Jollibee and it’s food is always great, no doubt at all. However, service at KB Sentral can be improved. I am not sure if it is a lack of efficiency or manpower, but the waiting time can sometimes defeat it’s whole idea of “fast food”. Usually only one or two counters open, but the que can be backed up all the way to Pastamania. Expect to spend at least 30-60mins waiting during peak hours. Also, there is an “advanced order” number for you to call for take-away. I’d say my luck of getting it answered is only 10% - most times, it just gets ignored. Hoping to see some improvements.

The food from Jollibee is always great, no doubt about that, in fact, it's so popular it's always jam-packed during peak hours. The queue can be quite daunting so I agree with Amir's review, service could be improved. Whenever I see a long queue, I'd just order them online so I don't have to wait in line but when I come back later to pick-up my order, I still have to wait in line to pay for my meal, they do not have a pick-up counter or specific instructions for pick-up. Once, I tried to stand in front of an empty counter to try to get the attention of the staff to ask about my order but everyone just ignored me so I have no choice but to get back in line.

Food is not as good as before. 3 counters open but service is super slow hence the long queue. Mind you this is a fast food restaurant. No air con for almost a year..

Aircond is not working I think it has been 1 year already. They should at least provide fans if the aircons cannot be fixed yet. Bad

Very slow service, and the cashier keeps making mistakes. We asked for takeaway, they forgot some of our orders, they didn't even give us napkins or even spoons and forks.

Staff are very slow as in very slow its kinda different from other shops of jollibee can they do a little bit fastee to reduce the queue .

Dine-in is not good option. Shop smell so bad, there is no Air-conditioner. Food is quite slow.

I love jollibee alot, especially c2, spicy chicken 💙 but sometime when i go there, the gravy kinda thick. I love the gravy when its abit watery. The best gravy.

Made an order.. takes 3 hours to arrive. Understaff? Note to self, don't do delivery, they can take anywhere from 45mins to 4 hours. Update, they call me backed saying they forgot my order, wish it was a free order..
