Nothing surprising... Establishment has bad service. I went to this establishment for dinner, sat down and waited for the waiter. The waiter never arrived. I pressed the service button three times and still no help. The waiters and waitresses literally just stared at me basically refusing to approach my table. Americans should not go to this establishment, it'd appears they don't like doing business with us. Whats makes it more sad is that the establishment is located in what appears to be a luxury hotel. The manager on duty is just as guilty as the rest of the staff. Asked her for help and she basically just stared at me. It's not surprising the staff behave horribly.

One of the best restaurants I've visited in Ukraine so far! Upscale interior inside, nice service. Big menu with a lot of choices. Every food item we tried was absolutely delicious! Would come back, cause among all other restaurants in the area, prices are matching the quality.

The Greek salad was nice I liked the pesto touch in it, the dorado fish was tasty, the veal steak was awesome, the lamb kebab was perfect. The bad is that prices are not really cheap. But the staff are attentive respectful they smile ☺ lovely place. I recommend it

The restaurant looks very nice after the renovation they had few years ago. The ambiance is cosy, the staff is friendly. The wine card is nice, The food is very good (!), so were the cocktails. However was disappointed that i was served my meal first and 20 minutes later the food was served to my date, who ordered a medium rare meat. We could wait for 20 more minutes with no problem if both of the dishes were served at the same time. The rest of the evening was wonderful.

This place is worth time and money. The outdoor seating is awesome. Gardeners are taking good care of the plants. I've seen waiters wash the tables quite thoroughly. Small observation re: veal cheeks. They are served with some tasteless mushrooms that deserve a substitute.

Good service, good food. Prices are slightly above average. Beautiful interior. Nice territory.

Food is great, however meat could be better. Amazing atmosphere, staff are so polite and caring! Also they have really good hookah!

Very nice and peaceful place. Delicious food, great deserts and pretty good cocktails. Beautiful location, seems perfect to host private events, weddings, but also very peaceful and secluded for a lovely date.

Priroda is a beautiful establishment, it is clean and the staff is friendly and assertive. Every time I visit Kryvyi Rih I come to Priroda, the food is delicious, the bartenders are experts at crafting cocktails, they even have Lava bar, a great place to spend the night hanging out with friends and smoke hookah. If you get a hotel room here you have no reason to leave, this place has it all. This is also a great place to host private events for work or with family.

4 adults and a child. I am an Italian entrepreneur who has lived in Kiev for 5 years. All good except a plate of lard some black wrano slices. Obvious sign of old meat. pointed out to the manager with extreme kindness. Perhaps she was mistaken for ignorance. Result paid for the whole dish without excuses. If you want to lose the few entrepreneurs who are in your city despite the war, keep these managers
