs and they are giving ur campony a bad name.

I was on holiday and my son Kevin begged to stop for KFC , he was very tired of farm food and wanted chicken. My son ordered the box chicken . THE CHICKEN WAS RAW!!!! He ran to the bathroom . We had to rush him to hospital to check for salmonella. NEVER GOING BACK. I want a refund with cooked chicken !!
